Well maintained villa… had wonderful experience and had the good vibes… care taker was really helpful for us and host he just amazing supported and taken care really good…. Over all stay is worth visiting here Golden creeper is just beautiful place to stay…😍❤️

Peaceful, clean and very kind homestay. Healthy meals. Beautiful views. Kids friendly. Very knowledgable hosts. Daily yoga sessions before breakfast for our children. Nice tips for excursions around the area. Authentic experience, much better than what a resort can offer (however, day trips to the nearby resorts can also be arranged). Nothing we missed!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay amazing. The rooms? Way bigger and better than the photos, like, 20x better. Honestly, it’s the kind of spot you’d want to gatekeep, but it’s too good not to share. They serve buffet breakfast and dinner (so good), with a special shoutout to their Gobhi 65: it’s out of this world. The pool was incredibly clean and beautiful. But the standout feature was the hospitality, major kudos to Prakash, who was always available to arrange autos and take care of anything else we needed. If you’re on the fence, don’t overthink it. Just book it, you’ll thank me later.

Location accessibility is a concern. The property is very well maintained . Very asthetic interiors and beautiful garden. Also the view point located in property is amazing with tea plantation valley views. If only kitchen was also usable it would have been a cherry on top. Would definitely recommend 10/10 if you want a peaceful soothing stay near to nature.

From the beginning Regi was very helpful and flexible. As we were coming from England, he realised from the beginning that we might need some extra help ,which he gave. Elsi who looks after the house and guests was fantastic. A really lovely lady who who went out of the way to help us. A real bonus for both the guests and Regi. A real 5* lady.

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

I genuinely think this is the best place to stay in Kodai. It’s both peaceful and close to town, on a mountain top amid beautiful gardens. Shashi and her family have lived on this estate for decades and it has the feeling of a stately home. There are 9 separate buildings on the property, occupied by interesting characters, travellers and friends. It’s a charming spot, with charming dogs, and groundskeeper Teresa who is always around with a kind smile, and an offer of lunch or dinner if you pre-order. I will definitely be returning. Thanks again!

As I was taking my young kids to India for the first time, I was apprehensive, especially since it was the rainy season in Kerala. David made our stay easy to coordinate and was helpful in all aspects. The peaceful area and quiet surroundings are a great location to unwind and plan other trips within the country, as was our case. David and his wife made us feel at home and were always cordial, quick to answer our questions, and always available. I would return to David's place and highly recommend it to anyone. An fantastic location.

Literally HOMEstay - very wonderful minds in this hidden place are to be found! Helped us with all kind of issues and arranged a just perfect one day canoeing trip. Really made us feel all over relaxed in this (much more than expected) noisy little town.

Amazing place for a peaceful getaway. Perfect to just relax and unwind. No need to step out for local sightseeing as the views from the stay was much more amazing. Great food as well. Approach road was a bit damaged due to recent rains ( and being repaired as told to us by the host). Looking forward to visit again.

5 stars ain’t enough to rate this place ! Visiting this place was like a get together with long lost friends and family! Vinayak & Vivek are ever ready to run the extra miles to make the guests happy - whether it’s about visiting a place , getting you something you randomly mentioned that you like . The food served was home made ,delicious and fresh. Vinayak reads your mind and shows up with tea at times ! The trip , the stay and spending time with the family was a total game changer ! PS- the whole family are good listeners!! Definitely visiting again soon :)

Während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Swami und Amma haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Swami hat uns morgens durch aktive Meditation begleitet und Amma und ihre Helfer haben uns köstlich bekocht. Wir haben während des Aufenthaltes Behandlungen im örtlichen Ayurvedakrankenhaus wahrgenommen, dass war spannend und wohltuend, die Organisation lief sehr gut durch unsere Gastgeber. Herzlichen Dank an alle die den Homestay so gut führen 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
