The location is unbeatable and the house itself is amazing - spacious and beautifully finished. One of the best air bnbs I've stayed in - the friends we were there with agreed, as did the kids! would stay again in a heartbeat

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

Fantastic beach house. Very spacious and well equipped to host 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). Lovely interior and big garden with lots to do for the kids (games, toys, swings in garden). New table tennis table was a bonus! Karl was very responsive and provided everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location, 5 min walk from the beach. We spent a weekend here but could have happily done longer and would hope to come back in the future for either a week or 2 holiday or another long weekend. Thanks for having us!

We loved staying here! A perfect space for a big group with great communal areas. The house was light, bright and well equipped with lots of plates, glasses etc. Sam was also the perfect host - super responsive, friendly and let us check in early which meant we could make the most of the great weather! Our only comment would be lack of privacy in the main toilet - the curtain on the door has a bit of a gap. Didn’t bother us too much for maybe would for a more private group! Nonetheless, would recommend in a heartbeat.

Ideal place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Pleasant walk along the River into town. The parking space makes it easier to unload your car. All the rooms are good size and very clean and comfortable.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un immeuble chargé d'histoire. L'appartement était très propre, spacieux, offrait tout le confort nécessaire. Même pour ceux qui ont un bébé, il y a le nécessaire, lit pliant, pot, différents jeux de société. Et la vue...la vue, juste magnifique face à la mer et sur la digue. L'hôte a toujours été réactif lors de nos échanges. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

stayed in Julie's flat for 2 nights it was very nice, clean and comfortable plenty of on street parking available too. There are a lot of stairs to climb which some people might find a challenge though but worth it when you get to the top though.

Very helpful after I had been let down by another host. Replied to my request very quickly and super helpful. Was in the property within an hour of requesting. Very clean, suitable property in a good location for a good price. Would stay there again.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Hardelot ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description. Tout était propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec soin, ce qui a ajouté une touche chaleureuse à notre séjour. Les équipements étaient modernes et fonctionnels, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre temps sur place. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes de la plage et des commerces, tout en étant dans un environnement calme et reposant. Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses activités à proximité, comme les promenades le long de la côte et les visites des villages environnants. Un grand merci à notre hôte, qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Cela a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à toute personne souhaitant découvrir Hardelot et ses environs. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

The place is as great as it is described, the guide provided is really helpful and the hosts were always responsive 🙂

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. My partner and I had such a fabulous stay at this apartment. Having a view of the sea from the front room and a coffee in the morning was a major highlight for us. The location of the flat is also perfect for getting around Margate. The beds are comfy, flat was cosy and decorated really well. The hosts were super helpful and responsive so we had zero issues finding the flat. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Logement idéal pour passer du bon temps sur la côte d’Opale rt pour 2 personnes. Parce que pas très grand, surtout l’espace cuisine. Situé sur l’esplanade de la digue de Wimereux, il est également proche de tous les commerces. Catherine est très accueillante et réactive à nos différentes questions.

Eine Woche lang sind wir bei traumhaftem Frühlingswetter beeindruckt worden von den vielen Möglichkeiten die Meereslandschaft bei Boulogne-sur-Mer zu erleben. Ein Erlebnis waren auch das Meeresmuseum Nausikaá, die Altstadt mit Kathedrale und Krypta und die Radtour zum Cap Gris Nez oder der Besuch vom Cap Blanc-Nez!
