Great location , 3 minutes from main town . private courtyard of properties sharing a single gated entrance . parking permits provided by Helena a must , but parking spots in the vicinity a lottery.

Just had 3 nights in Torquay, staying at Adams place which was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen really nice quality too. Lovely welcome hamper from Adam. It was a 10 min walk into Torquay from the house so a very convenient location (quite a steep hill home) and quiet too. I would really recommend Adams place and will stay there again.

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.

Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. It was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Ann and David are super hosts, who have thought of everything and provided super tips on the local area. The cottage is perfectly appointed and beautifully finished. Their ability knows no bounds as demonstrated by the conversion of the garage (witnessed in our last stay) to an attractive, cosy studio all from reclaimed materials and finished to the same higb standard. Overall another amazing stay, we will definitely be back.

Amazing location up in the hills. Quiet, peaceful with beautiful views (and sunrises!). The Lodge is well equipped, modern and still cosy with some really nice touches...including home made brownies on arrival! :-) The wood fired hot tub took some figuring out, but once warmed up made a lovely way to finish the evening looking up at the stars and across Exeter. Friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. We really look forward to returning!

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

I think Freya’s - The Old Tea Hut, must rank as one of the most perfect stays that we have had through Air BnB - The chalet itself was extremely comfortable, well furnished with every amenity. The interior and exterior spaces are gorgeous with every attention to detail. I already knew the area well - and the views and environment are outstanding and the stunning weather was the icing on the cake. The chalet was immaculate when we arrived - I cannot rate it highly enough. Hopefully we can revisit again in the future.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.
