Schon der Informationsaustausch vorab war perfekt. Jedes Detail treffend beschrieben, excellent kurzfristige Kommunikation innerhalb von Minuten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig, großer Külschrank und große Dusche. Schönes Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Tisch zum Arbeiten. Seht gutes/schnelles WLAN. Ausreichend Steckdosen sowie ein neuer Lift vorhanden. Es gab sowohl eine sehr gute Klimaanlage aber auch gleichzeitig Ventilatorer, sehr gutes System. Bett groß und excellent zum Schlafen. Ausreichend Kästen auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal war fantastisch, immer freundlich, haben Einkäufe sofort abgenommen und zur Wohnung gebracht. Der Property Supervisor war Herr Abhijit Das, immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, sehr sauber. 24h Service Desk. Essen ebenfalls verfügbar. Es war ein genialer Aufenthalt und ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

place is nice and clean highly recommed for people visit for official purposes and for visa appoinments, it is quiet and calm had peacful online meetings at room.

We had an amazing experience staying at Sridhar’s house! As first-time Airbnb guests, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Sridhar was extremely supportive and accommodating throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by offering us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. His caretaker, Pappu, was also fantastic. He ensured the premises were clean daily and was always polite, helpful, and friendly. It truly felt like we were at home. As a family, we had a great time, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you, Sridhar, for making our first Airbnb experience so memorable. Highly recommend!

Quite enjoyed staying at the place. I was there partly on vacation and partly on medical reasons. It did served my purpose. Nice host, nice property. And nicer the complementary breakfast!

The appartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It is a newly constructed building and all amenities are high quality. All ACs are working well. Having attached shower and WC makes it convenient for large families/groups. Most importantly the host is a friendly person and is prompt in responding to messages. We are coming back!

I enjoyed my stay in Ismail's apartment very much. You have the rooftop terrace for yourself. Because the house is in the middle of the city you have a very nice view to all directions day and night. A highlight, in the night you see the Telangana State New secretariat and the Birla Mandir temple in nice lightening. The apartment is big has a kitchen area, fridge and two beds. One of them is even a waterbed, wow how convenient. The toilet and shower is outside the apartment, next door but because you have the whole area for yourself, you have enough privacy to enjoy your stay at Ismail's apartment. Thia is nice place in gated society just behind Raheja Mind space. Near to madhapur and Hitech.5-6kms from AIG. Place is neat and people are helpful. you can fin everything at walking distance. Recomended.
