We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

Good stay! Located close to the beach and restuarants. An arms length from major super markets and generally well within means of the major hotspots in and around Goa.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was great, and Host was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Really Very Comfortable Stay . House was Clean. Debashish way very helpful always responsive .Staff was very professional. This made my stay very enjoyable and Comfortable.

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo! From start to finish, we felt more than comfortable. It had everything we needed, and MORE. We were welcomed in-person, given clear instructions, and were always able to communicate with our hostess. The location is perfect to get around North Goa, and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Just a short walk and we saw the best sunset in North Goa. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you for everything!

It was a lovely and homely stay. We stayed for 2 nights and Babaji was always responsive and helped us with late checkin. The place was neat and clean and best part was it was amidst the nature with beautiful view from the drawing room window. There was power backup due to which we were able to work from there and did not observed any wifi issues. There is car parking right outside the place. There is also a small grocery and wine shop in front of the place and quick food items like bread omelette was prepared by the didi ji of the grocery store. The place is little bit far away from beach but one will like the total greenery of the area. We liked our stay in there.

I had such a nice and relaxing stay at this place, the highlight being the hosts who were so warm and welcoming and the house and the kitchen were pre stocked with all the stuff we might need for our stay. I was visiting Goa for the first time, and now I’m going to stay here every time I am in now.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Goa. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. The host, Ms. Meenu, is extremely responsive and always available when needed. Additionally, the caretaker, Ms. Anupa, is warm and hospitable, making the stay even more pleasant. All in all a very pleasant stay, location is prime, walkable distances to great restaurants, staff was very helpful. there was a miscommunication regarding cleaning the second day though. will definitely recommend.

Let’s be honest—every flat has some minor problems, but the key is how quickly and efficiently they are resolved, and this place excels in that regard. The location is another major highlight! It’s just around 200 meters from the beach, making it perfect for those who love to enjoy morning walks by the sea or relaxing sunsets. Plus, Colva Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area, is just 600 meters Allister is a best Host and also Owner of flat Sanjiv Gomes called and asked for help. Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
