Wonderful position on top of the hill with sea view. Rooms large and fully equipped. Thalina and her family are very kind and open to support . The hotel is in a tactical position to visit the entire island , being in the same time isolated to get rest without noises

Η πρώτη μας συνάντηση με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν φανταστική. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε άνετα. Ευχάριστοι άνθρωποι που με την κάθε απορία μας ήταν εκεί. Το σπίτι δε εξαιρετικό. Ο χώρος μεγάλος φωτεινός και πεντακάθαρος. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα με άπλετο χώρο για να τακτιποθησουμε όλοι τα πράγματα μας. Ένα σημαντικό κομμάτι θα έλεγα ότι ήταν και η βεράντα. Όμορφο μέρος με ησυχία. Το παν όμως ήταν οι άνθρωποι, κάθε πρωί μας ενημέρωναν για εκδηλώσεις στο νησί και μέρη να κοιτάξουμε πριν φύγουμε. Απίστευτο νησί και το κατάλυμα τέλειο. Ελπίζω να ξαναπάω σύντομα!

Georgios was an amazing Host. He picked us up at the port at 4am even though the house is very close. The ferry was 2 hours late! Georgios was kind and considerate.

Gerçekten çok tatlı insanlardı. Eve girişimizde bize tatlı yiyecekler hazırlamış ve ihtiyaçlarımız doğrultusunda buzdolabına su , içecekler konulmuştu. Tertemiz bir evdi. Konforluydu. Sorunlarımıza hızlı çözüm buldular. Ev yerel imkanlara yakındı. Restorant ve alışveriş yerlerine yakındı. Samosta güzel bir deneyimdi. Ev sahibine teşekkürler🌸

We had a wonderful and restful time We were welcomed by our lovely hostess and shown around the apartment. Everything was so welcoming and clean and fresh. There was water in the fridge coffee in the cupboard and some fruit on the table. There is a lovely shaded patio to sit outside. We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment to everyone! Abbiamo scoperto per caso quest'a isola, e per alloggiare abbiamo scelto l'appartamento di Chris. Devo dire che mai decisione sia stata più giusta è stato tutto oltre ogni aspettativa. Chris è stato un host splendido e sempre attento ad ogni nostra piccola richiesta. Se mai decideste di visitare Ikaria ricordate che è un'isola dove il tempo si ferma... E se vorrete un luogo tranquillo e confortevole Karavostamo è il luogo ideale... fermatevi nell'appartamento di Chris e vivrete una vacanza da sogno. Se mai dovessimo tornare ad Ikaria, sicuramente Karavostamo sarà la nostra meta

stamatios 'ün annesi Jenni bizi karşıladı. oldukça güeryüzlü ve dost canlısı bir hanfendi idi. Eve dair; eşyalar ve temizlik son derece güzel ve fotoğraflardaki gibi idi. Konuma dair; denizi ve kumsaliyla bir bütün düşünür isek harika bir yer. İnsan kalabalığından uzak ve beden/ruh terapisi için güzel bir yer. Pythagerion 'dan bir saat mesafede olması dikkate alındığında (taksiler klima kullanmadan camlar açık sekilde getirip götürüyor 🙂) en az 2 gece konaklamayi tavsiye ederim. Restoranlar Pythagerion'a göre daha hesaplı ama Atina'ya göre daha pahalı bir yer. Ev harika, sahibesi Jenni daha harika bir insan o nedenle en az 2 gece konaklamak icin şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Bir daha gidecek olsam 3 gecelik konaklama planlaması yapardım. stamatios ise mesajla olan sorularınıza ise dürüstçe ve zamanında cevap veriyor. O nedenle bir teşekkür kedisine 2 teşekkür annesi Jenni fazlasıyla hak ediyorlar.

Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie hier - in Arethousa. Ein sehr schönes verträumtes kleines Dorf mit Minimarkt und einem Kaffee. Wir haben uns von Maria und Agapio sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet! Maria hat uns fast jeden Tag mit kulinarischen Kleinigkeiten der Insel verwöhnt. Wir hatten hier einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien entretenu. A deux pas de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants. Joanna nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et était toujours disponible. Une excellente adresse si vous souhaitez vous détendre et profiter de la mer cristalline et des plages de l'île de Samos.

Marita è stata una perfetta Host, con comunicazioni precise e veloci. I suoi suoceri sono stati più che gentili e accudentii, molto premurosi. la pulizia impeccabile. l'unico consiglio, almeno per la nostra esperienza di soggiorno di circa 20 giorni è stata la mancanza di wifi e di alcune dotazioni di cucina, ma ampiamente ripagate dalla gentilezza e disponibilità.

Despoina is very friendly and the house is at very good location. There are all you need in the kitchen and if you need some extra stuff, Despoina helps you. The house was big enough for us, 3 person family with one kid. We had great times at Samos. The beach of Kampos is the best in Samos. The house is just behind the beach. The beach is not crowded and not wavy. You can use the free umbrellas and beds in front of the restaurants or use the shadow of some trees.

This was the second time at Eugenia and Kostas place, and it was great to be back. they are extremely kind and caring, we felt at home. The place is beautiful and quiet, you should definitely stay there for your trip in Ikaria. Lovely stay, we hope we will be back again.

Alloggiare qui con la nostra bimba di 10 mesi è stato perfetto per quello che cercavamo. A due passi dal mare con tutti i servizi necessari nei dintorni. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile, lei è la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione, ogni piccolo problema è stato risolto tempestivamente e si sono dimostrati molto flessibili per check-in e checkout

This is a wonderful AirBNB especially if you want a peaceful escape. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is huge, great if you’re cooking at home. Plenty of room in the living room with majestic views of the mountains! I also love love love the backyard garden area. It feels so comfortable and relaxing. The check in process is smooth and the host is very responsive. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the port, however it’s a sharp incline to walk up. So it isn’t the easiest walk. But if you have a car / scooter then it’s no issue. The town of Agios Kyrikos has a few great cafes and restaurants, plus a few well stocked markets. During the summer there are plenty of ferries arriving here and bus service to nearby Therma or a daily bus to Evdilos. Highly recommend this AirBNB! Plus there’s a very friendly cat that hangs in the backyard area.

We had such an amazing time at this apartment and on Ikaria! The small village has super cute cafes and taverns and everyone in the village, of course also including Xeni the host, is extremely friendly and open. Also one of the most beautiful beaches of the whole island (Seychelles) is super close!! Definitely would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cosy and peaceful place with beautiful surrounding. Artemis' parents live downstairs in a separated house and we were very warmly welcomed by them and even offered a delicious cactus fruit juice! Location was great, with beautiful beaches, restaurants and supermarkets fairly close by. I wouldn't say easy to reach by foot but possible. I reccommend renting a car/motorbike. It was very clean and well equipped, only the wifi was not working properly. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Nous avons passé un séjour superbe chez Lyn ! A peine arrivé l’accueil était impeccable et chaleureux. Notre appartement (chambre , cuisine salle de bain , terrasse ) était parfait : propre, jolie et les hôtes nous ont mis à disposition des produits locaux dans la cuisine. Le balcon avec la vue sur la mer est un vrai + et apporte beaucoup de charme. L’emplacement est parfait ! L’appartement est a 2 minutes (même pas ) de la ravissante et calme plage de kampos. Il y a tout autour des restaurants abordables et de quoi louer un scooter ou une voiture pour visiter l’île à 5/10min à pied! Nous recommandons très fortement les appartements de Lyn car nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux !!

Second time we are visiting Olga’s place and all I can say is that she’s an amazing host. She even got us a mattress topper for my husband’s bad back. She’s very friendly and welcoming. She always brings us eggs wine or produce from her farms. The place has an amazing sea view &sunset. It’s quiet and very private. The kitchen has all you need to cook. Perfect spot for people who seek serenity. Also many choices to dine in the nearby towns and produce stores a couple miles away with all you need. Locals are very helpful and friendly. Icaria is the place to be especially in low season months if you seek peace & quiet, scenic mountain and sea drives and amazing crystal blue waters to swim. Thank you Olga for hosting us and hope to see you again.

Loved staying at Areti’s place. It was perfect for visiting Magganitis. Areti was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again.

Kaiti and Demos were great hosts.. We were even invited to a game of tennis the day we arrived! The apartment is at an Ideal location for Evdilos, of excellent construction with balconies overlooking the blue vastness of the Aegean sea

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ όμορφο ήσυχο μέρος μόλις λίγα λεπτά έξω από τον Άγιο Κήρυκο, επομένως είχαμε ταυτόχρονα την ηρεμία και τη δυνατότητα να βρισκόμαστε σε 5 λεπτά στο λιμάνι που έχει οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείς. Επιπλέον βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα μέτρα πάνω από τις θερμές πηγές που αξίζει να επισκεφθεί κάποιος. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, προσεγμένος και καλά εξοπλισμένος. Πιο όμορφος από τις φωτογραφίες! Ένα cozy μέρος με πολύ όμορφη θέα έξω στο μπαλκονάκι και την αυλή. Η Jenny ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστική και εξυπηρετική. Ήταν στη διάθεσή μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Πολύ μεγάλο θετικό ότι ταξιδέψαμε μαζί με το σκυλάκι μας και δεν υπήρξε κανένα πρόβλημα με αυτό, διότι σε πολλά καταλύματα δεν επιτρέπεται. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Jenny! Εάν επισκεφθεί κάποιος την Ικαρία και θέλει να μείνει στην πλευρά του Αγ. Κήρυκου, συνιστώ το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα!
