This place was really peaceful and beautiful. Loved walking around the neighborhood. Definitely will comeback. The hosts were great too. Very helpful and responsive. Overall good escape from city life.

James was a wonderful host. We landed really late so he gave us extra guidance to ensure we knew where to go and left lots of lights on making it easy to find. The guest home is in a quiet neighborhood and it was incredibly easy to get a good nights sleep. A great location for those going to George Steinbrenner Field or Raymond James Stadium. We left at 5:15 am and he told us not to worry about towels, sheets, trash etc. which was really nice considering the time. We plan to come back to spring training next year and hope this guest home is available for our stay!

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Tree House and it was lovely. It is in the back yard of the host's home, yet felt very private due to the lush tropical landscaping and trees. For me, the best part was the screened-in porch where I spent hours each morning enjoying the coffee Susan provided. It's located in a great little older neighborhood with easy street-parking and within walking distance of Hyde Park area - lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The approx. 100 year-old apartment was as described which means I understood we would not have the luxuries of a dishwasher or central heat and air - and we were fine with that.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We originally had it reserved for us and both of the kids, so Jeff had the extra bed there waiting for us. We've been coming to St. Pete for 7 years and I love the historic old charm of the houses and streets. Jeff definitely went the extra mile with lining the stove with foil and having every convenience of home. Already going to schedule our next stay with Jeff. Also loved the central A/C!!!! Great private place to stay in St.Pete.

Karen was a wonderful host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in her apartment. The apartment was well supplied, and we had everything we needed. It is across the street from a beautiful park with walking and biking trails. It’s convenient to the beach and area restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this apartment.

We loved Leigh Ann's place! It's a beautiful little beach house, walking distance from the bay (and downtown St. Pete if you're in for a slightly longer walk). It was the perfect size for 3 people. Leigh Ann also provided beach chairs, a beach table, and coolers, which was so sweet and above and beyond. Highly recommend for any stays in St. Pete.

Dirk and Erika were wonderful communicators and the space was in an awesome location, we walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. It was quaint and on a quiet street, we were thankful for a weekend away!

We loved our short stay at Studio Zen and cannot wait to come back! Location was perfect, peaceful and just what we needed after long days of painting murals in the area! Located just a short drive from Dade City! We will be back for our next job up there! Thank you Kaarla for allowing us to stay at Studio Zen! 💚

Great place to stay for a couple! Close to everything in St Pete’s, short drive to restaurants, downtown, the beach.

Cozy place for a one night stay before a cruise. Bed was very comfortable. No problem with shower. Keurig had a selection of coffee, my husband suggested adding non flavored. Also a large selection of teas. Solarium was relaxing in morning to drink your coffee. I asked the owner for a restaurant suggestion for dinner and it did not disappoint. El cafetal was a very good Latin restaurant. We also got pastries to have for breakfast. Delicious. Would stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The suite was clean and Lissette responded to all our needs quickly. A great hostess! We will definitely stay there again

We stayed one night in Tampa, the apartment is perfect, equipped with every comfort, quiet and perfectly clean and well-kept. I recommend it both for the price and the quality of the service.

I was in town for a class at the Florida School of Woodwork & this was a perfect home for the week - clean, comfortable, safe, & well-equipped. Bonnie was friendly and helpful, so I felt right at home. I would happily stay here again!

We had a great stay at Sonya’s bungalow! Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and she even loaned us something we didn’t have. Sonya and Chris are super friendly and very responsive. Their dogs are adorable and you will likely encounter them on your stay as the bungalow is in a shared backyard. We highly recommend as the price is a huge savings over hotels in the Tampa area.

5 stars We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and in a great location. It’s just a short walk to coffee, sweets, shopping and dining in Hyde Park! Check-in was easy, and Lisa was responsive and helpful throughout. We stayed here once before and definitely would stay here again …we highly recommend to others!

Great lil place for a quick and quiet get away and is reasonably priced I would definitely stay here again

Very friendly host! The location is good but not as quiet as expected, as it's connected to the main house, and we could hear conversations, television on loud until late hours, snoring at 4a, opening and shutting of front door and any gates on the property. Lack of curtains made it feel even less private. The kitchen had plenty of other guests leftovers if you don’t mind sharing used products.. Even the sponge had an odor, and there was no dish soap—only hand soap. There was no laundry detergent. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the water pressure was weak. And plenty of knats coming out the drain in case you wanted alittle exercise swatting them off you while you shower or use the toilet. When first walking in, the place seemed surface-level clean, but the sheets had stains, and the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black, even through socks. Host was nice and responsive via messages, but when the property manager called her on speaker, she was rude.

Dave’s place was amazing! It was clean and exactly as described. Dave has thought about every little detail and what his guests need - from the stand up desk with a monitor to the extra plug in next to the bed to the spices on the table. This was the best stocked place I have stayed at thus far.

Our flight got delayed by 4 hours, so my wife and I showed up around midnight. Not only was check in still easy, but Giovanny was willing to work with us over this delay. The yard was beautiful, the place was spotless, and it was peaceful the entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to AirBnB in Tampa.

We enjoyed our time here. we had a minor hiccup with the door keypad and Nicole acted promptly to help us resolve the issue. We especially loved the outdoor area as you could enjoy sun or shade at almost any time of day.

Matthew was a very responsive his and his place was great. Nice neighborhood and walkable to Armature.
