From the start Alex was a great host, meeting us at the apartment with little notice, kindly assisting us with all the luggage we came with and providing useful advice about the area. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious, immediately making us feel relaxed and at home. Alex went above and beyond as a host and we could not have asked for anything else. Thank you Alex!

Alexys residence is a great place to stay, the location is great at the limit of midtown, with the trams and bus not too far away and the convenience around you won't need much more than what there already is. Alexy is a great man happy for be of service and tell you everything you need to enjoy your stay the fullest, I would recommend his clean and great apartments to anyone looking for someplace to stay in Iasi. Realy cozy and central placed apartment, in the evening the view over the town is lovely. The communication with the host was very useful and easy. When we will come back in Iași, for sure we will book it again!

Multumim pentru amabilitate! Zona este excelenta, cu vedere spre palat, iar gazda ne-a ajutat cu check inul. Vom reveni cu placere.

Quiet area with private parking. The coffee machine in the entrance was a big plus for us. worth the money 👍

I highly recommend to anyone, the apartment was really easy to find and în a really good location! The host was really helpful and made sure we can contact them if needed. The apartment itself was really cozy and warm, the thermostat worked perfectly and it has all the amenities you would need! And I must say even if I didn’t have the view of the Palas area the view was still great seeing all the hills and building in the distance! I will defiantly come back. Probably to another apartment of their as they have a few and they all look great!!!

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, ubicado en una zona tranquila y agradable. El anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento. Además, se podía aparcar fácilmente en los alrededores, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Sin duda, una excelente experiencia.
