Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! The mountain and lake view was stunning. Spacious accommodations for 8. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. It is close to the train tracks and trains are frequent, but not disturbing. Quiet, peaceful surroundings - hot tub and pool were excellent!

We will be back to Cara’s place 👍. She’s done a lovely job decorating but still clutter free. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. As noted, there is no AC but we were comfortable with the breeze through the beautiful windows and the temps were pretty mild during our summer stay. We spent most of our time out adventuring but it was a very relaxing and comfortable air bnb to come back to :). Even though there isn’t water access (as Cara did a great job confirming), the view is still so nice from the living room/balcony.

Summer and Taylor are amazing hosts who make you feel like family in their incredible rental and restaurant! Will go back as soon as possible!

The penthouse was fantastic. it's inside a historic type building and tastefully renovated into a 3 bedroom plus bonus room that can be used as an extra bedroom. Each room was decorated very nicely, just like the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes glasses cooking utensils etc. Linens and towels clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs has the best food in town and fantastic craft cocktails and wine. Be sure to say hi to the bartender and staff there, letting them know you are staying upstairs and they'll share great info about the town and other great places to eat, including breakfast croissants and pastries at Bluebird (all made in house) and the Forge for authentic wood oven pizza. Close drive (20 mins) to Schweitzer mountain, and right on the water.

Caryn is wonderful. The unit had everything and more that you would need. Many extras, like comfy robes, for when you use the hot tub. The dock with chairs is so peaceful. Kayaks, deck with tons of seating, hammocks, the list could go on and on. It is off the beaten path, so it takes extra time to get to sights, but it’s well worth it. There is plenty of room for big families to vacation together and stocked full of all you would need for any large crowd. The unit looks brand new in quality but the decor, floors, cabinets and everything else has a rustic feel but is by no means “rustic” in that it’s old. Beautiful unit all around. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed. You will be thrilled.

My fir babies and I enjoyed our stay..normally I can take them with me and I feel bad. This time I was able to include them in my overnight adventures. They liked it and we felt comfortable. Plus we slept great. It was a good home away from home. It's not top notch and it's older home. Which was perfect for us. I would sacrifice a lil luxury to have my babies with me. The kitchen is cute and everything was perfect. Close to river and yoga healing fur sound healing. I'll probably stay again in the future.

We felt very at home as soon as we walked in. It was very comfortable, welcoming, and spotless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

1 hr 15 min from Yellowstone gate, the theater and river side patio are wonderful additions. Kevin was communicative and gave clear instruction ahead of time. Totally worth it

My partner and I stayed here for her birthday and we absolutely adored this cabin. With the hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, and the spacious kitchen inside, we felt so cozy. We loved slipping into the hot tub after a day in Sandpoint, when the temperature dropped. The lake is stunning, especially during the winter, and we walked down to the dock to sit by the water. During the warmer months, I know we would've spent hours swimming in the lake. Would highly recommend.

Diana’s lake house was amazing for our Labor Day weekend stay! We rented a jet ski and used their sweet kayaks and floaties as well! The bay was awesome. The view was incredible. The house layout was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults, 2 kids under 6 and one 15 year old. The apartment in the lower part of the house was unexpected but literally perfect for the parents of the 15 year old! There was a bit of dirt in a couple areas and the ceiling fans were very dusty. Other than that our stay was incredible. We are already talking about booking it again for next year! Thanks again!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for an AirBnB in the area. Incredible view over-looking Lake Hauser. Awesome pizza spot called Embers on the Lake is only a 3 minute walk down the street and some of the best pizza you’ll ever have! Hoping to return in the future!

We had a wonderful time getting away from the city to be with family. The view was absolutely stunning! Definitely recommend!

Everything about my experience renting Kellie’s home was great! She was very responsive to my questions and her home was absolutely perfect for my family who was visiting for my daughter’s wedding. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place in the Hayden area!

This home is in a gorgeous location. There are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the views. The inside of the home was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and we enjoyed listening to the lake sounds at night. We appreciated the comfortable couches with recliners in the family room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq was clean. Jen and Dave were extremely responsive to our messages, and they were great hosts. We also met the next door neighbor, who was a nice guy. We would definitely stay here again.

We thought the house was fantastic! There were seven of us all together, and we could gather inside comfortably and outside comfortably with us all. We could also find spaces away from each other when needed. Beautiful home decor with very comfortable furniture. We loved the kayaks, we had great weather to spend a lot of time outside on the dock, and in the water. Thank you for giving us access. We appreciate it and enjoyed priest very much.

Great place overall. A couple minor things, but was quickly responded to.

James is a rare host. Super attentive, super accommodating to our particular needs for this trip. I can't say enough good things about him or his places (we actually rented two from him!). Truly perfect start to finish. Can't wait to come back someday. Was sad to leave!

We had a wonderful birthday/anniversary getaway at Dave & Satu’s condo retreat! The location is amazing. It was winter so the views were wonderful and the place was so peaceful and quiet but we can’t wait to visit in the summer and experience the private pool and beach! The condo had everything we needed, the bed was surprisingly comfortable especially for a Murphy bed. The extended tub was great and the fireplace was wonderful for heat and ambiance. It is a tech filled unit (appliances and nest/google home) but we had no troubles with the help of the host’s thorough instructions! We will absolutely be back!

This is a high quality place - very peaceful and quite - it was better than the pictures.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. Included everything that I needed and more. Michael was responsive to my questions and went above and beyond giving recommendations for places to go for dinner and activities besides skiing, which was the main reason I went there. I would personally recommend a Keurig coffee maker versus the Nespresso, which I had difficulty finding pods for. But there were four included which helped. Hopefully the small hole in the bathroom ceiling is patched soon, but no big deal. The hot tub was on the older side, but got the job done after a long day of skiing. The Posturepedic mattress was a nice plus in the master bedroom. A big thank you to Michael !

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

Beautiful gem of a place! Loved the entire experience and especially enjoyed the hot tub and little patio area! Amazing deal, super clean, well stocked, overall awesome experience!
