It was a pleasure to spend 10 days at Giannis’ Home, which is ideally located for discovering Athens. The view is amazing—truly one of the best in the city—and the place feels like a countryside retreat within Athens. After a full day exploring the bustling city, it’s a real joy to return home to such a serene and peaceful setting.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

the house and the patio are very cozy. it is easy to get everywhere with the metro. the landlady is friendly and open so you feel at home right away. a day athens is quite little but what a beautiful city.

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Το κατάλυμα ηταν φανταστικο. Ο χωρος πολυ καθαρος , διαμόρφωση μεσα στο σπιτι εξαιρετικο , πολυ ωραια δομημένο , το περιβαλλον ησυχο και με την αυλη εξω απο το διαμερισμα πολυ ωραιο για τα βραδυα να καθισεις ετσι και εκει εξω. Οι οικοδεσποτες πολυ ευγενικοι. Ολα εξαιρετικα το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Amazing place!!! We stayed for one night and we loved our stay. Christina and her mom provided everything we needed. The house is overly cozy, felt like home. It’s very unfortunate that we couldn’t stay longer. The reason to come back to Athens next time.

This apartment for us was outstanding. Next to the Kerameikos metro and within walking distance of all we wanted to do. I would live there!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

If you want to experience a different side of the glorious city then this is the place to stay. Julia was a wonderful host and we felt very much looked after and loved. We highly recommend this property for your Athens stay

To było jedno z najpiękniejszych mieszkań jakie widziałam! Bliskość stacji metra zarówno lini zielonej jak i czerwonej bardzo ułatwiało komunikację po mieście. Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Serdecznie polecam każdemu to miejsce na pobyt!

The apartment is very charming, with a unique bedroom and kitchen area. The rooftop area is relaxing and has a great view! Smaragda was very kind and met us at the unit to show us around upon arrival. If you want Athens without the craziness of the city center and walkability to the beach, this place is it!

Wow is all I can say. Me and 3 friends stayed at the heART house and absolutely loved it. You can find something new and interesting to look at everyday. A beautiful home and Angie was a beautiful host, always messaging me to check up on us and giving us great recommendations for food and markets near by. It is perfectly located being far enough from the city in a relaxing part of town, but only a €6-7 taxi ride to downtown Athens. 10/10 would stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Konstantina’s place! The house is located in a safe, quiet area, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property was spotlessly clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. Konstantina was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent hospitality!

Staying at Maria’s place was wonderful. Private, warm and efficient to the tee. Loved the extras like the pot lighting, the study desk , the warm candlelight. Enjoyed every minute! Thanks Maria.

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful, cozy apartment, decorated with good taste. The 3 terraces have each their own vibe. The views are amazing. The neighbourhood is just stunning. Location wise close to the Acropolis and Plaka. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to be if you’re staying in Athens! Not far from the Acropolis, walking distance of Plaka, short walk to Areopagus hill which was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. Would recommend to a friend!

Την κυρία Χαρά δεν τη γνωρίσαμε από κοντά αλλά γνωρίσαμε τους γονείς της οι οποίοι μένουν απέναντι . Δύο γλυκύτατη ηλικιωμένη ανθρωποι όπου μας καλωσορίσανε..τους ευχόμαστε τα καλύτερα εάν ξανα χρειαστούμε δωμάτιο σίγουρα θα δούμε αν είναι διαθέσιμο... ευχαριστούμε !
