Fernando's place was super clean and cozy, especially for a short getaway! The stay was extremely close to town yet far away from the hustle and bustle. I loved how clean the whole Airbnb was and the bed was so comfy!! The water got warm and the heaters were perfect for the cold nights. Thank you for letting us stay! We'll be back :)

We loved staying at this mid-century Ocotillo gem. The space was bright and beautiful, and the pool relaxing and fun. It was great to walk exploring the Twin Palms neighborhood and the golf course trails towards the south. It was also convenient to have the Koffi cafe around the corner and various restaurants and other services near by. We highly recommend it!

This is a remodeled 2nd floor condo with view of the pool and surrounding buildings with mature trees (including oranges and lemons that can be picked for daily use). The location is right off the 111 which makes an easy ride into downtown Palm Springs or a fast trip to other towns down the road such as La Quinta and Palm Desert. The host was very friendly, informative, and responsive. He quickly moved to fix an unexpected problem on the first day. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. We'll miss the mid-century modern décor and definitely miss the pool. Everyone in the complex we met were friendly, even knowing that we were short-term guests.

Timothy and Connie’s place was perfect for us. We felt right at home . It was clean, well Equipped and cozy. Connie was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying in their place!

Kelly’s place was exactly what we needed for our long weekend in Palm Springs! It was open and spacious with so many thoughtful touches. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils for cooking and even a pitcher to make some drinks. The condo was well lit with the sun during the day and plenty of light at night. It was nice being on the top floor of the building and not having any noise from above. The gated complex felt very secure and the grounds were well kept. We had the pool to ourselves everyday and didn’t see many others as it was very hot out. The pool was warm but very refreshing when it’s 110 outside. The master bed was super comfortable and the pillows were just the right amount of soft. The master shower had 2 options with a rainfall head in the center or a regular one on the wall. The water pressure was great as well. Kelly was so responsive to questions and flexible with our check in. I would definitely stay again!

Honestly, one of the best AirBnb experiences I've ever had. The space was immaculate, stylish, and fully stocked. It really does have everything. The hosts, Aaron and Mike, were super responsive, thoughtful, and not the least bit overbearing. Just good vibes all around. They even threw in a guest pass at the local gym, unprompted! The condo sits in a gated community that is quiet, beautifully maintained, and felt super safe. We have a very active toddler, and found four beautiful parks all within a ten minute drive. The main drag of Downtown Palm Springs is an easy walk. The big question I ask myself after every AirBnb experience is... Would I rather have been in hotel? Nope. This rental was superior in every way.

Steve’s place was absolutely terrific! Very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed for our five week stay. The condominium complex is kept very clean, and quiet, with nice walking paths right outside your door. Steve’s condo is less than a 10 minute drive to all the downtown restaurants and attractions. We had our little dog with us, and there are some beautiful parks within walking distance. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend Steve’s home.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and well decorated. Super cozy and our son loved the giant love sac. We will be back for sure!

The house is exactly as pictured. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The outside area is beautiful and has everything you could want. Amazing mountain views, pool, hot tub, fire pit, covered dining area, built in grill with bar seating, outdoor shower, plus lounge chairs and a comfortable seating area. The inside is also great. Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Nice open floor plan with nice sized dining table and comfortable living room furniture. The separate bar area with wine fridge and ice maker was a nice bonus. Everything is new and in great condition. The location is a short drive to the center of town. The only downside was road noise at night. The house is right on the corner of Indian Canyon. you live in an urban area this probably will not bother you. I slept with my noise cancelling earbuds which solved the problem. I would recommend similar or ear plugs. We would definitely rent this place again.

Loved our stay here!!! For our week-long stay, we actually communicated mostly with Mark, the other person listed as a host. Mark gave some great recommendations, and he greatly helped us with some planning issues. Within an hour of our arrival, he came over to walk us through the house and how to use some of the appliances, ie gas grill, outdoor propane fireplace, indoor fireplace. The house is fantastic! Quality appliances and delightful furnishings! Spotless, in a quiet neighborhood, and very well equipped. Just a couple blocks from a great park with a friendly large dog park. Lots of street parking as well as use of a driveway and garage.

Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house directions were very complete. The outdoor space was beautiful and we had a hard time leaving that area!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We were in town for a funeral and Clio's home was perfect for the 4 of us. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and was the perfect retreat during a stressful time. The home was spotless and was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The large dining table was perfect for having friends/family over for dinner. I would 100% recommend this home!

Great location and set-up for enjoying the pool and back area. House was nice and clean upon arrival and ready for use. We had the pool heated and it was at a good temperature. Very nice neighborhood and easily walkable or a quick bike ride to downtown.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We truly felt at home. We loved waking up and seeing the beautiful sunset first thing from the living room. The community was so peaceful and felt very safe. We took daily walks, had drinks and apps at the club and even went swimming in the big pool. We met a lot of friendly neighbors. Les was easy to communicate with and very kind. He truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. Thank you Les! We hope to come back soon!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! The backyard is as pretty as pictured and made for excellent pool days! The house is well-equipped, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Natasha was smooth and easy! Everything was great and I highly recommend this Palm Springs home.

Raz’s place was perfect for our family of 6’s getaway from the east coast to beautiful Palm Springs. The two 7-year olds loved the pool and the adults loved the view of the San Jacinto Mountains from it! We would highly recommend this place for groups exploring the Palm Springs area.

Thank you Danny and Justin for a wonderful winter trip! This was our third stay in this community, and this condo is truly fabulous - our best Airbnb experience to date! The condo is beautiful and comfortable, full of charming mid-century décor, and perfect for 2-4 guests. Excellent small and large appliances, well lit spaces, spotless and fresh. Easily walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The grounds and pools are gorgeous, quiet and beautifully maintained. Danny was immediately responsive, friendly and a breeze to work with. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return!!

My wife and I stayed at Tim's condo for the month of February. From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made the right choice. The unit was very clean and had some updates which were nice (kitchen/bathroom). It was nicely appointed. The patio is amazing! The views are breathtaking. Barry Manilow's house is just a few thousand feet away on the hill and we enjoyed waiving to him every morning. We can't say he waived back but it's cool none the less to stay in a place where that guy is your neighbor. The grounds are amazing. The pools and spas are nice. We used the pickleball courts often. The people in the complex were very pleasant. You're only a five minute drive to downtown but it's very peaceful here. When we had any needs, Tim was very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. We'd highly recommend this place.

Devin was very responsive and helpful. The location of her place is great. 7-8 minutes to downtown. Great hiking within a 20 minute drive. Located adjacent to a preserve for walking. Really enjoyed our stay and we plan to return.

This was by far one of our favorite rentals on Airbnb. Michael's condo is very comfortable. It is clean inside and out, including the wonderful pools and spas. We felt at home right away. We seriously did not ever have a need to contact the host. Everything we needed was already supplied. I love that the condo is not overly decorated and that it is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with convenient distance to everything Palm Springs. Our stay at Diana & Terry's place was great. The location is convenient and easy to find. Communication from our first contact to our departure was clear. They were welcoming and gave us a tour upon our arrival. The condo is spacious, clean, logically laid out, and well supplied. Our questions were answered quickly. Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

Jackies place is so comfortable. The main bedroom was so cozy and easy to “move into”. Lots of closets and counters space for luggage and “stuff”. I really enjoyed the kitchen with all of the appliances I needed with the added bonus of condiments, water, coffee and tea. The living room view as well as the comfy couch and big screen TV made for good evening relaxation. Prescott Preserve is right across the street with excellent walking trails and natural views as well as neighborhood walks with lots of mid century homes to admire. Jackie was always available and quick to help with any questions or requests. An excellent host. We would highly recommend Jackies place.

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.
