The apartment was perfect for three adults, but could accommodate more easily. Spacious, and well laid out to allow for absolute privacy between the bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable and lots of room to spread out! Well located —walking to everything. The apartment appears to be managed by a hotel around the corner so finding the checkin was easy and someone then met us at the front door of the unit to make sure we got in. Host is very responsive to questions and issues. The unit itself is beautiful! The ceiling is truly lovely— and the rooms clean and comfortable. All the modern conveniences. Not for those that are mobility impaired— because of stairs — but perfect otherwise! Recommend.

Alloggio bellissimo! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo che con il nostro arrivo Giulia l’host ci aveva preparato un dolce di benvenuto. Alloggio molto molto pulito e curato. Bagno pulito ed in ottimo stato. Casa favolosa. Posizione ottima con super market raggiungibile a piedi come la pizzeria ed il sushi. Host super gentile e disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere! My mother and I very much enjoyed our stay at Cristiano and Sara’s. The apartment was beautifully appointed and we loved the large terrace. Cristiano was helpful in arranging dinner reservations and very communicative before and during the stay. Their shop below the apartment is wonderful and we bought cheese and wine there for our evening cocktails.

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città e per raggiungere il lungomare. L'host Enrico è una persona gentile e amichevole con cui è stato piacevole interagire. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili e precise per il nostro soggiorno e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Host e appartamento consogliatissimi.

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Marianna ci ha accolti come se fossimo a casa. L'appartamento ha tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno dalla colazione alle piccole grandi cose che ti possono mancare quando sei fuori di casa. Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Silvia ist jederzeit gut erreichbar, beantwortet Fragen und kommt auch vorbei, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, alles geschmackvoll abgestimmt. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und die Wohnung ist ruhig. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden

Prima locatie en goede voorzieningen. Huisje is precies zoals beschreven.

Host accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Orari di check-in e check-out flessibili. La casa è comoda, un bilocale spazioso, corrisponde alle immagini, è pulitissima, dispone di tutto l' occorrente anche biscottini con macchina per caffè espresso. Letto ampio e comodo, brandina sufficientemente comoda. La casa è al piano terra con area privata all' aperto dove sedersi. È facile scaricare e parcheggiare. Zona semicentrale da cui si raggiungono facilmente i monumenti da visitare. E non da ultimo: Ravenna è meravigliosa, i suoi mosaici bizantini, davanti ai quali si resta senza fiato, i monumenti e il territorio, nonché la gastronomia, sono fantastici! Grazie mille!

Nicoletta è stata disponibilissima fin da subito per qualsiasi mia esigenza. C'è stato un piccolo disguido su AirBnb inerente al parcheggio ma la host si è messa subito in gioco per risolverlo. Credo che questo faccia la differenza quando si prenota un airbnb. La posizione è perfetta se si ha bisogno di trascorrere più giorni c/o il Palacongressi, è letteralmente di fronte. Super consigliato per chi, come me, si muove con molti chili di attrezzatura fotografica o comunque da lavoro.

The locations is beautiful, peaceful and scenic. The accommodation matched the description and was very comfortable. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very welcome. The staff were lovely and it was great to be able to get breakfast as part of the arrangement or relax with a cool drink in the afternoon .

Letizia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ihre Unterkunft befindet sich in einem idyllisch gelegenen Anwesen, ist großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang stand mir ebenso zur Verfügung, wie eine Fernbedienung für das elektronischen Rolltor. Dank der umfangreichen Ausstattung fehlte es mir an nichts und ich habe mich auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Letizias warmherziger Empfang bestand darin mir einen frisch gebackenen traditionellen „Ciambella“-Kuchen bereitzustellen. Eine schöne Geste die ich sehr zu schätzen weiß! Grazie di cuore e tanti auguri!

the listing: I stayed for around two weeks at this place. It is directly on a street and ground level so you can hear the cars passing in the evening with open windows but since the windows are fenced and there are blinds, this was no big issue for me. the neighborhood also felt secure. other than the occasional car and the garbage collection, it is very quiet. the place is very clean. since i stayed longer, i also cooked and washed cloths. everything works perfectly. you have everything you need provided, even if you plan a longer stay. the center square is around 10 min by foot. the host: massimo is a great, great host. he provided me with everything i needed, even if it's not listed in the listing or strictly required. he answers very quickly and is very helpful, even at late hours. he is very friendly and nice to talk to. thank you again for everything! will definitely come back here, should i come to forli again.

Accueil très sympathique malgré l’heure tardive. Animaux bien acceptés même si ma chienne un peu imposante a pu inquiéter Elisa. Calme et beau panorama à l’aube. Petit déjeuner correct compris. Excellente adresse.

Un luogo incantevole ed accogliente. Carmen e Massimiliano sono la gentilezza in persona: mi sono sentita a casa e coccolata. Mi mancherà fare colazione in giardino godendo della pace del posto e delle deliziose torte di Carmen. La camera è comoda e spaziosa. In generale, la zona è stupenda e merita sicuramente una visita. Spero di tornarci presto! Grazie ancora 💕

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Thank you

B&ba nei pressi del centro, con numerosi parcheggi in zona, centro città molto vicino da raggiungere a piedi. Gabriele host gentilissimo e disponibile.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez lucas. tout a été parfait. une résidence entretenue avec soin, parfaitement propre. la chambre est très bien isolée du bruit, une literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien copieux avec des produits frais et de qualité. concernant lucas il est à l'écoute de ses clients, arrangeant et très agréable. nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
