Ignacio Zaragoza : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We stayed at the Airbnb in Mexico City during the Christmas week thru New Years. Communication and access was seamless. The location was perfect to many restaurants, the city park and importantly breakfast nooks. Easy communication and entrance to the building, felt very safe. For my family of 4, the accommodation was perfect for us. Clean kitchen with appliances. Bathrooms were clean, hot water was an issue but infrequent. Water pressure drops as other people use the water. Not a big issue. The bedrooms were spacious. The comfort of the beds were suffice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Loved our stay here! The neighborhood was so cute, peaceful, and walkable. Our host was so responsive and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Apartment itself was gorgeous and we loved all the details. Will definitely be back next time we’re visiting CDMX!

El apartamento muy de acuerdo con la descripción, ubicación excelente , cerca de supermercados, metro , metro bus. La ducha había que aprender a utilizarla un poco complicada. Apto para la familia, se ajustó a nuestras necesidades. El internet excelente. Las anfitrionas siempre pendientes de asesorar ante cualquier duda o circunstancia. Muy contentos.

Es una zona tranquila, Alejandra está al pendiente por si necesitas algo. Es buen lugar para quedarte dentro o fuera. 🙂

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, su ubicación es buena, tiene cerca supermercado, farmacia restaurantes etc, es amplio Lo único que no nos gustó fue el personal del edificio, no soy amables, es todo un rollo hacer check in o hacer uso de las ameninades. De resto lo recomiendo

We loved staying at Carla's apartment. We ended up actually needing quite a bit of rest after a coastal wedding left us drained, and Carla's place was the perfect resting spot for us. The location is so central to the neighborhood so you can really get food out anywhere. We even got food delivered a few times and it wasn't an issue. The true gem of this apartment is the rooftop terrace, which unfortunately we did not get to enjoy enough. A small thing to note was that this is on the top floor of a spiral staircase and there is no elevator, so be prepared for that :) otherwise, Carla was a wonderful host, very responsive, and very hospitable. She even let us leave bags in the locker when we arrived before check-in. We would stay there again. Thanks Carla!

Great stay, Marco was very flexible and responded quickly. Place is spacious, convenient location, one of the best bakeries in town just down the street (Saint).

Si vas a algún concierto en la arena CDMX está es de las mejores opciones para alojarte ya que está muy cerca caminando. Siempre están en constante comunicación para saber si necesitas algo o si no tuviste algún problema a tu llegada. Son muy amables y el lugar está en excelentes condiciones.

We stayed for 3 days with a group of 5 friends. Salvador was always responsive and provided all the details that we were interested in. The place look exactly like on the pictures and feels cozy.

Una bella casa muy amplia y muy bien distribuida en una zona muy tranquila pero con excelente ubicación, ampliamente recomendable si van a esta visitando diferentes puntos de la ciudad, el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos compartió recomendaciones de donde comer y lugares a visitar, ampliamente recomendado.

We enjoyed our stay at Ricardo's home. We loved the spaciousness, giving us lots of common space together, yet allowing us plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is lovely. It's pretty quiet, with plenty of trees, and close to restaurants, shops, and a great bakery right around the corner. We loved having a living room and outside patio to spend time together as a family. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, but isn't really set up for serious cooking for a group. Finally, Ricardo was an extremely responsive host, which we really appreciated.

This was an amazing stay. We were a group of 8 and still had plenty of beds left over. The area was peaceful and felt safe. There was an oxxo down the street. It was walkable to Polanco area and easy enough to grab Ubers to further locations. We felt right at home! Would definitely stay again. The host were very responsive if any questions came up. One thing to keep in mind is the house comes with 1 key and we had to communicate as a group regarding managing the key. The house even had a filtered water station which helped save on bottled water! The roof top is a gem and get spot to hang and chat with a group. The WiFi was great and I was able to work from home and plenty of hot water.

Maison très agréable … et nous y venons depuis 2 années consécutives ! Randy et Pablo sont adorables, très réactifs et toujours de bon conseil !!! Tout est parfait !!!

Adriana's place is fantastic—everything you need is just a short walk away, including some excellent dining options. Although it's on a busier street, which might mean a bit of traffic noise early in the morning, it doesn't take away from the overall great experience.

Love Coyocan- Sofia's place is comfortable and a great location. She has beautiful artwork in her house.

Ravie de mes premiers jours à Mexico chez Raúl et Marta. Je voulais un endroit pour me reposer tout en profitant de la vue sur Mexico. C’était parfait. Quelle vue spectaculaire ! J’ai bcp profité de la piscine chauffée à une température parfaite et assez longue pour nager et de la salle de sport. En décembre il fait froid les soirs et nuits… forcement l’appartement se refroidit très vite avec toutes ses fenêtres. Les deux petits chauffage d’appoint ont été très utiles. L’emplacement était top à l’ouest de la condesa, a un block du resto de mes amis en plus 😅 Merci encore pour ce séjour, je garde votre adresse pour un prochain séjour ! Laura

Visitamos la casa Ángel Dorado en familia, éramos un total de 6 adultos y 3 bebés. La casa fue perfecta para nosotros 9, el espacio de las 3 habitaciones es muy bueno, todo estaba súper limpio a nuestra llegada y el acceso fue súper fácil y seguro, cada habitación estaba equipada con toallas limpias, toda la ropa de cama limpia y bonita, los colchones de sus camas son muy confortables, perfectos para descansar luego de haber andado en tours todo el día 🤓 Paty nos envió un bidón (botella con agua de 20 Litros) proactivamente sin nosotros haberlo solicitado y esto fue muy conveniente para mi familia, ya que al tener nuestras 3 bebés el agua es una necesidad siempre. El check in fue flexible para nosotros al conversar nuestra situación con Paty. El suministro de agua y amenidades todo excelente ! La ubicación es simplemente perfecta 🤩 muy cerca de todos los medios de transporte, supermercados y restaurantes. Algunas veces nos movíamos a pie, otras en plataforma de transporte. Gracia

María Luisa's place is excellent. It's airy and elegant, with lots of natural light. María Luisa herself always responded to messages well within 24 hours, and the people who staff the front desk were helpful as well. Other notes: the sheets and towels are nicer than those that I usually find in hotels or Airbnb homes. The air conditioner works well. The place is good for tall people: it has high ceilings, high door frames, and long mirrors. The bed is very soft, and those who sleep on firm mattresses may find that it takes some getting used to. But on the whole, this is a wonderful place, and I won't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Todo muy bien, cómodo, bonito, tiene todo los que describen, nos encantó el lugar, agua caliente, toallas, TV, fue sin duda una buena experiencia

This is a wonderful property in a great location. As good as the pictures suggested. Andrea also helped us to find a wonderful local chef who came in and cooked a couple of superb Mexican dinners for us. Three of the bedrooms are spacious and perfect. One is a bit smaller with no bathroom. The outdoor space is enjoyable and Andrea responded superbly when the city's water supply failed and supplied a tanker immediately. I highly recommend this place. There is a bit of street noise but we would happily return to this property

We had a fantastic stay at Luis’ apartment in Condesa, Mexico City. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of life, with amazing restaurants, parks, and plenty of things to explore, making it a great spot for both families and solo travelers. We traveled with our 3.5-year-old son, and Luis and his assistant, Gina, went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing a crib and high chair, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless. We loved the amenities, and everything felt very homey. The only slight downside was that we could hear some noise from the neighbors, so the soundproofing of the windows could be improved. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Mexico City!

Overall 5/5 experience, highly recommend this space for 2 couples or small family. Amenities 5/5: the patio is a fantastic space to come back and relax in after spending the day wandering around. Wi-Fi was solid, showers and toilets worked well. Extra pillows/blankets available. Would be nice if a couple extra towels were provided rather than just 1/person. Plenty of space and hangers for clothing which was great. Washer and dyer worked with no issues. Having easy access to filtered water in CDMX, instead of running out to buy bottles, was also so so nice. Will definitely look for this feature in future trips. Location 5/5: couldn't ask for a better location if you want to access Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condessa. It is a busier area, but as mentioned, very quiet. The apartment is also located on a one-way street, which calms things down a bit. A small market is steps away, and a larger supermarket a couple of blocks. Thanks Rene!

Beautiful apartment, extremely well-located and safe with 24 hour doorman. María was very responsive if we had any questions! I will not that the bottom floor is very dark and if you are staying with a group of friends the top floor room is much fancier and more luxurious than the room below. Would be perfect for a couple or family with bunk bed-aged children!
