We had the absolute best time at the Monkey Tree. It was a great peaceful location, right smack of the middle of everything. Easy to get to a 5 min drive to downtown Palm Springs, and about 30min away from Palm Desert. The pool area was lovely! Nothing but a wonderful stay. Thank you

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was bigger than expected, was very comfortable for a family of 4. Very clean, all the listed amenities included. Location was perfect for us, only 4 mins away from the tennis garden arena. The gated is very beautiful, several pools, pond, tennis courts. Will try to stay again next year

Can’t say enough about our stay. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the patio admiring the scenery! Mountains all around and beautiful foliage. Great to have the Clubhouse so close to have lunch when we didn’t feel like leaving. Close to all the sites. We had a few glitches with tech stuff, but Justin answered quickly and took care of it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful holiday! Cheri and Murray Kaufman

Perfect location in Palm Springs. Near enough to the downtown hustle and shopping and eating but also close to the Indian Canyons for its trails. Pool got to be a daily ritual watching the sun disappear behind the mountains before going in to make supper in our perfect kitchen. Unit was spacious and provided some outside space that was relatively quiet even if it was next to the unit gate. We loved the time spent in and around this condo.

My husband and I were celebrating his birthday, the owners prepared a small gift basket of wine and goodies, it set the tone for the weekend, which was relaxing, fun and unforgettable. We enjoyed the condo so much, we ate breakfast and had drinks on both patios on a daily basis, just depending on which way the sun was rising or setting. The description of the condo was as stated it was clean, clutter free and had just the right room and overall great amenities. We enjoyed the swimming pool almost every day and met many friendly people who were locals and/or visiting from other parts of the country we were able to share stories and recommendations of food and drink for the evening. Thank you to the owners for providing such a memorable weekend and we mentioned to them we would make Palm Springs a regular stop for us in the springtime from here on out. We'll make sure and rent from them if they have availability next time and recommend them to others planning a visit to Palm Springs.

I would absolutely recommend Brett’s airbnb. It is extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. A home away from home. It is exactly what you see in the pictures only better. Brett is very accommodating and responsive to my messages. I would look no further in booking with another place in the future. We will definitely be coming back here! This is a winner! The space was an excellent homebase for us to swim and enjoy the outdoors. Go exploring to Joshua tree National Park. Visit the thousand homes oasis. And not too far from downtown where we consume more than our fair share of date shakes.

Mark's condo is amazing! The place has everything needed for a great stay, including supplies in the pantry, welcome snacks, and even comfy towels for the hot tub that is just around the corner. The back deck, connected to the living room, overlooks a beautiful pond that is frequented by ducks and geese. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Definitely hope to stay again on future trips to the area. Thank you Mark.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in the condo at Canyon Shores. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a nice little shaded patio overlooking one of the many water features through the complex. There was also a charcoal grille outside. There is a master suite on each of the two levels with the bunk bedroom upstairs. The condo was very roomy. It was a very quiet complex during our stay. We had the pool (#4) pretty much to ourselves everyday. All pools are heated. Everyone we saw out and about in the complex were nice. Our daughter loved using the fitness center and had it all to herself each day. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It’s great value for a 3 bed 3 bath.

We were in the desert for a wedding with our son and daughter in law. Dan and Whitney’s place was perfect for two couples! The two bedrooms and bathrooms were on opposite sides of the living space giving plenty of privacy. We spent most of our time out and about enjoying the beautiful grounds and eating at local restaurants. The one hiccup we had was due to user error ( hot water in shower) but Dan and Whitney got right back and sent help immediately! There is a PAC Man game in the living room that my son had lots of fun with also. We would recommend staying in Whitney and Dan’s place in La Quinta Villas if your travels take you there.

Beautiful home—highly recommend. Great inside space with stylish furniture and thoughtful touches. Outdoor pool area is also lovely. Only downside is the very strict neighborhood rules (like no music outside) but we were told of those rules in advance!

Arnaud and Elise were such gracious hosts! They were welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with / contact! The home was great for our group. Clean with a large open living room to play games/ hangout, awesome kitchen, and a beautiful pool/jacuzzi. We enjoyed using the outdoor fireplace at night too. Plenty of food and coffee shops within 15 minute drive. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend / come back!

We loved our time at Monkey Tree. We felt we were in a private oasis with everything we needed at our finger tips. The pool was beautiful and the room had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and we slept great. The location was close to supermarkets and a gym. Downtown was just a quick 10 minute trip. I will stay at the Monkey Tree again! Thank you for making our trip fantastic.

We had a great family vacation in this house. The neighborhood was well designed, quiet and friendly. We had our dog with us and the private fenced backyard was perfect. There is a community green space that was reachable from the yard…very lovely. We paid extra to heat the pool, heated hot tub was included in the rental. The house is close to the airport but the plane traffic wasn’t bothersome and I think it is restricted at night. We would be happy to stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. It’s a lovely large condo with wonderfully maintained common areas (grassy lawn, pool, tennis courts). The view from the condo is incredible. We really like it here!

We had such a great stay! The backyard is a true oasis. Plenty of different seating options, pool is comfortably heated, loved the hot tub and the landscaping is just lovely! The house was just as pictured. One thing to note is you do need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the master bedroom. This wasn’t a problem for us as it was just our family of four, but something to consider if it’s three couples staying. That said, both bedrooms have outside access so you could theoretically go in and out that way to avoid going through the bedroom! Very close drive to downtown. A nice walking path just behind the house. We loved the Tahquitz Canyon hike which was just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was beautiful and modern! A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We came here for an intimate wedding and the location was just under 10 mins away so it was great to be so close to the venue. However, this Airbnb did have quite of a lot of rules and unexpected maintenance men on the property that was not communicated by the host prior. Overall, the house and backyard were beautiful but unsure if I’d stay again and/or recommend this home to a younger group of friends just based on rules around music playing, excessive checkout rules and additional fees. The host was responsive and flexible to check in slightly early.

perfect for my one night stay as I had to catch a redeye home the following day the room was spotless and the bed-comfortable.. The only comment I have is blinds bit broken, so I had to put a chair to keep the blind closed. The guest in other rooms were sitting by the pool past 11 pm bit noisy to rest
