Our stay was perfect, the house was cozy and fully equipped with everything for cooking. Grocery store within walking distance with near by restaurants/bars. Great central location to excursions. Nice neighborhood, very very clean bathroom and kitchen. Our host was very responsive very fast. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect accommodation for our week in Iceland. Hveragerdi is on the golden circle, not far from the airport or Reykjavik. Most other places of interest can be reached easily in a day. Hveragerdi has all you need, including shops, fuel, hot springs, geyser, hot river walk and swim location, great swimming pool and loads of nice walking. This meant we didn't have to drive every day, nice when the weather wasn't the best (we came in late March - everything from sunshine to blizzards). House was warm and welcoming, fully equipped for our stay and located in a quiet street. Alistair was the perfect host and offered several tips on getting the best from our time. In fact all the locals we met were very friendly and happy to answer our questions. Highly recommended and just what we were looking for.

The house was perfect for us (4 adults and one little girl). It is a really nice house, very practical and we really appreciate the localisation and the hot tube. The team was very nice to us and helpfull for any questions. I will definitively recommand it!

Absolutely fantastic stay in Iceland! This house was truly a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, which was a huge plus considering the cost of eating out in Iceland. The living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the linens were nice. We loved having access to the washing machine and dryer. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the smart TV was great for winding down in the evenings. The location was ideal for exploring Golden Circle and South Coast. We found it easy to access local shops and restaurants, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Lovely place. Perfect base for travelling. Teens loved the big TVs! Always really warm after a day trip out. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Everything you need. Only one thing not perfect - the hot tub is not like a UK hot tub. It's a big tub you fill with hot water when you want to use it, which takes a while.

Loved our stay for the few nights we were there. Check in was easy and there is a lot of nice places locally, both for food and exploring. Made a great place to start as we travelled and explored the south of the island! A great place to stay!

10min von Selfoss entfernt ist die Unterkunft eine gute Ausgangslage für den Golden Circle und den Thermalfluss. Die Vermieter haben sogar ein kleines Video erstellt, wie man sie findet. Durch die Abgeschiedenheit hatten wir das Glück direkt vor unserer Haustür Polarlichter zu sehen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen haben wir innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei euch sein durften!

We spent one night there and it was amazing. A wonderful cabin in peaceful surroundings - small but cozy. The only “problem” was a too friendly cat which entered the house the moment we arrived. Eyvindur is a friendly and responsive host. We had a really nice time there!

Die Wohnung ist super stilvoll und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, alles was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Einfach toll!

We only stayed one night there, but the man cave/bar space looked so nice and cozy that in the evening, we were really just looking forward to come in for a drink and chat at the house, rather than have drink somewhere else :) Nice and cozy bed and nice bathroom. We had a lovely stay and I wished I could have been there one more day :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Einchecken war ganz simpel und die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht war ein Traum und die Betten sehr bequem.

Esra’s place was great and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. It’s set in an apartment building that’s in close proximity to a food store, gas station, a food hall and a visitor’s center. It had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals and wash our clothes. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The town was situated in a good spot, not far from Selfoss and several natural attractions. The only con was the presence of a daycare next door with several loud children, sometimes into the evening hours. But this wouldn’t be a deterrent from us staying there again. We really enjoyed Esra’s apartment and the town.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Blick direkt auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt, man kann es auch für länger aushalten. Da wir ein Auto hatten, kamen wir auch schnell überall hin, die öffentliche Erreichbarkeit können wir nicht beurteilen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Vielen Dank, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

很温馨的房子🥰特别喜欢房子里的开放式厨房，餐具和室内装修很新。除了洗澡的区域有些拥挤，但这并不影响～我愿意推荐这个房子作为来冰岛旅游暂时居住的地方

Nagyon köszönjük a csodálatos szállást, felülmúlta a várakozásainkat, tiszta, barátságos, csendes, mindennel felszerelt! Mintha otthon lettünk volna! Nagyszerű kiinduló pont volt a sok látnivalóhoz, amit meg szerettünk volna nézni! Hálásan köszönjük!

The place was very neat and exactly what is shown in the picture. Easy and smooth check in . We stayed for 5 days and it felt like home, quiet , warm and respected place. From the balcony, we were welcome to see Aurora for our first night. For burgers lover, there’s a joint burger nearby ( Hamborgara bullan) which is really good (5⭐️). The city center can be reached about 7-11 minutes by driving. Theres always spot for parking and it’s free. Highly recommended. Definitely will come back and stay longer. My family and I are very thankful for our stay.

We had a great stay in Selfoss. The condo is tucked into a complex of sorts. There is a playground very close which was great for our kids. The condo was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We were out sightseeing most of our time and this was a great “home base”. Not much to see right around the condo but that didn’t bother us. The condo had everything we needed and more. Thanks for a great stay!!
