felt right at home. location was great, just a minute walk to the beach. plenty of awesome restaurants nearby. Alfred is such a great host.

We enjoyed our super short stay at Pratik's place! He went out of his way to accommodate us even tho we arrived very late at night. We were apprehensive about it, but he helped us cheerfully despite the time. His recommendations for food and sights was very helpful and we had a great brunch ordered in from Cinnamon! The place is simple, clean and comfortable! The stores on the ground floor are quite convenient and well stocked! The morning tea on 2nd floor balcony amidst the lush green environs was a God-sent after the dusty city balconies we have still not gotten used to! Took me back to my roots, reminding me that my heart feels complete in small towns. I am truly thankful I chanced upon this economical, homely, complete home.Comfortable for our family of 4.There is one full bathroom and a sink in the common area- which worked for us. It's on the 2nd floor, which was also fine, maybe a problem if someone has mobility issues. All in all, a gem💎of a find!Thank you!GodBless✨️✨️✨️

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

I liked the place all things were great just location is at baga but would prefer at anjuna or as if it center of north goa so i can travel any where in same time

It was a lovely and homely stay. We stayed for 2 nights and Babaji was always responsive and helped us with late checkin. The place was neat and clean and best part was it was amidst the nature with beautiful view from the drawing room window. There was power backup due to which we were able to work from there and did not observed any wifi issues. There is car parking right outside the place. There is also a small grocery and wine shop in front of the place and quick food items like bread omelette was prepared by the didi ji of the grocery store. The place is little bit far away from beach but one will like the total greenery of the area. We liked our stay in there.

We enjoyed a lot at Arcadia Villa. The host were super responsive and helpful, provided us contacts for car rentals. The best highlight is the proximity to the beach just a 5 min stroll away.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Kurt was kind and approachable. He was always available on call. The check-in to Check out was very smooth without any hassle. I would strongly recommend families to stay here as the Villa is quiet and beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house right at Arpora Junction! The location was perfect, with easy walking access to multiple restaurants, bars, and stores. The house itself exceeded our expectations—much bigger and more stunning than the pictures suggest. The rooms were spacious, though we would have loved king-size beds in each room for extra comfort. The living room and balcony offered plenty of seating, making it ideal for our large group. A special shoutout to our caretaker, Abhishek, who truly made our stay memorable. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From delicious breakfasts to evening pakodas, everything was fantastic. The unlimited chai we requested was a delightful bonus! Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for big families with kids and older folks. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was brilliant and was very well maintained. From the furniture to the bathrooms, everything looked fresh and new. There is enough parking space too. Games like TT, Air Hockey, Foosball kept us enganged inside the house. The house staff also were very kind and helpful during our stay. Overall, a beautiful experience which made our trip to Goa a lot more enjoyable.

William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Goa. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. The host, Ms. Meenu, is extremely responsive and always available when needed. Additionally, the caretaker, Ms. Anupa, is warm and hospitable, making the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed stay in North Goa.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.
