I have stayed in many Airbnbs and other rental properties and a host like Kim is rare. The property itself exceeded expectations, but Kim did even more so. She accommodated our needs for an early check in and late check out. She greeted us shortly after arrival and helped us get settled. She gave us helpful advice on the area, which was spot on. It was literally like having a great friend as a host. Don’t think twice. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay at Charlene’s place. It’s private and very peaceful. Has all the essentials needed. Charlene is very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying.

Shari & Nick are wonderful hosts! My daughter played all day outside being a kid and never once wanted to be on her electronics. I loved her being outside, playing in the dirt, jumping on the trampoline and playing with their kid. They have the best dog Guinness who loves to greet you and loves to play ball and frisbee! We had so much fun and will be back! Amazing hosts and so friendly and accepting. Goats and chickens close by!

Kelli’s place was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed staying there a lot!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb with our family, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing us with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We truly loved our time here, and it was a wonderful spot for family bonding. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to create more cherished memories.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was so convenient for accessing stuff downtown and provided a cool respite for us at the end of a long day. The place was clean and tidy! The bathroom was well stocked with towels and washcloths. The kitchen was well stocked too, and we made use of the hot plate and coffee! Overall, it was a really positive experience!

Jerry & Kelli’s place was perfect for what we needed during our 6-night stay. The above-garage studio was clean, cozy, private, and located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Boise. There is even a little shop below, One Foo Dog, where you can find all kinds of treasures! We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Jerry & Kelli!

Really nice apartment, perfect for two people and close to Sun Valley. It was quiet and private. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Sun valley. Host was proactive with instructions and grabbed an Amazon delivery for us. Thanks again!

This is my second stay at this amazing place, and am already looking forward to my next trip! It’s larger than it looks, it’s warm and inviting and there is an actual separate bedroom with the most comfortable adjustable queen bed. It’s perfect for my fast trips to Boise. While there isn’t a full kitchen, it’s got a larger mini fridge with a separate freezer, microwave, toaster oven, lovely coffee/hot chocolate bar and sweet little snacks. Yes, this place is attached to a home and you can hear normal household sounds through the adjoining wall, but it’s not loud and it certainly doesn’t disrupt my stay. Brenda Pearl and Zane are lovely hosts and very responsive if you have any questions or would like local recommendations.

Squeaky clean, private, quiet, comfortable bed…they thought of everything. It was an unexpected pleasure for such a small town, so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. Will definitely stay here again 👍

Convientely located by the gold bug trail head. Nice little spot. Great communication with the owner.

Danielle’s apartment was the perfect spot for a fun couple of days back in Boise. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and an extremely short walk/bike to the greenbelt to access Garden City and downtown. It came stocked with snacks, water, and wine which was a lovely addition. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My daughter loved seeing the horses out in the back pasture. Beautiful and peaceful. Would stay there again.

We couldn’t have asked for better! Michelle’s suite was so comfortable and well situated, close to Teton Pass for easy access to the mountains. The space itself was very thoughtfully put together, clean, and peaceful. We’ll be back!

Absolutely delightful week at the Sanctuary. Perfect for my husband and me to relax and enjoy Boise while we were in town for a wedding. So peaceful on the patio and fun to watch the wildlife and hikers/bikers on the nearby trails. We hiked those trails too and also enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. The space is perfect and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Hope that we can visit again soon!

We had 4 adults staying for a wedding on a Saturday night in March 2025. The accomodations were very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with lots of amenities and conveniences throughout! Our host was responsive on a question we had, and was able to flex for a 1 hour earlier checkin. I have no problem recommending this stay to friends, family, or anyone who need a place in Priest River, ID :~)

Shayna place was clean and comfortable. I assumed there’d be a hair dryer but didn’t confirm on the amenities but Shayna was kind enough to let me borrow hers. She does also mention having small children, so if you’re expecting a low noise environment this might not be the place for you. Everything else was perfect for what I needed for the stay!

Beautiful space with one of the better stocked kitchens I have seen. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet.
