Nice quiet relaxing and respectful family community in beautiful surroundings away from the crowd and madness. Great for young families. Car essential and easy access to the lovely South West and the rest of Island. Eduardo was very friendly, chilled out and helpful. 7 pines next door is expensive, but, worth a visit for a wonderful sunset at the cone. Cala Comté is close and gorgeous but very busy. Plan visits off peak. Apartments are spacious, functional, with amazing balcony views, salt water pool is very nice. Occasionally you may hear your neighbours but we had very respectful neighbours on our visit. Only issue is fans instead of A/C. Adding A/C fans for hot months would be a big asset.

Klare Empfehlung, Antonio war zu jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Das Haus war gepflegt und sah sehr gut aus!

We had a great time at Mark and Barry’s house. Location was amazing and the roof terrace with 360 degree views was beautiful. Great recommendations for restaurants and beaches - all the ones we tried were faultless. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience renting a campervan on Ibiza! The team was always available when needed, making us feel supported throughout the trip. Exploring the island in a campervan was unforgettable, giving us the freedom to discover hidden spots and enjoy nature at our own pace. This adventure will stay in our memories for a long time.

Ruim opgezet en schoon appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig. Het strand is eenvoudig en snel bereikbaar, ook met kleine kinderen. Een aanrader, we komen hier zeker nog een keer terug! Alessio is een vakman, hij staat altijd voor je klaar!

We had a wonderfull time at this beautifull house. The rooms are spacious and everything is clean and nice. Lovely pool and roof terrace! We enjoyed our welcome with the housemanager, she offered us usefull tips of the surroundings and gave us a great tour of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day.

Sehr ruhige und private Atmosphäre keine direkte Nachbarn Strandnah und sehr viel Platz auf dem Grundstück Der Salzwasserpool sehr angenehm und freundlich zu Augen und Haut kein Stress wegen Handtücher auf den Sonnenliegen 😉 Für Selbstversorger ideal, Küche und Grill gut ausgestattet. Lali ist immer für einen da! Danke für alles wir kommen wieder !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Ibiza, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The house is spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location of the house is perfect – secluded enough for privacy but close enough to all the action Ibiza has to offer.

Our stay at this beautiful house near Cala Molí in Ibiza was wonderful. We were greeted by Lolo and Lucia who were very friendly and gave us lots of tips about the area where the house is located. The property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, near Cala Molí, Cala Vedella and Cala Tarida. The house is super cozy and has everything you might need for a perfect stay. A well equipped kitchen with all the small appliances you can imagine. The two main bedrooms a very comfortable, ech with its own ensuite bathrooms wioth showers. The third room, though smaller, has a bunk bed and its own bathroom as well. The terrace has an unique view and we loved to have breakfast there with the most wonderful view of the sea. We also took advantage if the barbecue and cooked some great meals. The upper terrace has an even better view of the ocean. The pool is a great addition and completely secluded. All in all, the house exceded our expectations. ¡Thank you!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Toni hat super funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen! Immer wieder gern :)

Amazing place for a group. Lots of space in the property, good pool area and lots of finishing touches that made it feel like home from home. 10 minute walk to a nice beach with a few places to eat & with a car well connected to lots of other places on the island. Definitely somewhere we would like to come back to.

Great house, which is very well equipped. Lovely outdoor spaces. We came in October so weather was very mixed so we hired a car and toured the entire Island. Easy 25 minute walk into Ibiza Town which is for the most part is along a paved walkway. View of Talamanca Bay was lovely.

Wat een fantastisch huis en adembenemend uitzicht! Het huis was precies zoals op de foto’s: ruim, fijne slaapkamers, volledig ingerichte keuken, mooie terrassen met goede zitjes en een groot zwembad. En vanuit alle kamers kan je genieten van het uitzicht. Communicatie met de host was plezierig en snel.

We stayed at Simon’s place for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed. It is very spacious,even more spacious than in the pictures,very clean and equipped with all necessary modern amenities. The view from the terrace towards the Ibiza nature and the golf field is really amazing. We are very thankful to Simon that he allowed us to stay with our dog, our dog really enjoyed the house and especially the big terrace which became her favourite place. :) The communication with Simon was very easy and he was always reachable. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. 🙂

Wonderful accommodation! Really spacious and lots of facilities. It’s about €9 to the nearest beach, and about 15min walk to nearest supermarket. Local restaurants are ok the cheaper side compared to other parts of the island, but very tasty/friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat for the pool alone

Très bon séjour dans un endroit calme. Pas de logement aux alentours, nous étions vraiment seuls. La villa correspond à la description, idéal jusqu’à 6 personnes, et l’extérieur était parfait avec la piscine et le barbecue. Endroit à recommander si vous souhaitez visiter l’île

Bruno is an amazing host, Nothing is too much trouble for him. The villa is amazing exactly what you need after partying! It’s really clean and spacious, Bruno has thought of all the touches, coffee machine, blender etc. The location is brilliant a 5min walk from the taxi rank and supermarket. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa it was great for our friends birthday! We can’t wait for next year!

Laurences' place was the perfect spot for 3 girlfriends to enjoy Ibiza! It's a lovely calming and chilled spot, just 5 mins to the beach, 3 mins to the taxi -boat to the old town and easy to get taxis from the hotel opposite. Clean, tidy and nicely decorated- we loved the cacti theme! We will be back :)

Tuvimos la suerte de pasar una semana entera en esta villa tan bonita con unas vistas espectaculares en plena naturaleza. Al ser una casa grande es ideal para grupos, hay diferentes zonas donde poder estar y disfrutar todos juntos. Nos sentimos super a gusto y muy agradecidos con el trato de Pepita, la dueña de la casa, que junto a Lucia se preocuparon de darnos todas las facilidades a nuestra llegada y nuestra salida de la villa. Nos encantó la experiencia y volveremos seguro! Mil gracias
