We had a great stay. The hosts were responsive to communication. The space was exactly as described and a wonderful place to stay for a family or group of friends. A nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again!

This is a great home in Seltjarnarnes, with an amazing view. The house is very comfortable, well equipped with two full bathrooms, with many toys for the kids. We were greeted by Karl's niece who gave us all the information we needed for our stay, and contact with Karl and Tinna was very easy by phone or SMS. The walk to downtown is nice and easy, and the bus stops in front of the house for longer trips. There are many things to do in the area (don't miss the swimming pool!). The house could have better wifi however.

We stayed at Anna-Ellen apartment for 7 days. After daily trips to explore beauties of Iceland, we were getting back to the apartment with a pleasure. It very quickly got fill as home. The apartment is large, convenient and bright. It is well equipped for family stay, with all needed amenities. Anna-Ellen is very responsive and helpful host. Bottom line - we've really enjoyed our stay and thankful to great hospitality

Nicely situated, very cozy home. Home was very clean, well appointed, and a quick 5 minute walk into downtown Selfoss. We were lucky to stumble upon the annual town summer celebration and experienced the friendly culture of Icelanders! We used Yvonne’s place as a home base for exploring the South Coast. This made day trips very doable and meant we didn’t have to move our things multiple times. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. We loved the hot tub and cold plunge. It was an easy walk to the grocery store and the kitchen had everything needed. Thanks Sigurdur!

Perfect little house to feel right at home and cozy. Every detail was given lots of love and thought. Also had a really cute and delicious cafe /bar at night right around the corner. And about a 10 min walk to some of the main streets of the city. I loved this stay !

Berglind was very responsive and friendly! The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. It’s clear the family takes pride in their home. The bowl of local treats was a wonderful surprise! The outdoor space was beautiful with plenty of room for a large family (we were 4 adults and 3 kids). The kids loved the trampoline and the hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The home manual that Berglind provided was very helpful and pointed us in all the right directions. It had all the info we needed to know about the house, the neighborhood, and sightseeing in Iceland. The pictures online represent the house well. In fact, the house was even better than the photos. The house is located about 20 mins from downtown Reykjavík. It’s located close to all the major “must sees” in Iceland which made for easy day trips. We stayed in the house for 10 days and didn’t feel the need to stay anywhere else in order to see everything we wanted to. Highly recommend!!

P's place is so comfortable and very roomy for a place in Iceland. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to make a full meal. The beds are very comfortable! You might find that this place is just a little further from town than most other Airbnbs in Reykjavik, but the location is actually perfect! It's very close to the bus stop, grocery store, coffee shops, and only takes about 10 min by foot to get to Hallgrimskirkja and other must see locations in Reykjavik. It was easy to communicate with P with any questions or concerns we had. I would stay here again and recommend that others stay here as well.

Very friendly owner. We met only her sons, but they showed us around and gave us enough privacy adterwards. Our part had its own toilet, but kitchen and shower was shared. For us its no big deal, also we didnt met them that much - only thing that some people could mind is that the shower is quite far - through half the house. But we were ok with that. Otherwise, location is perfect - very nearby to centre and also situated on the outskirt, which makes is very noise-free for bedtime. Owners also left some snacks for us, which we didnt expect. There was a wifi and enough plugs all around and lot of space in living room. Overall it was nice stay in nice Icelandic suburbian house. Thank you again.

Very nice place

Beautiful place! What really amazed me was the cleanliness of the unit! Also the host is friendly and supportive.

This home was beautiful, modern and very practical for five adults with two bathrooms, each with a shower, though the showers were a bit small. Also worth noting for summer travelers is that two of the bedrooms do not have blackout shades, so bring eye masks. The location was great, very convenient for trips out of Raykjavik, and great parking, too. Very close to a supermarket, bakery and a nearby mall. Anna Karen was EXTREMELY responsive, flexible and helpful. When we had a small issue, she immediately had someone come out to resolve it. My whole family was very happy with this home! You will be, too.

Superó las expectativas. Pensé que sería un poco más complicado al compartir Baño y Cocina, finalmente todo estaba muy limpio en orden, accesible, suficientes estufa suficientes lava trastes. Todo está perfectamente, equipado y cómodo

Wonderful stay in a quiet part of town yet very close to everything

A perfect little home! Margret was so helpful, easy check in and in a lovely spot, not to far from Selfoss. There are plenty of good food spots close by and its the perfect destination to explore the beautiful spots of south Iceland snd the golden circle.

Lovely stay, the apartment was cozy and warm. Very well equipped. Very spacious and with a nice patio. Good location, next to a supermarket and some natural hotsprings. Andrés was very attentive and quick on answering. Would highly recommend.

It was a nice place where it appeared it had been lived in and felt like home. I imagine it might feel to much to some but was helpful to us. Many of the listing's in the area appeared sterile/minimalist. The location of the house enabled us to easily visit the city (15 minutes) and travel to the north area. Only critique would be the lack of a freezer.

Came to visit here in august with my family and it was perfect for our trip. Lovely spacious and clean home. Only a short drive from the city and there is an amazing view. Really peaceful residential area. Would definitely recommend
