I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

I had great stay at this place. very good host always helping. house was at walkable distance to beach. society pool was also good. overall m satisfied with my stay here..

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and incredibly comfortable for both us and our fur baby. Its proximity to Benaulim Beach, as well as nearby restaurants and supermarkets, made our trip even more convenient. Was helped by support staff Satyam who was hospitable and made sure everything went well. The Co-host Phil was also in touch before and during the stay and helped to quickly resolve the WiFi issue. The housekeeping timings were a bit random for our liking so making a standard schedule for it would be really helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this property.

5 of us stayed for 10 days and we had such a wonderful time! The apartment has everything we needed and more! The outside space and pool were lovely too. The village had everything we needed and more too! The beach was beautiful. We would love to come back!!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Costas Montage Airbnb near Benaulim Beach. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. The host was very responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Nevis was extremely helpful and looked after us really well. We will happily go again. Surroundings are very picturesque and Nevil being able to drive us to places was the icong on the cake.

Den Bildern und bisherigen Rezensionen ist eigentlich nicht mehr viel hinzuzufügen. Auch ich habe eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in super Lage vorgefunden, malerisch zwischen hohen Palmen gelegen und nur einen kurzen Fußweg zu den Stränden von Anjuna entfernt. Cezar, Jhalak und Suraj waren super gastfreundlich und haben sich bei meinem kurzen Aufenthalt toll um mich gekümmert. Sollte ich erneut nach Goa kommen, wird diese Unterkunft erneut meine erste Wahl sein!

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

It was a very peaceful stay. The place was kept very clean and the instructions given were very clear .The indoor games were fun. The interiors were elegant. If you are looking for a stay with friends , would 100% recommend this place.

Manish is an excellent host. He was very Friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Also the two care takers at the stay were very responsive. Overall a very good place to be in Goa as it is nearer to most of the famous tourist spots in Goa. Please visit.

Absolutely amazing stay 11/10 I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Alex’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Alex was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

The Amber apartment was exactly as described in a perfect location with excellent restaurants and the Trinity beach within walking distance. All communication with both our hosts, Anthony and Hayden was done simply and they came back almost instantly to answer any queries that we had. There was an excellent wifi service in the apartment, with the option to connect a firestick to the tv if so desired. The apartment was lovely and clean and easy to look after, bearing in mind we stayed there for 42 nights in total. I can’t recommend the Amber apartment highly enough, to all and everyone who is looking for somewhere nice to stay in Benaulim.

It was a comfortable stay. The apartment is suitable for peaceful stay. Amenities are also good. The caretaker was also good.

Sid’s place is amazing. There’s beach very near and many great restaurants! Sid was an amazing host and helped us with a lot of local recommendations! Had an amazing stay here!

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

The place is stunning and looks exactly like the photos. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of the market and several great restaurants. The host and staff are extremely helpful and responsive. No need to hesitate—book this venue without a second thought! Absolutely worth the price.

Had a wonderful stay at Casa De Abhishek. Colva beach is just a stone throw away from the property, which is located inside a secured gated society. Society is very peaceful, calm and serene. Rooms were spotless clean. Mr Abhishek has ensured every minute details are taken care of, be it the basic spices in the kitchen to a refreshing 'Welcome Drink' just as you enter the property. All the amenities are provided as it is, as shown in pictures. There is a swimming pool overlooking the bedrooms, where one can chill off after a tiring day at beach/travel. A super market with all the imaginable grocery items is just beside the Society. Loved this cozy place and Highly recommended once you are in South Goa! Its a Hidden Gem 💎 ofcourse..
