We came back from the cabin in Idyllwild and our trip was great. Cheryl is very responsive once the booking went through. Originally we included the bunkhouse in our booking but couple days before our check-in, we had some plan change. She was being very helpful and understanding though it may mean she could overpaying for the cleaning fee. I like the way how transparent our communication goes and all fair and honest. When we check in, the house is clean and very well organized and instruction are throughout the house. The playhouse is a great deal for getting our kiddos off from the screen and let their imagination grow. Also Cheryl is very flexible and helpful with check in and check out time. She is so kind and just wants to make sure we can have a great time and build good memories. Everything went very smoothly while we stayed there. We will certainly stay here again if we return to Idyllwild :)

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended. We had a fantastic stay. The check-in process was smooth. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location was also perfect, stunning view from the balcony. It truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was great for cooking and had small yet incredibly useful items like seasonings, storage bags and serving items. The bedrooms were a great size with very comfortable beds! The bathrooms were well stocked with bath essentials and plenty of towels. The outside space has lots of options for hanging out and the view from in the pool is fantastic. Our only regret is not booking another night! It was a great stay and would absolutely rent again.

Casa Rosario was an awesome place to spend our fourth anniversary. Everything was as described in the description given. We were happily surprised by the dual balconies, front and rear. We will absolutely book Casa Rosario again if she will have us!

We had an amazing visit to Palm Springs staying at Billy and Josh’s home! The pool and outdoor lighting at night was AMAZING! The home had everything that we needed + more. Thank you Billy and Josh for hosting us!

This place was incredible and exactly as described! I stayed there with my husband, our two kids (ages 7 and 9), and our dog, and we had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the space. The kids enjoyed the lava lamp loft area, and both them and the dog had a blast exploring the woodsy yard with bridges and a creek. The home itself had all of the comforts of home. We enjoyed some nights cooking and making smores on the back porch and were also able to walk to most of the shops and restaurants. Even though the home is located about a block away from the center of town, it was so peaceful throughout the day you wouldn't know it. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would book here again for future trips.

Great big backyard! Loved that there were so many places to sit. Our 2 year old grandson not only loved the pool, but all the grass to play on too. Pool got all day! House is big and was comfortable for 6 of us. Downtown Palm Springs was only a little over a mile away which allows us to walk to coffee and restaurants. Grocery store is really close too. The property management team was super responsive when we had questions. Would recommend this property!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

House was accurately presented on the site. Very clean and adequate room for us, 5 adults, 2 young children and one small dog. Not the biggest pool area but adequate for us. Most everything necessary for the stay including kitchen appliances and tools, towels, bath accessories and toiletries, laundry facility and dining areas. ACME was in constant communication via text to ensure we had everything we needed. A couple of minor issues which did not affect our overall rating. The house is relatively close to the airport and there is the occasional jet noise. The main patio sliding door was difficult to slide open/close, but this actually worked out for us as we brought 2 young children who couldn't open it. The house is close to all the Palm Springs attractions but you need to drive to them. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.
