The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

A cheaper option than in the city, but just 6 mins on the train from Centraal. Clean and comfy hotel room, friendly staff.

This was a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a perfect central location. Staying in a canal house made the experience even more unique and special. It’s such a different and exciting way to explore Utrecht. Highly recommended!

Fijn appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt binnen handbereik. Heerlijk lang weekend gehad! letterlijk 150 meter vanaf de boot tot aan het appartement. Fietsverhuur nog dichterbij. Perfecte locatie.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Fantastic nature, close to the major cities Utrecht and Amsterdam, cca 30 minutes by car to either one. The apartment is on the roof of the building, surrounded by succulents and flowers. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The nature park part of the lake is a must see. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be back for sure!

Otto was very accommodating and quick to respond. The apartment is stunning and tastefully decorated! Bonus of a balcony for that morning coffee. It was easy to get around the city, plus grocery store and places to eat nearby. Recommend!!

Communication was seamless, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Check in and check out were very smooth. The thoughtful Valentine’s gift was such a special touch! Thank you Degi! We had such a great visit and Degi's place was great for visiting Amsterdam. Having the bedrooms on different floors was nice for our group, too. Spacious, a wonderful kitchen, and the roof terrace was a wonderful option for relaxing there.

Wir haben des spektakulärsten Sonnenuntergang überhaupt direkt von der Terrasse aus mit Blick über das Ijsselmeer genießen können! Ganz toll! Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser. Mur ein Stück Wiese ist dazwischen. Für unsere Labradorhündin, die das Wasser so sehr liebt, war es ein Paradies. Einige Meter vom Haus entfernt gab es einen mini Strand. Dort ist sie immer hingeflitzt und ist schwimmen gegangen. Als wir ankamen, gab es sogar Hundenäpfchen und Leckereien. Wirklich nett! IN der Wohnung war alles prima. Vom Sofa und Bett aus Blick auf das Meer. Richtiges Urlaubsfeeling. Da es noch keine Saison war, waren viele Restaurants noch geschlossen. Aber die gute Küchenausstattung hat uns uns leicht gemacht uns zu versorgen. Unsere Gastgeber haben proaktiv den Kontakt gesucht und sich mehrfach versichert, dass alles ok ist und wir uns wohl fühlen. Danke! :-) Wir würden gerne mal wieder kommen.

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

My friend and I had a really nice stay in this airbnb. Communication was easy and clear. The apartment itself was very clean, lots of amenities provided free of charge - fresh towels, robes, snacks, water and also a variety of breakfast foods for the next morning (we only stayed one night). Our host even made sure to ask beforehand if we preferred meat/vegetarian/vegan options! The bed is very comfortable and soft. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but works perfectly for two people. This airbnb is pretty central and it's easy to go places by walking. It was quiet outside at night - but we stayed here during the week, so can't vouch for weekends :) Overall, a lovely airbnb with very nice hosts! I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam.

This is an amazing apartment! Both the unit, the furnishings and the building as a whole feel brand new, Surprised that the walls separating apartments appeared to be concrete so not a sound is heard from the neighbors and the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows do a great job of blocking out the sounds of the city while letting nothing but that incredible view come through! The view is west facing so nightly sunset viewing becomes an event. Michiel and team are terrific hosts, meeting you upon arrival to check you in comfortably and answer any questions. This place is upscale living at it's best - highly recommend.

Very easy to get to from the train stations. Fun pool table and comfy beds. Shower temperature & pressure is amazing. Chi was very nice, and responsive. Easy to get to Amsterdam or Zaandam from the area. I would recommend staying!

We liked everything.Location is comfortable for transport.We live in a large comfortable house,for a family of six with two kids were enough place to play .Sameer was very pleased and helped with all questions,really recommend and would like to come back)

Een prachtige uitvalsbasis om Texel te verkennen. Huisje is top, het park is mooi en Gerdi reageerde altijd snel op vragen. De bedden waren goed, evenals alle voorzieningen. Er zijn zelfs beneden en boven ruime badkamers, wat handig is als je slechter ter been bent. We konden door het mooie weer buiten zitten en ook daarvoor was alles aanwezig. de tuin is beschut. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en komen graag terug. Een aanrader!

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

Wat een heerlijke plek midden in de natuur! We hebben enorm genoten van de rust, het uitzicht, de zon & het fijne huisje! We wilden even onthaasten, weg uit het drukke leven en allerlei verplichtingen thuis. Dit is heel goed gelukt! Monique is een super gastvrouw, heel erg vriendelijk & behulpzaam. Dank voor dit heerlijke weekend!

Lovely stay, very peaceful and ideally located for our climbing activity in Groningen. We also had a nice morning in Winsum. Whisk whilst not a problem to us, it’s worth noting that the only bedroom with clothes hanging space and a mirror is the main bedroom. The bathroom / shower is also only accessible through the main bedroom. Overall very comfy and well stocked, with very helpful hosts.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Amersfoort und durften Gäste sein im wunderschönen Haus von Anne-Sophie und ihrer Familie. Alles war gut vorbereitet und die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Dank sehr guter Matratzen in allen Betten haben wir auch super geschlafen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist ca 500m vom Hauptbahnhof und ca 2 km von der Innenstadt entfernt und man kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Ich spreche in jedem Fall eine Empfehlung für dieses Haus aus und Amersfoort ist sowieso eine Reise wert!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und von der Aufmachung sehr schön. Kleiner Balkon mit block auf das Wasser, großes helles Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche. Zu Fuß ist man in 5-10 Minuten bei der Metrostation und in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto ist es ein bisschen komisch zu finden aber ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem gut und wenn wir nochmal nach Rotterdam fahren werd ich wieder nach dieser Unterkunft schauen.
