We arrived at a lovely apartment which was well maintained and comfortable and catered to all our needs. It was easily accessible as well as a nearby parking space available. A lovely touch having a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations to make us feel welcome. Fiona is an excellent host and informative and very helpful. We would most certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for a seaside vacation and also the Thatched Inn nearby for a welcoming pint and a lovely meal.

Lovely accomodation in a lovely area. Spotlessly clean. Several places to eat within a few minutes walk ... The Thatch and The Manor House Inn served great food. Perfect spot to explore the area. Cat was really helpful before we arrived. Would highly recommend and I'm sure we'll visit again if we need to stay in the area.

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

We booked very last minute (on the day) and our hosts were quick to confirm and gave us all the information quickly for checking in. Location couldn’t have been better for surfing at Woolacombe and the outside shower for washing off after and hanging wetsuits was very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you, we will be back!

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with spices and all the utensils and crockery needed. The location is about 15-20 minutes walk away from the city centre and a 35 minute walk from Exeter St David's, and has plenty of local transport links. There is a selection of local restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as a larger shop a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is great overall, however would recommend bringing slippers/sliders, as the living room and kitchen floors are wooden. Highly recommend for anyone visiting as a pair or a group of 3-4!

Lovely place, perfect for a few days away. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Brilliant park right on the doorstep and very dog friendly. Pleasant walk into town takes about 30 mins. Very responsive hosts and loads of communication prior to arrival with clear instructions on how to access keys etc. also answered the phone straight away when I had a query about the key box on leaving the premises. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

It was nicer than the pictures and Carol was really helpful! Thanks for a great stay.

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

This was SUCH a beautifully clean and well presented apartment! The sea view from the main front window is a bonus. Everything was just as described and SPOTLESSLY clean. Sheila has done such a great job of keeping the apartment extremely well maintained and it is the perfect balance of homely but not over cluttered. Response was immediate and we had no issues at all. There is a nice Weatherspoons pub and a lovely Italian restaurant all within seconds from the front door. We were walking the coastal path so it was a joy to come back to a warm cosy flat. There are DVD's to enjoy and a large TV with lots of channels. Internet connection was perfect. No noise from other people in the flats. It is on the top floor so you have no-one to hear above you. Everything was simply 110%. One of the best Air BnB's we have stayed in for comfort and cleanliness.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

Our intention was to spend a memorable family holiday together and Catherine’s place helped us to achieve that. The flat is spacious for 6 and as it is open plan, was perfect for our 1 yr old grandson to navigate safely. We had everything we needed and enjoyed lots of great meals together around the lovely dining table. The weather was variable, but it didn’t stop us having a fantastic time visiting different places in the area. Catherine is a super host and Mortehoe a beautiful Devonshire village.

Lucy offered such a welcoming, clean and well supplied home from home. Minutes walk away from The Quay with all its food outlets and artisan shops it was also incredibly easy to walk into Exeter City Centre. Everything was clean and thoughtful - fresh milk, biscuits luxurious toiletries. We would definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone

We loved Jonny & Carly's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, cosy with a super comfy bed. Very well equipped too. Jonny sent us lots of recommendations for eating out and places to visit. We will definitely visit again. This was our first Airbnb experience and we were very impressed.

I couldn't recommend this place more! Rachel & Dave were very friendly and made us feel welcome right away! The place had everything we needed and more the bread, eggs & flapjacks were a nice bonus and very tasty, the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful and we even got to feed the alpacas before we left which was a highlight too. We will definitely be visiting again!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the barn. The barn was perfect and well equipped for a family of 4. It’s surrounded by beautiful landscape and situated on a lovely farm. We also travelled out to a couple of beaches during our stay which didn’t take too long. I would recommend

The old Egg shed is a great place to stay! The place was easy to find and there was good parking available outside. The hot tub on the patio was fab and the facilities inside the property were great, it had everything we needed. A little Gem in the Cornish countryside!
