Sunbird luxury cottage in idyllic garden

A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Cheerful, pet-friendly home - 300m from the beach!

A freshly renovated, family-oriented, and pet-friendly home in a lovely garden overlooking a green belt. The beach is a short, easy walk away. Open-plan and cool, with aircon in the main area and main bedroom, the house has a covered patio connecting to the private garden, and there's a large gas braai. The smart TV connects to all your streaming channels, plus there's free WiFi throughout. The house is freestanding and private, while no steps means easy access. The property is fully alarmed.

Ground Floor newly renovated double story apartment only meters away from the Private beach out front. Tastefully decorated & fitted with new appliances. Modern yet homely, situated in a quiet complex. Walking distance to Salt Rock Main beach & tidal pool and a 2-3km drive to main Shopping Malls. 15 Minutes drive to King Shaka Airport. We are pleased to advise that our unit falls within a loadshedding exempt strip. However, in the event of any powerouts we have Inverter back up to run basics.

Our spacious apartment is a 5 min drive to the popular stretch of Ballito beaches & restaurants and a 4 min drive to the Junction shopping center. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your patio & be visited by our local kingfishers. Unit offers a king size bed that can be separated into 2 singles on request, as well as a shower & separate toilet. "Cozy" hardly describes the eclectic ambience of this stunning apartment positioned right on the beach, the warm homely character of this little gem just shines through, truly the best seats in the house to watch the dolphins and whales frolic in the sea and surf below.
