Staying here for eight nights was a true pleasure! The location is ideal-just a short walk from Palas, the city center, and all the must-see attractions. At the same time, the area is quiet and safe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, with a green courtyard and a gazebo where I spent several relaxing moments. It was so nice to have this peaceful outdoor space in the middle of the city ! Another great advantage was the parking spots available, which made everything hassle-free. Alex, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure I had all the information I needed. The place matched the pictures perfectly, and I lacked nothing. Plus, the supermarket just two minutes away was a great convenience. A peaceful retreat with parking, in such a central location, is a rare find. I absolutely loved my stay and can't wait to come back!

Accommodation is excellent as shown in description, in a new construction building. To get to it you need to drive on a alley from the main Moara de Foc access road. Cezar is very responsive and friendly.

Am avut o experiență minunată în acest apartament din Iași! Este modern, curat și foarte bine amenajat, având tot ce îți trebuie pentru un sejur plăcut. Alexandru a fost extrem de amabil și disponibil, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare. Nu a lipsit nimic, iar locația este excelentă pentru a explora orașul. Recomand cu încredere acest apartament!

A fost o experiență foarte bună. Totul a fost exact ca în descriere. Anastasia a răspuns la mesaje aproape imediat. Cabanuta este perfecta. Dotată cu tot ce trebuie. Apa caldă și căldură la orice oră. Curățenie perfectă.

Loc ideal pentru relaxare, departe de zgomotul orașului. Locația superbă, view incredibil asupra Iasiului. Cabana foarte bine dotată cu cele necesare. Totul bine intreținut si amenajat cu bun gust. Zona este excelentă. Check-in foarte ușor de realizat. Ne-am simțit excelent și vom reveni cu siguranță. Prietenii noștri au fost foarte încântați.

Amazing place for the parties: there is a two-floor house and a cozy veranda nearby, besides there is a grill and a vat for hot bathing. The host is friendly. We were happy to select this place for a birthday event.
