Though beautiful and peaceful, you don't want a child roaming around in the compound ,crying in the morning to wake you up while enjoying your sleep. The staff are very good and ready to assist, but they need to keep the child in check. Edwin is a super assistant and major asset while John is at times mild and not a ready can-do person, but he can do better. The cleaner is not bad but can do better. The child is beautiful but roams around in the compound, either crying or sttemptinv to go into flats when her mother is cleaning. Lastly, the place is worth it and I have already made up my mind that I'll be back.

Firstly, let me say customer service is excellent so any negatives are negated because of this. Although Eubong is not on site his communication through the app is prompt and made sure to rectify any issues raised. Emmanuel is the direct contact on site and he is so helpful. he walked me around the area to show me the amenities and was on call whenever I had any issues. the Go-TV decoder seemed to keep having signaling issues and worked intermittently so I'd suggest bringing your laptop and also have data because sometimes the wi-fi signal disappears. There is a water heater but it wasn't working during my stay. Location is good was less than 20 minutes from both the international and domestic airports. 10 minutes from ikeja city mall which is about 700 naira in uber on a good day. overall, a great place to stay. I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a comfortable stay.

We needed an urgent place to stay given our hotel reservation fell through unexpectedly . The stay at 1219 Homes was pleasant with all amenities as described . 24/7 electricity and WiFi outside of few hours during the night , but the place was clean , quiet , and safe - we really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the help from the House Manager Mr.David . Would 100% recommend !

2 things stands out from this property compared to others that I have used before.......................Security and how well stocked the kitchen is. Alex and Sunday were very helpful and responsive, I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely use again. Thanks

I'm well impressed by the way the area has transformed to a well secured and friendly area. The security in the area was top notch. At first, I was concerned about access and quickly understood the concerns of the residents and the visitors. DeDefinitely, I will be coming back. Not to forget, the host assistant was very helpful. Femi’s was so responsive, helpful and made us feel at home. His place was also clean, close to everywhere and Nicholas; the security man was so helpful in every way he could help. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.
