In all seriousness, there's no better choice for a villa airbnb in Rio. Our group of 7 stayed at Matt's for 10 days over Carnival, and we couldn't have been happier with the house or with Matt himself. from the moment you walk in, you're going to realize you made the right call. it has lots of perfectly distributed rooms for groups, but you're with a group, I recommend you claim the primary suite on the top floor asap... it has a stunning balcony overlooking the beach, mountains, and sunsets. plus it has a bath where you can stare out across the ocean. The kitchen is functional (could use a little update) but every other room in the house is a delight to live in. And the pool/yard is exactly what you see in the photos... stunning. You won't regret booking this house. We were ready to move into it forever.

This Airbnb was truly the most spectacular place I’ve ever stayed. While many Airbnbs tend to look better online than in person, this one far exceeded my expectations in real life. Every detail was flawless, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The property is incredibly safe, with a security guard present at all times, and the host was exceptionally accommodating—allowing us to drop off our luggage early and even granting a late checkout. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

Me encantó! La casa es exactamente como se describe. Es amplia, tiene mesa de Pool, éramos 15 y cada cama estaba muy bien y el tobogán de la pileta se prende y corre agua por lo que es muy divertido. Tanto el espacio interior como exterior está equipado con mesas y sillas para pasar el rato. Y está a solo 2 cuadras de la playa, el mercado de la rambla, mc y restaurantes o supermercados. Super recomiendo!

A few friends and I stayed here and enjoyed every minute. The host is very helpful and responsive, it's minutes aways from two grocery stores and I felt safe every minute. The house was beautiful and it was an over all enjoyable experience.

Hands down the best Host ever!! Tathy, Alfredo's wife was super sweet & always responsive. It seemed like no matter what time of day it was she was always responding. Definitely the best communication, the house was beautiful! And she even helped me to make sure that I could get a cake delivered for my daughter's birthday. She had everything at the house that was needed from decorations, to cake holder, and tape. I really appreciated her hospitality and excellent communication. Really wish they had other airbnb's, I would book it in a heartbeat! Also, her cleaning lady was super sweet as well. Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful home and hostess, high ceilings and unique space made for a beautiful stay

Durante o carnaval, minha família e eu tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa em uma casa acolhedora e bem equipada, perfeita para quem viaja com crianças pequenas. A casa oferecia tudo o que precisávamos: berço, banheira e um parquinho que encantaram nossa bebê, além de uma piscina que proporcionou diversão para nossa filha mais velha. A proximidade com shoppings, com programação infantil especial, foi um diferencial fantástico. Os anfitriões foram extremamente gentis e prestativos, o que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo fortemente para quem busca descanso e conforto em família.

A comunicação com o Daniel foi ótima, sempre disponível para sanar as duvidas. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, confortável e a área externa é um diferencial para aproveitar ao máximo da estadia. O condomínio possui uma ótima infraestrutura e segurança. Com certeza voltaremos!

L'appartement de David est très agréable, propre et parfaitement équipé, on y est comme à la maison. Le quartier est animé, on se sent en sécurité et tous les commerces essentiels sont autour. La plage de Copacabana est à quelques minutes seulement à pied, même si nous avons préféré aller en Uber à Ipanema, juste à côté. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez David qui, en plus, répond rapidement aux messages sur Airbnb. Top ! Une chose à noter cependant, l'espace piscine de la résidence n'est pas agréable : la "piscine" est minuscule, située dans une cour intérieure à l'ombre, ce qui ne donne pas envie d'en profiter. Pour bronzer et nager, mieux vaut aller à la plage. A part ce détail, la résidence est très sympa, sûre, avec des gardiens toujours serviables à l'accueil.
