今回、大雪の影響で電車が運休し、予定していた交通手段がすべて使えなくなってしまいました。本来ならキャンセルせざるを得ない状況でしたが、悠平さんはずっと私たちと連絡を取り続け、いくつかの解決策を提案してくださいました。そして最終的には、なんと数キロ離れたスキー場まで車で迎えに来てくださったのです！ さらに、スーパーまで車で連れて行ってくださったり、翌日にはご家族を紹介してくださったり、温泉にも案内してくださいました！ 帰りも、私と友人を駅まで送ってくださり、無事に次の目的地へ向かうことができました。 滞在中は本当に楽しい時間を過ごすことができ、たくさんの温かいお心遣いをいただきました。悠平さん、本当にありがとうございました！またお会いできる日を楽しみにしています！ この地域を訪れる方には、ぜひ悠平さんのAirbnbをおすすめします！忘れられない素晴らしい滞在になること間違いなしです！

Lovely stay in a beautiful area. The staff were all very helpful, including pick up and drop off to bus terminal. We had everything we needed and buses to the slopes were walking distance, although car hire would be even more convenient, especially if travelling with kids. Overall would recommend to any families or small groups travelling to Hakuba.

事前のやり取りから最後まで、丁寧に対応していただけました。 今回子どもを含めた4家族で利用しましたが、全員が大満足！！ なにより…朝早い出発、スキーで疲れきった身体のなか、最後に多くの洗い物を洗わなくていいというのは感動でした。 子どもたちはSwitchに大興奮！大画面のテレビで楽しんでました。 アメニティも充分で、タオルも綺麗。お風呂場も清潔でした。 事前にレビューを見て、食材があると伺ってましたが…想像以上でびっくり。子どもたちも含めて大人も楽しい食事となりました。 これまでのレビューが良いのも納得です。 また利用させていただきたい宿、文句なしのNo.1です。

We love our stay in hakuba. 10 out of 10. The place is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended

Yoshimichi san is very kind and made our stay very easy. The place is very clean and has everything you need, they have a hot and cold air conditioner in the room, but in winter (we stayed in February) you might feel very cold in the kitchen, toilet and shower room.

Six friends from Australia, were fortunate to stay at Rumi and Roberto wonderful B & B in the mountain slopes of Bessho onsen in the district of Ueda. 4 days of exploring the area, recommended eateries, onsons, galleries gave us an insight into a unique Japanese lifestyle. Friendly people made us feel welcome and we soon overcame the language differences by a mixture of hand signs and attempts at basic Japanese. The hospitality of Rumi and her recommended places to eat was outstanding. This has been a great start to journey in Japan. It has set the tone for the coming weeks. Thank you Rumi and Roberto.

Our stay in Akakura was nothing short of magical, thanks to this incredible accommodation and our wonderful host, Cam. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked—every comfort was thoughtfully provided, making us feel completely at home while immersed in the beauty of Japanese hospitality. The space itself exudes authentic charm, blending traditional aesthetics with all the modern conveniences one could need. After long days in the snow, returning to such a warm and inviting retreat was pure joy. Cam’s attentiveness and care were truly exceptional—always available to assist, yet never intrusive, ensuring that our experience was seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a stay that perfectly balances authenticity, and comfort, this is the place. We leave with full hearts and unforgettable memories—thank you, Cam, for making our time in Akakura so special!

Eine sehr gute Basis, um Karuizawa zu erkunden, alles Interessante ist mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Easy and convenient! Great location and easy walk to the main street of Echoland. Huge corridor/hallway perfect for all of our luggage so it didn’t clutter the rooms. Comfortable beds and really good showers. Thanks for hosting us David, it was a great stay!

The host is friendly and helpful. The house is cosy, clean and well equipped. Checkin and checkout is very easy. Recommend for couple and groups 3-4 people.

The house was beautifully spacious, clean and toasty warm! Super close to the train station/ bus shuttles and supermarket. The house itself had everything you need! Pete was extremely great at communicating and helping us with the best local places to eat and organising transport. If I come back to Hakuba I’ll definitely be booking this place! 10/10

Exatamente conforme as fotos, local super limpo e aconchegante. Já aluguei várias vezes por aqui e nunca estive em um imóvel tão equipado com coisas p/ cozinha, mantimentos e outros como aqui. Muito obrigado por nos atender tão bem.

Highly recommend this place. It's a great location, lovely setting in the woods, we were there in winter and with the snow its incredibly beautiful and also walkable to the gondala or chair lift. This Airbnb is a seperate apartment attached to the Mojo lodge, so you get all that's listed, 2 bedrooms + living room/kitchen/bathroom etc etc but also in Winter season you can use the communal area of the lodge as well which is great, plus you get an excellent cooked breakfast and a morning lift to the gondala. Plus all the staff at the lodge are super friendly and very approachable for advise on the area whether that's where to eat or the best onsen or other local knowledge. We really felt welcomed and at home for the whole week we were here and we'd definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay located near Hakuba Happo One and Hakuba Goryu & 47. Property has plenty of amenities.

Muu San is great host. Friendly, approachable, yet she would respect your privacy. She let you alone if you prefer to be left alone. The building is not new, built in Shouwa era I believe yet it’s well kept and well cleaned. Location is good. You can walk from Matsumoto station and you can walk to Matsumoto castle.

We had a great stay here. Truly beautiful spot in the mountains surrounded by lush forest. Would recommend!

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.

The chalet was great - very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We arrived in the early hours of the morning - the self check in was easy, and the chalet was warm and welcoming. Being surrounded by trees was so peaceful too. Morino’s staff, Jeff and Eri, were very responsive and helpful with lifts to town and organising a luggage transfer at the end of our stay. We were there for spring skiing and had plenty of snow at Hakuba 47 and Goryu, and a day at Happo One too. We hired a car locally, as the ski shuttle service had finished, but given the location, I would hire a car anyway, as it was super convenient to drive into Hakuba, to the supermarket, and to and from the ski fields. We looked at the path to walk down into town, but decided we wouldn’t be keen to walk it with ski gear (or to walk it back up, even without!) There was enough snow for the kids to build a snowman near the chalet, but we’d love to stay again in winter, with the trees covered in snow too.

Everything good. Host is very friendly and response for all message to help. I wiil be here again.

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.
