Comunicarea a fost excelenta. Octavian a fost foarte prompt. Locatia este foarte aproape de centru. Apartamentul curat si cu ce era necesar in el.

Paul is a very nice host who answers all questions very quickly. The accommodation on the 8th floor is easily accessible via a lift and has fantastic views over Iasi. All rooms are very clean and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Tram, taxi and LIDL are only 6 minutes walk away. I will definitely book this accommodation again on my next visit to Iasi.

Спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство и приятное общение! Не смотря на поздний вечер, нас встретил и разместил хозяин, было разрешено проживание с нашими двумя собаками. Хорошая чистая квартира полностью соответствует описанию и представленным фото, имеет все необходимое. Мы остались довольны и рекомендуем.

Este a doua oară când am închiriat acest apartament, și am fost la fel de mulțumit ca și prima dată! De această dată am găsit și papuci de casă, ceea ce este încă un plus! 🙂 Mulțumesc pentru găzduire, și sper să revin cat mai curând!

Petru's place was very nice, spacious will required amenities and very clean. Petru was also a very nice host.

Locația a fost excelenta pentru partea orașului unde am avut eu treaba. Apartamentul a fot curat , Baia foarte mare și frumosa , bucătăria cu tot ce ai nevoie dacă vrei sa gătești + ai loc de parcare fix în fata blocului.

Walter was very proactive with his communication and friendly. He made sure I knew where I was going and he also stayed up late until past 03:00 to help me enter the building as my flight arrived in the middle of the night. He showed me how everything in the apartment worked and afforded me flexibility with my check-in and check-out time and overall he was very kind. The apartment is good value, it is small but functional for a solo traveller. The bed is a small mattress laid out on the floor and frankly it worked just fine for me and was comfortable. The location isn’t ideal as it is right on the outskirts of the city however it is relatively close to the Cetatiua, Frumoasa and Galata Monasteries. I used Bolt to get to and from the apartment and city centre which was cheap enough or you can use public transport which is even cheaper. Both options do not take long. The pillow cases and blankets needed washing in my opinion. Aside from that the apartment was clean and spotless.

Clean and beautiful! The apartment was in a great zone for visiting the most important places in the city as well. Also it was a pleasure to have Steve as a host. Thanks for everything!

Daca vreti sa evitati agitatia urbana, aceasta este o locatie perfecta in Iași. Daniel este o gazda primitoare si ne-a intampinat cu mult drag. Locatia se gaseste foarte usor.

The apartment itself was great! The only issues was with the building itself. If you need to use the ramp to access the building it becomes a challenge because it’s very steep (around 15 degrees).

Având în vedere ca este în zona centrală prețul mi s-a părut unul excelent! Locuință frumoasă și ora de check out foarte avantajoasă , este prima dată când am putut face check out la ora 12.00 . Recomand!
