Wow. What can I say? Hydra is like a place out of a novel or movie. Peaceful, warm (in temperature and the attitude of the people), and pristine. The water is clear and perfect for swimming. Katerina’s Airbnb is immaculate—you have a slice of the Mediterranean all to yourself. It’s a 20 minute walk from the port so if you have heavy luggage and are not very fit then I would definitely say hire a mule at the port to help you get there. The Airbnb is tastefully decorated and modern. We cannot wait to come back and stay longer.

Wat kan ik meer zeggen? We waren er vorig jaar, we wilden absoluut terug komen en zullen er zeker volgend jaar opnieuw boeken. Mocht het kunnen blijven we er! Bedankt aan Helena, je bent een fantastische (gast)vrouw, met een oprechte glimlach en een goed gevoel voor humor. Het is niet zomaar een slogan dat je er 24/7 bent voor de gasten, je doet het gewoon! Bedankt voor alles en tot volgend jaar.

Stella’s place is a little gem in Vathi, peaceful and right in front of the sea. For those seeking relaxation, outstanding view, secluded and authentic atmosphere, it is a no brainer. Stella’s family, owning the best fish taverna of the island downstairs, is more than welcoming, always here to help and making you feel at home. The accommodation is spotless clean, equipped with air conditioning and a practical small kitchen. Highly recommended!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'accueil a été de très grande qualité et dans un français impeccable ! Ermioni est très joli, vivant mais le logement est très calme.

Πολύ ωραίο σπιτάκι, δροσερό, καθαρό και λειτουργικό. Από το μπροστινό μπαλκόνι δε χορταίνεις ν' απολαμβάνεις τη θέα στη θάλασσα, στον Γαλατά και στα καράβια που περνούν. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα σε εστιατόρια, καφέ και πάνω στην περαντζάδα. Η Τίνα ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστική και φιλική, από την αρχή. Θα ξαναμείνουμε στο Camelia House όταν επισκεφτούμε πάλι τον Πόρο.

Liana heeft een klein ,maar gezellig appartementje, vlak aan het water, er loopt alleen een smalle straat voorlangs. Je steekt over en kunt het water inplonsen. Het uitzicht is geweldig en het balkon super om lekker te zitten in de zon. Er is een supermarkt, een bakker en verschillende restaurantjes op 1- 5 min. lopen. Het is ook prima te doen om naar het stadje Poros te lopen en daar gezellig wat te gaan drinken of eten. Er zijn daar leuke winkeltjes met leuke souvenirs. Liana was echt super behulpzaam bij alles wat we maar wilden weten en doen. Ze heeft ons opgehaald van de veerboot toen we in het donker aankwamen en ons allerlei mooie plekken laten zien. Het eiland is zeker de moeite waard!! Het huisje is ontzettend knus. Als je met zn tweeën bent is het wel fijn als het mooi weer is en je het balkon kunt gebruiken, ander is het misschien een beetje krap. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!

La casa di Elena, semplicemente splendida, bellissima all'interno e dotata di ogni comfort, possiede un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato. A un passo dal porto, dalla strada dei ristoranti e da almeno due supermercati, corrisponde in tutto e per tutto alle foto e alla descrizione. Elena ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza, fornendoci ogni sorta di informazioni, e ci ha offerto frutta, miele, vari tipi di caffè e pistacchi. Più di così non si può chiedere. Se torneremo a Perdika, certamente torneremo a casa di Elena! Un'ultima notizia: mia sorella e mio cognato sono stati in vacanza a Perdika con noi nello stesso nostro periodo e una sera sono venuti a cena a "casa nostra". Mio cognato ha detto che, se dovesse tornare a Egina, vorrebbe prendere in affitto la casa di Elena e ciò è molto significativo!

all went well at the Swimmer's Farmhouse. its located in a small and nice village on the island. Their is a wonderful swimming spot reachable within a 5 mn walk, which is nice when its getting warm. AC systems in every rooms are working well and the bed are comfortable. We slept well. Kitchen have all you need for cooking. Overall, we had a great week on Agistri, even if the temperature where very high. We had to stay in Thanasi's House during the warmest hours. Thanasi is a super nice host. He knows everything about the island and have great tastes. So, we followed his recommendations and were never disappointed. Especially for restaurants and beaches. Thanks Thanasi !

Maison idéalement située, donnant directement sur la plage. La terrasse et la vue sont très agréables, et la maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Marianna a été très réactive pour faciliter notre arrivée et pour répondre à nos questions. Merci pour ce séjour très agréable !

Leah’s place was really great, we had a very comfortable 6 nights on Hydra. The The host gave us clear instructions pre-check in and great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The island is idyllic and the great location of this accommodation is an added bonus. The host was not on the island during our visit but any queries were dealt with promptly. We also had a lovely neighbor living close by that allowed us join her sunrise yoga class - what a highlight. The only caveat is the stairs to climb to reach the place, it will raise the heart rate slightly. But for us the effort paid off.

Perfect place for family holidays. The house is fantasticly located, with an amazing view and 3 min walk to water. The house was as described, very well equipped. Ioannis was very helpfull, communicative and responsive. I'd love to come back there one day!

Maria heeft er werkelijk alles aan gedaan om ons een fijn verblijf te geven. Zoals ons ophalen in de haven, advies geven over de ferry (er was een staking), heerlijke verse cake en soep gemaakt, een rondleiding door het dorpje Perdika gegeven en hulp bij het boeken van een huurauto. Het appartement is werkelijk prachtig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Maria en Nikolas, dank jullie wel!

Τα πάντα ήταν φανταστικά. Αξίζουν συγχαρητήριά...

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf! Het huis ligt op een uitzonderlijke plek, adembenemend mooi. De weg er naartoe, hobbelige aarde weg van 15’, is niet voor elke chauffeur, maar je wordt het snel gewoon. Prachtige zichten onderweg, en ook ter plaatse. De keuze tussen 2 mooie natuurlijke stranden met transparant water. Wij waren er begin sept. en deelden 1 strand (met bomen voor wat schaduw) enkel met 2 sympathieke 80 jarige dames en hun hond Rosa, die er elke ochtend kwamen zwemmen. Het andere strand is echt ‘privé’ en zalig! Het huis is wat rommelig, zonder electriciteitsnet -niet voor veeleisende bezoekers. Je mag wel vrij gebruik maken van alles wat aanwezig is. Veel bedden om vrij te plaatsen waar je wil. Ik sliep buiten en genoot elke ochtend van een spectaculaire zonsopgang. Tip: ik nam een licht guirlande mee op zonne-energie die voor veel sfeer en aangename verlichting zorgde voor fijne avonden buiten op het terras. Fijn contact met de eigenaars. Een paradijsje! Merci!!!

I had a wonderful week in the apartment. Stravoula organized check-in exactly as I requested, provided all the necessary information, always available for any questions, great experience with her – thank you! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos: huge terrace offers a 360-degree view, so you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. I was initially worried it might be too cold in the apartment at the end of March, but that wasn’t the case at all. There was a thick, cozy blanket, comfortable bed, high-quality linens, good heating. The towels were large, soft, smelled great. Everything was of a very high standard – like in a five-star hotel. Coffee machine was also great. You won’t be disturbed by neighbors, environment feels absolutely comfortable. The most beautiful thing was waking up in bed to the sunlight (I left the blinds open on purpose). Everything I needed was nearby, everything in the apartment worked perfectly. I’d love to return to this little paradise!

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung sehr zufriedenstellend. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die für eine noch bessere Erfahrung sorgen könnten: Das Sofa hatte leider einige Flecken und könnte sauberer sein, ebenso wie der Esstisch, der etwas abgenutzt wirkte. Die Wände, besonders im Bad, könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Zudem wäre eine Ablagefläche für Duschgel und Shampoo in der Dusche praktisch gewesen. Der Boden hätte noch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Insgesamt war es aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich würde der Wohnung 4 Sterne geben – das ist eher Meckern auf hohem Niveau!“

Η διαμονή μας ήταν στο σύνολο αρκετά καλή και το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως μας το περιέγραψαν. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και ειδικά το μπάνιο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη με σκεύη και με πρώτες ύλες για μαγείρεμα όπως λάδι, αλλά πιπέρι κτλ. Ωστόσο ο χώρος δεν έχει καθόλου καλή μόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ δεδομένου πως ο γείτονας έμενε έως τις 02:00 το πρωί στη βεράντα του και ακουγόταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο οι ομιλίες. Επίσης η πόρτα έχει ένα παράθυρο το οποίο δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως στο δωμάτιο και να είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να μπορεί κάποιος να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ. Ο καναπές δεν είναι καθόλου βολικός για ύπνο καθώς νιώθεις τα σίδερα από κάτω. Οι γείτονες κάπνιζαν από το πρωί στο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο καθώς έμπαινε ο καπνός μέσα. Επίσης το internet έχει σοβαρό θέμα καθώς οι ταχύτητες είναι από ελάχιστες έως ανύπαρκτες.

The apartment was clean and as described. Angeliki was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations. We didn’t live the area along the front - not an authentic Greek experience.

We had a great time in Angeliki's apartment! The view and the large balcony as well as the bright flat are amazing. As we were there in offseason, it was pretty quiet although the coastal street is close. The air conditioning also provided good heating, so it was comfortably warm inside. The kitchen was well equipped compared to other holiday apartments, however it could have been maintained a little more. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment. However we want to point out that the bed in the bedroom towards the seafront was extremely noisy - the first nights we didn't sleep well since the bed squeaked with every slight movement. Normally, I don't criticize beds in hotels because I think everyone has a different taste - but this was unusual.
