생각보다 집이 작았고 욕실이 1층에만 있어서 조금 불편했지만, 10명이 지내긴 괜찮았어요. 원래 14명이 묵으려고 했는데 14명이 이용했으면 불편했을거 같아요. 친절한 응답, 그리고 깨끗해서 좋았어요

Exactly like the photos, large space in a great location. Right around the corner from a the train station, which runs every 30 minutes and only takes about 20 minutes to get to Namba. Would stay again!

It was an amazing stay for us! The room was very comfortable, everything was wonderful. The area was great and close to all the places we visited within 30 mins. They have a Korean market and lots of restaurants, cafes and stores within a minute of walking. Subway stations are also close by. The host is very friendly and super supportive. The area was super clean and peaceful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Osaka. I will definitely be back.

当我们回到成都，所有人都在怀念这栋老房子！大家都觉得因为居住在这栋老房子的体验十分特别，更是在我们的探索中发现了不少惊喜！从而给予我们这次旅行大大加分！房东及时回复消息也解决了我们很多问题（其实有一些完全没有必要叨扰房东）。

- Location, ~15 minutes from the train station, ~15-20 from Gion/Pontocho. 7/11 and grocery store right down the street, quiet neighborhood - 3 showers, 2 Bathrooms, the outdoor area/bath area was a nice touch. The master bathroom was very large. Toiletries were provided. - Rooms were large and separated so even though we had multiple beds in each, there was space Washing machine and hot water took a few minutes to figure out but everything worked just fine.

As a group of 6 adults, we stayed in this beautiful, clean home in April 2025. Everyone was impressed with how high end and comfortable everything was. Even better than the pictures! Appliances were high end and there were wonderful small details such as fresh flowers. I recommend making toast in the Balmuda toaster (add a spoonful of water in the receptacle to first steam the bread). The kitchen has everything you could want. Located a 5 minute walk from the KH line with easy access to Nishiki Market, Gion, Fushimi Inari, and Kyoto station. We were sad to leave. Not a cheap accomodation but worth the money and would consider again if travelling with a group!

Beautiful Japanese Ikkodate. Simple but have everything you need. Plenty of restrooms both downstairs and upstairs. The hakoniwa with tea room is amazing! We had great family chilled time there.

The property is located in a residential area, peaceful and quiet. If you fancy a walk, it only takes you 15 min to orange street for shopping. Jing is extremely responsive and flexible with our check-in/out time, which made our trip a lot easier. The shower room is a bit tiny but the outdoor bath compensates. For a family of four, this place is of great value. We definitely recommend this place to group travelers.

Beautiful space! Very spacious, big closets! Loved the shower/bath room. So clean, it looks brand new. Internet was great. Lots of little extras that made us feel welcome. The host was great! She left us water and treats. She was also very responsive. The original address she gave us was slightly incorrect but when we reached out for clarification, she answered quickly. Quiet area, far from the busy-ness of the city. We loved staying here and would highly recommend and stay again.

We were 5 adults and, with four bedrooms, the house was spacious enough for all of us. We really appreciated the two full baths and 3 toilets! The kitchen was well equipped. We did struggle a bit as there was no house manual with instructions on how to use the various gadgets in the house but google translate came to the rescue! The area is a quiet residential one - we did not use public transport as we had a car. We did use Uber a couple of times and it was a 10/ 12 minute ride to Dōtonbori. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

This is a perfect stay for family with kids and elderly! It has a parking lot for 7-seat car which is convenient and there is a park for kids at door. Kids can play and enjoy the sunshine in the park in the morning. The apartment is super new and clean looking much better in real than photos. The location is very convenient with JR Station and big supermarket nearby. We can easily buy breakfast and cook dinner at the apartment. The host is responsive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay and will stay here again when we visit Osaka!

Good location. Quick train ride to downtown. Great for a few days, easy access to transport, and to airport. Host gave good instructions. It was a bit cold upstairs but we used an electric heater that was provided to keep the room warm and moved it downstairs when needed. There was a washing machine but we did not use it. We kept our luggage downstairs instead of moving upstairs as the stairs are steep.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung war perfekt für 6 Personen. Auch der nah gelegene Family Mart sowie die Zugstation sind von grossem Vorteil. Für grössere Einkäufe gibt es ebenfalls nah und gut gelegen einen grösseren Supermarkt. Ein Zimmer war etwas staubig und direkt daneben war eine lärmige Baustelle, dies sollte jedoch in absehbarer Zeit nicht mehr störend sein.
