This home was absolutely luxurious! I loved the natural light and multiple outdoor areas for soaking up the desert sun! We were late arriving, and the concierge was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was nice and just like the photos. Short Uber ride from downtown. Check in at the host’s office was easy and they offered late checkout at no extra charge.

We really enjoyed Arshia's home. It truly was pristine and sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable with a super comfy bed and couch. The back yard is absolutely wonderful, private, mountain view, beautiful large pool and hot tub, comfortable seating, and backyard games and pool floats. There were a couple of initial snafus, like getting there tv to work properly but Arshia was very responsive and remedied the issues. Downtown Palm Springs with it's plethora of restaurants was just a 10 minute drive away. The house was a great home base for exploring the wider area and activities. We and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We took a family weekend to stay at Ryan's place, enjoy some of Palm Springs and attend the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. His place was great, in a nice quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs. It was comfy, cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our teenage daughter especially liked that there was a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. Ryan was quick to respond and friendly before and during our stay.

The place was great for my 5 day stay in Palm Springs! Plenty of room for my extended family to join me for 2 1/2 days. The local host was very communicative and met me at the home, gave a quick tour, and was flexible on my arrival time. She also gave me a couple of recommendations of things to do and a family-friendly place to eat. Very friendly. The home is very cozy, was clean, and plenty of room. I definitely recommend Cindy's place!

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We truly felt at home. We loved waking up and seeing the beautiful sunset first thing from the living room. The community was so peaceful and felt very safe. We took daily walks, had drinks and apps at the club and even went swimming in the big pool. We met a lot of friendly neighbors. Les was easy to communicate with and very kind. He truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. Thank you Les! We hope to come back soon!!

This was a great location for our birthday retreat for a group of long time friends. There are lots of spots for small groups to gather, and room for all eight of us in the living room. We used both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was very well equipped; large fridge, two dishwashers, enough dishes that we could have another meal when the dishwasher was already full. Lots of basic spices and condiments already on hand ( although strangely, no salt shaker). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although the weather could have been better. Of course, this is not the fault of the host! We were happy to discover that there was heat as well as cooling. We loved the eclectic decor. One note: the bedroom with two single beds does not have a bathroom and there is no main bathroom. Those staying in the twin room needed to use the ensuite in another room.

We love the place. It is perfect for our needs/budget/timetable. Suzette was an excellent host...very accommodating of our requests. She dealt with our questions right away. The house is very well kept and has the accoutrements we enjoy. We enjoy the pool and reading along with hiking and the restaurants, however also enjoyed preparing our own meals using the kitchen and the outside gas grill. In a word, excellent!

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

This really is a great place to stay in Palm Springs - the apartment is lovely, super clean and with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, lovely furniture and linens. The swimming pool and hot tubs are fabulous with a very nice laid back atmosphere. All of the downtown bars and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

The "Welcome Bottle" of Champagne was very thoughtful, and a delicious treat as well! Parking was also very convenient. The apartment had a lot of light and the shade on the patio was welcome. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool, Trader Joe's and Target. Steven responded quickly to all of our questions. We had a great stay and will come again.

I have stayed at the Ocotillo Lodge several times while out in Palm Springs and always enjoy my stay. Ethan’s place is no exception. Clean, easy to access, seamless check in and out, and very kind and responsive host. If you like historic mid century modern architecture, you’ll enjoy your stay. Perfect for one or two visitors. Pool was heated and amazing. Hot tub was very enjoyable under the stars I’ve hardly even seen anyone using either one. It faces the street, so if you’re sensitive to street noise, you can sleep with ear plugs. For me, this wasn’t a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful community, nice accommodations, centrally located. Great to be so close to the well maintained pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. The management team is really great and we’re very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Jackies place is so comfortable. The main bedroom was so cozy and easy to “move into”. Lots of closets and counters space for luggage and “stuff”. I really enjoyed the kitchen with all of the appliances I needed with the added bonus of condiments, water, coffee and tea. The living room view as well as the comfy couch and big screen TV made for good evening relaxation. Prescott Preserve is right across the street with excellent walking trails and natural views as well as neighborhood walks with lots of mid century homes to admire. Jackie was always available and quick to help with any questions or requests. An excellent host. We would highly recommend Jackies place.

Great place very relaxing and quiet, this was our third stay and our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs

I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

Pool house is so much more than it’s history and comfort! Beautiful plantings, a mockingbird with a repertoire beyond compare and relaxing, private outdoor spaces. Kitchen equipped with everything and , when I asked if he might have a slow cooker, it appeared instantaneously! I was encouraged to “ask for anything else, we have it” Robert and Jeffrey perfect hosts! They are almost immediately available if you have a question , but seemingly invisible when you don’t ! Street in back of house is quiet, with almost no traffic , has sidewalks along beautifully landscaped homes …perfect for walking with our pups. Ruth Hardy Park a 10 minute walk, lovely.! Yard is fenced securely for even our small dogs to be safe to wander and sniff. We never had to worry about them escaping! Just a wonderful place, hosted by gracious people! Sad to have to leave. Many thanks!

The pool out front was definitely the highlight. It's beautiful to hang out there. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools which we appreciated. We had a few issues getting one of the TVs to work properly, but unplugging the apple box and plugging it back in seemed to take care of it. We needed a few things during our stay and Ken was always very responsive and friendly. I have a bad back and need a firm mattress which you don't always get, but one of the beds was just perfect for me. His place is rather close to the airport and (depending on the wind and flight path being used) we were woken some mornings starting at 5am by the planes. Having said that, I would still return to his place.

What a lovely stay the highlight is definitely the great pool and hot tub. Inside is lovely too with great fun decorations and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need. The hosts were so nice and welcoming and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend!

I am new to Airbnb, but was extremely pleased with our selection of Shamir's home for our stay in Palm Springs. The home was spacious and extremely well appointed. Five of us stayed for three nights and all felt that this home provided all the comforts of home. Shamir provided excellent instructions for checking in and followed through several times during our stay to ask if there was any further he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. His restaurant recommendation (the Rooster and Pig) was spot on! Outstanding value for the money --This would definitely be my first choice should we return to Palm Springs.

We had a dream vacation at this place. House is beautiful, clean, luxurious and well stocked with numerous amenities. The property was clean, stunning, private and well kept, with an amazing view of the mountains. Pleasant communication with Patrick. Really appreciate that Judy was waiting for us at checkin to explain everything, and was responsive, helpfull and courteous throughout the stay. Nothing to complain. Beautiful, serene, quite, and safe neighborhood.

Mark’s place was fantastic-exactly what we were hoping for! Such a cool mid-century modern vibe with a real California feel. When we arrived, the home was spotless, inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space and the heated pool. The neighborhood was peaceful and private, but close enough to downtown that our evenings were a quick easy drive or short uber. And easily walkable during the day. Mark’s home was perfect for my husband and me, and another couple. We loved every minute of our stay! And Mark was a fabulous host - very communicative and always friendly. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated and maintained home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchen equipment you might need. There is a shopping center about 2 blocks away with a couple of restaurants, a Starbucks and a large Albertsons. Downtown Palm Springs is about 1 mile away. I look forward to staying there the next time I am in Palm Springs.
