Very nice place to stay. Exceptionally clean.

Wow! Felt like being at a friend’s house. So well maintained, decorated nicely, with quality furnishings, linens, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Beautiful surroundings walking the neighborhood, using the hot tub, and sitting in the Adirondacks down by the water in the mornings with a cup of coffee. It was the perfect spot for relaxing ladies weekend.

Stayed for work. Very nice cozy cottage, was great place to make home away from home at the end of the day.

This has become my favorite spot to rest in the state of Florida, absolutley beautiful and peaceful!

My husband took a week long cave diving course and decided to stay in a house as opposed to hotel. He found the property to be just what he needed, it was clean, private, centrally located to everything (groceries, restaurants, and the caves). It sort of felt like a home away from home after long days of diving. He would definitely recommend this place to anyone that was interested.

Hubby and I spent 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful stay! Daniela is an excellent host; very responsive and provided clear and easy instructions. The home is very clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very enjoyable to cook in. The ping pong table was loads of fun. Lots of board games available for night time fun. Beds were super comfy. And the outdoor area is just amazing. Very private. A large fenced in area which was perfect for our furbabies. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the home. We travel often and have stayed in many airbnbs, and this place is definitely in the top 3! The area is amazing as well. We kayaked and hiked the Itchetucknee and Santa Fe River. Definitely take advantage of the shuttle services if bringing your own kayaks available for both rivers. Food in the area was really good too! Bev's burger is a must try. Great Outdoor Restaurant is so good and they have a live band on Friday & Saturday nights. So much to do in this small town

One of our favorite places we've ever stayed in. this place is beautiful and the little town is charming and close to a lot of different things.

We had a wonderful time! We went for our anniversary weekend and had such a good time touring the local Florida Springs that we decided to stay a few extra nights. Sharon & CH are wonderful hosts! Very friendly and hospitable. The cottage had everything and more than we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with every possible thing you could want. The cottage was cozy and looked just like the pictures. The area was quiet. A few neighbors are close by, but very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time at several local springs. Sharon & CH gave us great places to go to swim & kayak. We saw manatees as well! Linda, the caretaker of the property, came to visit us the first morning to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very friendly and helpful. She gave us good spots to check out as well. We would come again. It was all that we hoped for (peace & quiet and relaxing). Thank you Sharon & CH! Gerardo was the most responsive and helpful host we have ever had! Extremely friendly and accommodating. The private location is exactly what we were looking for during our visit to FL. The natural springs at Ichetucknee state park was minutes away and a surprise addition to our trip. We will definitely come back in the future!

Great place with more room than you would think. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Huge has. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

This little river home is so cute and cozy and it was the perfect location for our family. We had a little trouble getting into the house when we first arrived but the host was quick to give us a call and walk us through the steps and after that it was so easy to use the August Home app! The river is beautiful and the community is peaceful. I loved looking out over the water and seeing the houses full of light and life. We chose the location because we were scuba diving at Royal springs. The house being 0.5 miles from the springs is incredible! I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially if you want to get some time in at the springs. Thank you Tim and Steph!

Steve's communication was excellent and he made check in and our time there very easy. The place itself is beautiful with a stunning view of the pond - steam rising as you awake over this beautiful vista. The location for us was perfect as near our workshop venue. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for and more. We were in town for the races and the location of the property was very close to the race track. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Everything was clean. We had one small issue that Paige took care of immediately.

From the moment I began interacting with Deborah I knew why she had so many excellent reviews. She was extremely helpful and responsive. And the cottage was everything you would need and more. Deborah paid so much attention to detail. From The fresh flowers in every room, the comfortable beds, the fully stocked kitchen and a fun area to play cornhole and grill in the backyard. We felt right at home and would highly recommend her place to everyone.

Kids had a great time fishing and kayaking. Beautiful view and very clean home. Repeat customer for a reason.
