I booked this for my 23 year old daughter in December and it was a great choice for her. She was staying alone in this apartment for 2 weeks and felt very safe. The apartment complex is highly secured, has parking on site, and has a pool and a gym which she used frequently. Peter, the housekeeper, was very helpful and quick to respond to her requests and the host was very hospitable. The apartment is also close (driving distance) to many restaurants and shops as well as nightlife. She had a wonderful stay and would definitely book in the future!

It truly felt like a home away from home. I felt settled the moment I checked in and was hesitant to check out, but it was mandatory. This experience was exactly what I had hoped for. I will definitely return whenever I’m in town again.

This place was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. Most of all very SECURE. As a group of female travelers and first time visitors in Nigeria, safety was very important to us. We felt very secure our entire trip. There were guards at the estate gate, gatemen at the apartment gate and receptionist at the lobby. The security was no joke. Nuel, the house manager was amazing and incredibly patient, helpful and always available. I enjoyed every bit of the stay. I’ve literally recommended this place to anyone who will listen lol ( one even booked immediately after we left) DON’t think twice just book!!! My only complaint is that the beds are extremely firm, which was unexpected but surprisingly it did wonders for my bad back so maybe it was a good thing after all lol!

We enjoyed our stay with the host. The location was quiet and peaceful, and provided lots of help and hospitality. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place very beautiful, the host save our life, mind you the airbnb we booked cancelled on us the same day upon arrival, we contacted Alain, and he was ready to provide his place the same day which was very appreciative. He’s very responsive when there is something that needed to get checked out in the apartment. Great communication, I thank you a lot for having us , and for being the person that you are.

My stay at Eyitayo's was great, and worth the spend. This host was very responsive and polite. The place was exactly what my family and I needed. Lots of space, clean, tidy and quiet. The children loved the play area too. I am definitely looking forward to returning here.

I had an incredible stay at Afolabi’s place!The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nuel ( Co-host) was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was great—close to the airport, restaurants, or conveniences. The check-in process was seamless, and all the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. This is our second time staying here. We loved it the first time we stayed so we decided to stay again and it did not disappoint. There were notable improvements such as mirrors in all rooms and extra crockery, utensils, etc, in the kitchen. The host clearly takes recommendations on board. WiFi, electricity etc. was constant. Security was tight, and the property was well maintained and clean. This property is indeed a home away from home. The manager of the property Rita was very pleasant and kept us informed of activities in the area and when the cleaner would be arriving, she was also very responsive when we needed her urgently (we were locked out). The cleaner was hardworking and discreet. All in all, a fabulous stay again and an A-star service. They were very flexible with arrival and departure times, which was much appreciated. Thank you, Osas, and thank you, Rita. We look forward to our next stay.

Gbadamosi was an excellent host, all the amenities were provided as advertised. The environment was serene and eccentrically clean. I indeed had an amazing experience and would gladly recommend his property to prospective renters.

Finally got to base to write a review. I was at Okechukwu’s place with my family of five and we were so amazed at how beautiful it was. Great environment, well equipped and clean. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and yet discover Lagos. Definitely a peaceful place to relax from all the hustling and bustling of Lagos. Thank you Okechukwu for being so flexible with us. Will definitely be coming again.

This place was as seen in the pictures. Beyond that, the host was very kind. always checking in to ensure things went well. They also were very responsive to requests for anything. I will highly recommend Ngozi's place to anyone who chooses to get a place around the Ikoyi axis.

My sis & I really enjoyed our stay . I initially stayed in Vivian’s 4 bedroom and her service was top notch so I went ahead to book the 2 bedroom space and yes Vivian still outdid herself with her services. Her staff also was great & helpful . Firstly I love how secured the estate is , very quiet & organized estate and also how the property is on the first floor. Secondly the Estate is located in a very prime location. We were so happy we could just stroll to get all our groceries from the popular Nigeria supermarket just before the estate and get food at the restaurants nearby. The space looks more finer in person and the aesthetics was great. Loved how cute & portable the space was. I’m usually skeptical about Lekki water because of the things I have seen & heard online but both properties I have stayed in, water was extremely clean & pure. Thank you Vivian for making our short stay worth it and always being responsive to us . I’ll definitely recommend Vivian’s listing

Carpe's place was excellent. Very central, in Victoria Island, near alot of beautiful resturants, bars and lounges.. The communication of the host was excellent, he was very helpful and understanding. He wasnt there when we checked into the apartment as we arrived quite early. Notwithstanding he was in constant communication with us over the phone making sure we were well settled in and comfortable. The apartment was highly secure, and comfortable everything and anything you could have wanted in a house was made available. The interior was beautiful and extremely neat. The steward Jerimaiah, was very helpful and polite. Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, we truly felt at home. I would definitely recommened this apparment to anyone who wants to stay around VI and very ideal in accomodating families as it can house 6 persons.

Helpful staff, he was always reachable making sure everything was ok, good recommendations from his staff on how to go around town, even received complimentary drinks from him, even when it wasn’t part of what was listed, AC and fan top notch no mosquitoes at all, kitchen was well equipped; very please with my stay.
