The stay with Kiyo was fantastic. Check in was easy and she was very responsive. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. I highly recommend her stay.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Shinjuku. The location was super convenient—walking distance to two train stations, which made getting around Tokyo really easy. A major bonus was having a 7-Eleven right downstairs for snacks and essentials. The apartment was clean, neat, and exactly as pictured in the listing. It was a bit tight for our family of four with two teenagers, but we managed just fine. Overall, a great experience and we'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located, tidy place to stay in Tokyo!

整体感受：民宿非常干净，房间很舒适，房东还提供了水、点心、《旅行手册》……推开窗就是海，景色很棒，入住期间家人都很满意。 交通：步行5分钟有一个公交车，距离火车站有些距离，拎着箱子会有些辛苦。 便利：步行不到10分钟有一家小超市，（周日休息），满足日常所需。 非常推荐！

Very close to station, comfortable sleeping arrangement for a group! We had a great stay!

We were a group of 5 staying for a week. We had a very comfortable stay here and enjoyed it very much. The place was clean, modern and very spacious. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will enjoy your sleep! The local area is very quiet. Everything you need is only a few minutes away and the station is only 10 minutes walk taking you into Shinjuku in only a couple of stops. There is also an onsite parking space that we made use making it very convenient for us. Makoto is a great host. She is very friendly and communication always excellent. Nothing to worry about here!

Feel like home, so peaceful. Host so kind and helpful. We have a good time when stayed at your place.
