Lots of different areas to hang out. Movie room was my fav and the video games. The house could be a little updated but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!

Had a great stay at Angel’s place for my bachelor party. The location was central and just a short drive from everything we wanted to do in Tampa, including golf, spring training, and exploring downtown. The house was exactly as described with tons of fun activities and a great outdoor space. Angel was an excellent host—very communicative and flexible, which made the trip even smoother. The only small comment was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Tampa!

Heated pool was amazing. It now has a gate and fence and fenced roof around it so no leaves In Pool. Place was very clean. 3 bathrooms was amazing. Host was very responsive if I had questions. Tampa 20 min drive. Lots of restaurants parks and a couple beaches. Very peaceful neighborhood, felt very safe. No issues.

Nice home. Not a lot of yard for larger dogs, but worked well for smaller pets. Very responsive owner and great communication. Had all needs for our stay. Reccomend to anyone who is visiting the area.

This house is truly a gem! It’s beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and located in a fantastic neighborhood. The host was extremely helpful, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect – so close to Amalie Arena, Dunedin, George Steinbrenner Stadium, and Raymond James Stadium. We absolutely loved the home and the area. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was absolutely stunning, with plenty of open spaces to relax and enjoy. This is a great spot for a quiet family vacation. The home was well-stocked with everything you'd need including some great snacks. Convenient location with short drives to Bradenton, Clearwater, and downtown Tampa.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

This was hands down the best air bnb I have ever stayed in! Not only was the house clean and exactly as advertised but also was supplied with so many amenities that made our stay so easy and enjoyable! We utilized the beach supplies and washing machine and enjoyed the fenced in backyard with cute patio! The host was so quick and helpful when responding! Would 10/10 recommend this home to anyone visiting this area!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the home and accessibility to the highway. It is conveniently located within 15-20 minutes of many attractions. The home was very clean and pristine and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood itself is a mix of beautifully renovated homes and some that are run down. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood during the day. We did not utilize the kitchen but noticed that it was very well stocked. We did not use the water or ice feature on the refrigerator because it said that it needed the filter replaced but that was not a big issue for us. I would consider staying here again as there was a lot of room and the home was in exceptional condition.

This place was great for our stay before our cruise. Very affordable and close to everything! Would definitely recommend. The hosts are very friendly and responsive!

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

The Peacock house was very clean, decor was cute and creative. They did a great job keeping vintage accents of the original home, like the crystal door knobs, with contemporary amenities. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and very clean as well. There was a notebook with all the info for any question you may have, and Lisa was polite and quick to reply when messaged. The parking was right next to our door, which was great for us. We were traveling with a 6 month old, so it was nice to just be able to run out to the car if we forgot something. Instead of having to run to a parking garage or valet at a hotel. We stayed for one night, just a little stay-cation from Sarasota, but would definitely stay again.

This place is actually better than the picture show. Very pristine and very clean. It's the perfect place for a bunch of guys who want to get together for a golf trip or something like that. Somewhat secluded, which is what I was kind of looking for. Me and my 13 other friend loved it.

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

This place is exactly as described and better. Read everything Chris says and that's what you get. It's very spacious and private, yet close to everything. The location is excellent. 5 minutes from private business as well as big box stores, bars and restaurants. There are several beaches & parks within 10 minutes, take your pick. We were visited by a very nice cat usually in the evenings, it would eat and let us pet it and head back out the door. The canal offers a lot of wildlife, birds chirping in the morning while sipping coffee by the pool is priceless. We brought our kayaks and traveled out to Moggle Bay and I also caught some catfish from the dock. Keep in mind that this isn't a 100% rental place, but someone's home that invites guests to stay a percentage of the time. I would definitely stay again.

John was a great host! His place was beautiful, clean, and you can’t go wrong with a beautiful pool to enjoy the sun. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, with little touches throughout to help make the space feel like home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

House was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was a bit surprising; we assumed all the homes would be similar to this one. However, the neighborhood was very quiet, and we felt safe the entire time. The hosts were very welcoming and were easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Great location between downtown and beaches. the house was spotless and had a great backyard area for large groups.
