The apartment is simply amazing! It is a fantastic and central position of the city so it is perfect for who wants to visit Iasi. It is big and spacious and it has everything needed for a perfect stay. Raluca and Andrei were quick and responsive for everything (and also patient), so I can just give 5 stars for everything and I can't complain about any single thing. I will definitely come back here.

Really cozy place – made our stay in Iași a real pleasure. The apartment is very clean and has every facility, including a fully functional kitchen. Moreover, it is close to the city square and easy to find. Bogdan is also very responsive and a friendly host, so that's a big bonus. If and when we're in Iași again, I'll be sure to rent this again, without hesitation.

Un studio confortabil si bine dotat. Liniste. Parcare. Kaufland aproape. Vedere frumoasa. Kaufland aproape. Usor de ajuns cu taxi din centru. Recomand.

Locuinta este superba, frumos decorata, cozy si impecabila din punct de vedere al curateniei. Ne-am simtit foarte bine in aceasta casa. Am ajuns destul de tarziu la proprietate si din cauza întunericului a fost un pic mai greu de gasit, dar Constantin ne-a ajutat, chiar daca ora era tarzie si pentru asta suntem foarte recunoscatori. Iti multumim Constantin pentru gazduire si receptivitate 🙏🏻

Un loc frumos si linistit, care corespunde anuntului. Foarte curate baile, camerele si in general intreaga casa. Gazda prietenoasa care ne'a oferit instructiuni foarte clare si de ajutor. Recomand cu drag.

Am avut plăcerea de a sta la Q Residence între 10 și 15 Septembrie, la etajul 8, și a fost o experiență grozavă! În primul rând, priveliștea de la balcon este spectaculoasă – seara, poți savura un apus superb și o panoramă parțială a orașului. Serios, dacă ți-e dor de Iași sau doar vrei să te relaxezi după o zi plină, balconul e locul ideal! Fiind în orașul meu natal, mi-a fost super ușor să mă deplasez – în 10 minute eram fie la Iulius Mall, fie la Palas Mall, perfect pentru cumpărături rapide sau o cafea. Locația mi-a permis să îmi rezolv și treburile personale fără bătăi de cap. Cazarea în sine a fost confortabilă, curată și bine amenajată, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Până și liftul mergea fără să aibă acele momente de „suspans” pe care le întâlnești uneori în blocuri înalte – punct bonus pentru asta!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Despite our last-minute booking, the host went above and beyond to prepare everything perfectly. The place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but the host made it easy by providing everything we needed, including space to wash and dry their clothes after a long journey. The hospitality was outstanding, and the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-prepared stay. The apartment is in a brand-new building, super clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. You can really tell the owners love and take great care of the place, everything feels thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The separate room was a huge plus for me since I work remotely—it gave me the perfect space to focus. The apartment has two cozy balconies, one of which has outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy them because of the weather, but I’m looking forward to it next time. The host was friendly and welcoming, making communication super easy. The location is great. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme et à proximité des commerces et services. Le gros plus, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. Habitant à proximité et d'un caractère serviable, elle est disponible au moindre problème ou si vous avez besoin de renseignements. Un grand merci à elle pour un séjour très agréable.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alle beschriebenen Details der Wohnung waren vorhanden! Die Vermieter waren jederzeit kurzfristig zu erreichen und haben uns beim Empfang sehr engagiert die Stadt und alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt. Wir haben die Zeit in der sehr komfortablen Ferienwohnung mit der ganz besonderen Sicht über die Skyline von Iasi sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

The place was absolutely pristine—spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Cristina went above and beyond to make our visit perfect, always responsive and accommodating to all our requests. The apartment is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, ensuring peaceful nights and restful sleep.
