Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

我們一家在這休息得很好，可以給小孩子體驗家的的感覺，設施用品都很好，周圍都很方便，離開時，小孩子都不捨呢。

7名で宿泊しましたが、何ひとつ不便なく過ごすことができました。食卓が広く、同じ空間でご飯を食べたりくつろぐことができてとても良かったです。 また、寝室は仕切りで分けることができるので、プライベートな空間も確保することが可能でした。男女で利用する際も心配なかったです。 ホームシアターは素晴らしかったです。 タオルを用意してくれていたのと、乾燥機付き洗濯機があったことも非常に助かりました。 寝室までの階段が急なので、足腰に不安がある方にはオススメできません。 冬に利用しました。少し寒く感じることもあったので、毛布などを持って行くことをお勧めします！！

今回は4度目の滞在でしたが、今回もとても快適に過ごせました。家族５人で十分な広さです。立地がよく、静かな環境ですが、スーパーが近くにありとても便利でした。展世さんはいつも迅速に連絡をくださり、とても信頼のできるオーナーさんです。乾燥機付きの洗濯機、床暖房カーペット、Dysonのヒーター、コーヒーマシン、最新の浴室など設備が素晴らしいです。日本に来た際にはまた滞在したいです。

I wish I could gatekeep this place for myself for when I plan to return. He was a great host, very friendly, and had solid recommendations for our stay. The home is exactly how it's presented, it's very comfortable for our group of 4. It was also in a great location, everything was walkable, whether it be the subway station or the local 7/11 and Family Mart. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here. Thank you for hosting us, and looking forward to returning here again!

The place was super awesome and unique. The owner has a restaurant below that we checked out and had great food!!

The bnb was clean, in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby and places to explore. Ken was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would recommended it.

中高からの仲間と利用させていただきました。 いい意味で田舎のおばあちゃん家感があり、不思議な落ち着きを感じました。 ホストの方には、丁寧に施設内を案内していただき、快適に過ごすことができました。 価格的にも良心的でまた機会があれば利用したいと思います。 注意事項としては、入口が若干狭めなので、大きい車で行くと入出庫が大変かもしれません。（誘導していただけますのでご安心を）

東京での妹の結婚式のために両親と兄弟とわたしの家族の2世帯計8人（子ども含む）で利用しました。 部屋はLDK意外に全部で4部屋あったので大人数でも各自プライベートが守られながら快適に過ごすことができました。 キッチンやトイレお風呂なども清潔で使いやすかったです。 アメニティやタオル、飲料水もありました。 駐車場も1台あるのがとてもよかったです。住宅街の中にあるので道が狭く駐車には注意が必要ですがミニバンサイズでも止めることができました。 オーナー様は質問をするとすぐに返信してくださるので、滞在中は困ることなく過ごすことができました。

Place looks exactly as shown in pictures 👍 very thoughtful of Jianrui to have all sorts of amenities prepared for a good stay. Walkable to metro station and really liked that it was near supermarket and Daiso. Only downside was the lack of sockets (found it a bit hard to find available charging spots).

We loved the house, very authentic and you get the feel of Japan, everything works. The kitchen is nice and spacious, the host is very communicative and supportive, and it’s the best deal that we found in Tokyo for 12 guys, Thank you for giving us a awesome experience

Kan’s house is truly a gem – unique, spacious, and beautifully designed! Every corner of the house reflects thoughtful attention to detail, making it an inspiring and comfortable place to stay. We were especially impressed by the abundance of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a host, Kan exceeded our expectations with his proactive communication and genuine care. He was always available to offer assistance and even checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya, Meguro, Roppongi, and Ginza. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience in Tokyo, staying in a one-of-a-kind home that blends style and functionality.

This is our second stay here and we find this place really clean and convenient. Around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station it is a great place to stay for family. We will stay here again.

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Ayaka is an amazing host and always responsive to messages. The place is very close to the station and supermarkets. It is now my favorite spot to stay in Tokyo. Away from the busy neighborhoods. The mall and restaurants are close by. A rare find considering there is a toilet room in very floor and two shower rooms. Very convenient for our group of 6 and a one year old child. Definitely recommend!

Perfect accomodation, the host extremely good and lovely.. she told me all the detail clearly and very fast respond ( it really help a lot) . I go by car and the parking area nearby.. we use coun parking lot but they will refund the parking fee for you. This house provide u free wifi and portable wifi 😍😍 and 3 key.. its help alot if you group with a lot people ( sometimes we need seperate time to go back to hotel ) . Very recommended especially if you first time go to tokyo..
