The apartment was verry Nice and cosy, with a fantastic view. . Prassas is so close to everything , Heraklion city, the beach , Hersonissos , but you still have the the peace and quit , its wonderful . The host was verry nice , i felt so welcome and it was all verry good . I will come back and stay here again.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Unterkunft von Stelios, es war einfach wunderbar! Da die Wohnung mitten in einem Dorf ist, hatten wir viel Kontakt mit Einheimischen und auch vorbeigehenden Touristen. Der kleine Vorhof war mehrmals Treffpunkt bis in die Nacht mit tollen Gesprächen und auch griechisch lernen. Am letzten Tag gab es sogar Tränen bei Nachbarn, weil wir uns schon so eingelebt hatten. Wer also gerne etwas anderes als ein Hotel erleben möchte, der ist im Artemis Studio bestens aufgehoben!

A great spot to explore the area from,. Clean, comfortable, etc. Lovely views down to the sea from the very top of the town. Watching the super moon come up over the sea was wonderful. We spent one day visiting beautiful remote beaches at Xerocampos and the next walking the gorge and then recuperated on the beach at the hidden Kato Zakros. On arrival Manolis met us in the centre of the village and guided us into the upper part of town - I don’t think it would be possible to find it without that help. The streets can be narrow and we had quite a chunky car so Manolis had to find us alternative parking which was also very near by.

è stato tutto assolutamente perfetto . La casa era super fornita di tutto, ben pulita e in ordine. Anthi è un host eccezionale e gentile. ci ha aspettato che arrivassimo e ci ha fatto trovare una frittata buonissima pronta. il giorno dopo ci ha salutato molto calorosamente dandoci panini e dei giochini per la nostra bambina. consigliatissimo!!!

Selten in so einem schönen und gut durchdachten Ferienhaus gewesen! Es war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Außenbereich und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigen könnte. Zum Beispiel war zur Waschmaschine auch Pulver vorhanden und es gab einen Grundstock an Lebensmitteln. Sollten wir wieder nach Kreta kommen, buchen wir auf jeden Fall bei Nikolas!

Had a great time here. The hosts were absolutely lovely, great hospitality. Stunning view, huge patio, spacious bathroom, everything looked new, nothing was missing. Also, there a big breakfast (which is free of charge, which we didnt even expect to get here) in the restaurant near the pool every morning with loads of tasty things from sweet so savory. top notch

Brilliant, Lovely, Singular, Outstanding...these are a few words that come to mind when I think of my time at Andonis’ villa. First, let’s discuss the villa itself. We stayed in a grand 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with a lovely yard and private pool. The view from the pool was great, and provided impressive sunrises/sunsets. The apartment itself was quite charming, and was comfortable from day one. Now let’s move on to our host and his family. From the moment we arrived, Andonis’ family took the absolute best care of my fiancé and I - always, with a genuine smile. If it weren’t for Andonis’ family; Marianna giving us the best advice with such care and thought - we would not have had the experience we did in Crete. Demitris and Marianna treat you like their family - this was one of the ultimate highlights of our trip. It was my fiancé’s birthday and they prepared a personalized gift for her at the breakfast table ; such a lovely thought that we will never forget. We recommend getting the breakfast , perfect way to start the day - calm, peaceful, delicious and generous authentic breakfast. I truly couldn’t be happier with choosing Andonis’ villa for part of my stay in Crete. In fact, I probably should’ve stayed there the entire time. Andonis, Demitris and Marianna- ευχαριστώ!!!

Great, quiet and nice spot to start your vacation in Crete. 12 minutes to Agios Nikolaos center. Great views and peaceful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Agios Nikolaos! The apartment itself was clean and very well-equipped. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive - there were even some welcoming touches like local treats waiting for us on arrival. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Agios Nikolaos and the surrounding area. We were just a short minute walk from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water - ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The town itself is charming, with plenty of shops, cafes, and tavernas to enjoy. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience the best of what East Crete has to offer!

Great place! My best friend and I were only in Sitia 2 days, but we loved this town! The apartment was so convenient to the beautiful waterfront with lots of great restaurants! I imagine this would be a perfect place for a family- plenty of room, 1.5 bathrooms (including a big bathtub) and close to the beach and promenade. Thank you!!

La Host è molto gentile e la casa è come descritta. In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene e consiglio questa casa. Anche la piscina dell’hotel è ottima. Unica piccola mancanza è non avere armadi nella seconda stanza e averne uno piccolo e a vista nella prima stanza. Purtroppo la vista mare è coperta da un edificio in costruzione.

Ένα υπέροχο δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και 3 λεπτά από την θάλασσα !ότι χρειάζεται ένα ζευγάρι η μία οικογένεια θα το βρει εκεί!οι ιδιοκτήτες πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

excellente adresse !! très bien situé si vous avez une voiture , a seulement 10mn du centre d heraklion .nous avons reçu toutes les instructions d arriver par mail , c était simple efficace et rapide. l appartement ainsi que le complexe sont très propres, bien équipés et bien entretenus . nous n avons manqué de rien ! piscine et jacuzzi bien appréciable ! nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

It was one of the best airbnbs that I have ever stayed at! A wonderful location - a great overview of Sitia Bay. It is located higher in the land, so it takes you up to 15 minutes to get there from Sitia but it is worth the drive. The appartment was squeaky clean when we entered and it has all the ammenities that are necessary for a longer stay. I love when the host really thinks about the guests and what they need doing their stay - the fresh new sponges, detergents, anti-insects stuff, etc. The full kitchen equipment with the coffee machine and grill! Wonderful! I would love to come back once again!

Die kleine Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und frisch modernisiert. Liegt ruhig, ländlich mit Blick in die Natur. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch das hübsche Nachbardorf Mochos hat selbst weit auβerhalb der Saison noch einige schöne Tavernen offen. Die Taverne im Haus hat am Wochenende auf. Maria und Kostas sind wirklich die freundlichsten und zugewandtesren Gastgeber überhaupt: wasser, Saft, Wein, Raki, Obst und Kuchen zur Begrüβung und weil ich spät abends bei der Ankunft noch hungrig war hat Maria sogar noch ein wunderbares Abendessen gezaubert. Ich komme gerne wieder, dann aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Wir haben schon viele freundliche & gastorientierte Airbnb Unterkünfte gebucht, aber diese war einfach umwerfend! Immer für einen da, natürlich freundlich & sehr familiär! Die Unterkunft schlicht und ergreifend, extrem sauber, toller kleiner Pool in dem man gut schwimmen kann, leckeres und liebevolles Frühstück (auch wenn man erst kurz vor 10h kommt). Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, schön ruhig & konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang und einen herrlichen Ausblick genießen! Auch zum herrlichen Strand ist es nicht weit! Wer das kleine, authentische Kreta sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Very friendly hosts. Beautiful view of both the mountains and the sea from the balcony. Clean and comfortable. Very relaxing area and walking distance to the city. Can only recommend.🙂

Aspros Potamos is s very very special place . Paradise if you come from the crowded north of the island . It is beautiful, calm and an oasis for individualists . Ecologically run , renewable energy sources and yet with everything you need.We didn’t miss WiFi in the room and love the oil lamps . Our teenage children did as well ! We got great advice on the surroundings and had fantastic experiences. Thank you !
