This architecturally designed modern new home might just be one of the most beautiful places that we have ever stayed at. The open concept, spectacular pool and separate shallow pool for younger children are absolutely magnificent. The ensuite washrooms are just beautiful, each room designed differently and the kitchen is a chef's dream. Location is very quiet and close to shopping. The host is extremly responsive and I would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved this villa, Mania very kindly greeted us at Midnight as we had a late flight, and yes the reviews are right, she arrived with the most amazing moussaka and even made a vegetarian one. Mania was always available for any advice/recommendations and managed the tricky combination of being present but not intrusive. There was also a really thoughtful welcome gift of homemade food waiting for us. The kitchen was really well equipped, and super clean, we ate in a lot and enjoyed dinners on the covered terrace. We loved the pool, the kids especially, we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was very hot. The beds were comfy, the rooms all have their own bathroom, and terraces, there was lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The garden is beautiful and I don't think we managed to sit in all the different seating areas in the week. The winner for me was the decor, it was so beautiful, it was like staying in house in a Home Decor magazine. We will definitely come back.

This was an absolutely gorgeous property. It was spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. The pool and garden are beautiful. This property also felt private while being a short drive to the downtown area with all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. Would 100% recommend this property!

The pictures don’t do this view justice. It’s breathtaking! The home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is wonderful. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed time at the beach. Most of the immediate area was already shut down for the season during our stay but there is a lovely area about a mile walk away. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the coffee shops and restaurants. The house and rooms were fantastic and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we left some glasses at a restaurant. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, auch von der Hausdame, welche uns alles gezeigt hat und uns sagte wann und wie wir sie erreichen können. Toll war auch das die Waschmaschine im Haus genutzt werden durfte. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Absolut keine Mängel. Schön war auch die Trennung der Schlafzimmer der Kinder und Eltern. Wir fanden es sehr herzlich und toll das für uns Wasser, Olivenöl aus Kreta, Butter, Marmelade und ein wenig Brot bereitgestellt wurde für den ersten Tag, überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich! Besonders toll war auch der persönliche Reiseführer unserer Gastgeber, welcher uns geholfen hat schöne und besondere Orte kennen zu lernen. Im besonderen die Empfehlung Mirsini und Adravasti. Auch toll war die kleine Notfall-Apotheke im Hause! Großes + für Familien ist das der Poolbereich abzuschließen ist und das Spielzeug, Brettspiele und DVDs für die Kleinen gestellt wurden. Ioannis und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property—it was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of five. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the views of the surrounding area were lovely. The location is peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the city, but still just a short drive to several great beaches. The host, George, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He explained how to use the smart panel to turn on the boiler for hot water when he met us at the property, but we didn’t follow the instructions as closely as we should have the first morning, which caused the water to be cold. The boiler runs for 30 minutes at a time and seems to rely on solar heating, so hot water can be limited if multiple people shower back-to-back. Turning on the boiler in advance and spacing out showers made a big difference. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect for our small family and the host kindly arranged a baby cot free of charge which was extremely helpful. If travelling with a baby note the curtains are not blockouts and you may need an extra sheet or bring your own to cover the windows for day naps and bedtime in summer. A value add was that the apartment was serviced by a cleaner during the week which was a pleasant surprise. Note you are not in walking distance to a variety of markets or restaurants so make arrangements to get some food on your way to the property (connecting hotel restaurant only opens at 7pm). It is beautifully secluded, no neighbors looking in, lovely pool and view with only a short walk to the beach. We would stay again!!

Chouette maison, très agréable pour 8 personnes. La vue est incroyable, les terrasses magnifiques et la piscine très belle! Malgré que nous y étions en décembre, nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse et utiliser le bbq (qui était nettoyé tous les jours!) et même la pisicine. Il y a une petite plage à 10 minutes à pied. Agios est à 5-10 minutes en voiture. Ionna a été très acceuillante, réactive et très aidante. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, waren immer gut betreut und die Wohnung entsprachvoll unseren Erwartungen. Man muss wissen, dass in den Abendstunden auch das ein oder andere Flugzeug nach Heraklion fliegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort und zu Fuß in 2Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten ist ohne Mietwagen ein schnelles Einkaufen oder Essen gehen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht so einfach. Mit Auto alles kein Problem in fünf Minuten in großer Auswahl. Die Aussicht und die Wohnung sind sehr gut. Schwimmen vor Ort zu Fuß in fünf Minuten sehr gut möglich unterhalb der Wohnung. Diese war viel großzügiger als erwartet. Insgesamt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Very very nice host, nice refreshing pool. Super communication with the host. I would recommend for anyone who wants to have a well rounded and welcoming holiday.

We had an amazing week - we really enjoyed the house and its amenities and the beach is just across the street, so it’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy. If you like to run, there’s a long beach just a few mins away. Hosts were great, very responsive and super helpful. 100% recommend, would definitely come back.

We had a really great time and an unexpected hotel experience. Everything was in great condition and there was turn down service every 2-3 days. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn't realize is that the house is on 3 levels which meant we had to pay extra attention to the toddler traveling with us. The house is in a quiet location and even though there was construction next door it didn't bother us as during the main work times we were away at the beach. The village and beach are nearby, technically walking distance. However, as there is no sidewalk or lights at night, we preferred to drive.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich eine 12 von 10! Ein wahrer Ort zum Wohlfühlen, an dem kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Alles ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es sieht genau so schön aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir werden definitiv noch einmal zu Besuch kommen. In fußläufiger Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern dort und hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit. Unser Gastgeber Manolis hat sich großartig um uns gekümmert – selbst der Kühlschrank war nicht leer, als wir ankamen. Er hatte tolle Tipps parat und sich sogar um unsere An- und Abreise zum Flughafen gekümmert. Rundum wirklich seinen Preis wert und nur zu empfehlen!

We were 6 people and really enjoyed the trip and the AirBnb! It was really clean and like on the pictures. Also the communication with Manolis was perfect! He managed everything very well and gave us spots on the island for our special needs! In the middle of the holidays we got another house cleaning what we didn’t excepted which was very cool! Also he giftet us things in between - so Service was insane! 💯 Thanks for the stay, see you!

Claudia hat uns gut geholfen die Unterkunft zu finden. Leider zeigt Googel unter der Air B&B Wegbeschreibung eine verkehrte Adresse an. (Wenn das Meer auf der rechten Seite ist, dann nicht links hochfahren, weiter auf der Straße bleiben und 7m nach dem schwarzen Schild "Taxi" rechts runter in die Hofeinfahrt.) Die Gastgeberin, Despoina war super, sehr diskret und immer zu erreichen. Da es an nichts gefehlt hat, haben wir Sie nur einmal gebeten den Timer für die Poolbeleuchtung vorzustellen. Was für den nächsten Abend erledigt wurde. Der Blick vom oberen Schlafzimmer und von der Terasse ist einzigartik. Im private Pool ist man vor Blicken der Nachbarn geschützt. Unter dem Haus ist ein kleiner Privatstand für alle Gäste von Despoina. Zum Abendessen waren wir immer in der Nachbarbucht in der Taverne. Die haben eine gute Tageskarte mit guten, günstigen Fischgerichten. Die Taverne ist max. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.

The house was wonderful, a lovely design and much larger than we'd expected, and beautifully furnished. All the rooms (of which there were many) were a good size, so for the four of us we had a lot of space. The views were spectacular, from all the terraces, balconies and the upstairs living room, and the swimming pool was a good size, approximately 7m x 4m and 1.6 deep throughout. Comfortable beds, clean white towels and bedding; everything was spotless. The house is at the end of a track and although there are a few other houses around it was very quiet and no passing traffic. Michael was an excellent host, living next door he was available but not obtrusive, responded quickly to our queries, and he gave us some good suggestions where to go. We'd love to return!

Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einem Hügel oberhalb des Ortes. Man ist ungestört und hat eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Garten. Allerdings war es beim ersten Mal schwierig, den richtigen Weg zu finden. Wir sind jedoch auch spät angekommen und es war schon stockdunkel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Check-in und check-out waren super einfach. Unser Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Zum Einstand gab es ein nettes und leckeres Gastgebergeschenk. Als der Staubsauger kaputt war, hat er ihn abgeholt und ein paar Tage später repariert zurück gebracht. Die Villa liegt etwas erhöht mit Blick auf den Infinity-Pool, den zugehörigen Olivenhain und Malia. Die Aussicht ist herrlich. Man ist einsam (bis auf die Grillen), aber trotzdem innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt, wo es neben mehreren Supermärkten, ganz vielen Restaurants, direkt bei der Kirche einen Bäcker mit leckeren Kuchen und Baguette / Brötchen / Croissants gibt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist schön eingerichtet, mit Dekoration, vielen Bilder und Büchern (auch welchen in Deutsch). Es gibt einen Kicker, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Der Pool ist herrlich, etwa 1,40 m tief (unser Sohn ist 1,44 m groß und konnte auf Zehen stehend den Kopf über Wasser halten. Der Pool ist vielleicht 6 m x 3,50 m groß. Das ist nur geschätzt. Uns hat er gereicht. Schön ist, dass häufig trotz der 30 - 32 Grad Celsius ein leichter Wind ging, so dass es viel Spass gemacht hat, sich im und um den Pool aufzuhalten. Unser Mietauto konnten wir unter einem Johannisbrotbaum auf dem Grundstück parken, so dass es immer im Schatten war. Wir können den Aufenthalt in der Villa Verde sehr empfehlen.

Rien à signaler hormis l’emplacement qui nécessite 40 minutes de route pour arriver en ville. À par cela le logement est idéalement placé et très bien équipé.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Anacosta pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und auch die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung sehr gut: Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum, Waschmaschine, Fliegengitter... Die Villa sieht exakt aus wie auf den Fotos, die Veranda ist herrlich. Der Pool ist schön kühl und der Wirlpool schön warm. Die Gastgeber kommen regelmäßig zur Reinigung der Pools. Die Villa liegt in einem sehr touristischen Gebiet aber etwas abseits von den großen Hotelanlagen, daher sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Zu Fuß gibt es nicht so viel zu sehen, nur die Strandpromenade mit wenigen Cafès und Touriläden aber mit dem Auto kann man von dort die schönsten Ecken Kretas erreichen. Autoverleihe gibt es auch direkt um die Ecke oder am Flughafen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt in der Anacosta Villa und können Sie nur weiterempfehlen!
