Illa de Buda : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Nuestra estancia en Villamoles fue fantástica. La casa estaba tal y como se describía en la información proporcionada: cómoda, espaciosa y muy bien equipada. Cada rincón del alojamiento estaba pensado para el confort, y las bombas de aire en casi todas las zonas aseguraban que estuviéramos siempre a gusto, sin importar la temperatura exterior. Manuela, la anfitriona, fue increíblemente atenta durante toda nuestra estancia, asegurándose de que no nos faltara de nada y dándonos toda la información que necesitábamos para disfrutar al máximo de la zona. La ubicación es otro de los puntos fuertes: en una zona tranquila y muy relajante, perfecta para desconectar. Aunque no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina en marzo, pudimos ver que estaba muy bien cuidada y en perfectas condiciones para el buen tiempo. La playa está a solo 10 minutos a pie, y el centro de la Pineda queda a 15 minutos, por lo que no nos faltaron opciones de ocio ni servicios cercanos. Sin duda, nos encantaría volver y repetir

El alojamiento genial, muy bonito, la cocina está completamente equipada, el jacuzzi es mucho más grande de lo que aparece en las fotos, la terraza es increíble y la casa en general es preciosa y en perfectas condiciones. Silvia ha sido una anfitriona muy atenta, nos explicó cómo funcionaba todo y siempre ha estado disponible para cualquier consulta, además de darnos recomendaciones de lugares a los que podíamos ir para conocer. La recomiendo 100%, repetiremos seguro!!

Hemos estado toda la familia una semana en esta fantastica casa. Todo estaba muy cuidado y Alfred siempre dispuesto y muy atento a los detalles. 100% recomendable. Nos ha encantado a todos.

Étant un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans cette maison. Eduard est un hôte extrêmement accueillant qui est tout le temps disponible si il y a besoin d’informations, et est très amical ! Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée et le jacuzzi représente un véritable plus à cette location. De plus, la présence de la plage a 1 minute à pied est parfaite pour des vacances au soleil ! Le parc PortAventura est aussi seulement à environ 10 minutes en voiture. Je recommande donc fortement ce logement pour passer des vacances relaxantes et tranquilles au bord de la plage !

Le séjour a tout simplement été parfait. Alexandra & Josep nous ont accueilli en nous faisant goûter leurs produits. Ils sont adorables et ont toujours répondu très très rapidement. Le logement est conforme aux photos, et à nos attentes (le bain jacuzzi est toujours un plus) Le logement était bien chaud à notre arrivée. Petit village mais charmant et habitants très gentils. Bonne surprise en tant qu'electromobiliste, la présence dans le village d'une prise de recharge à un tarif très raisonnable. Encire merci à vous 2 et à bientôt !

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans le logement de Juan. Il est situé à 2min à pied d'une petite plage familiale et autres criques accessibles à pied où nous avons pu nous adonner au snorkeling en famille. Nous avons également pu profité de l'agréable piscine de la maison entre deux baignades en mer. Calafat est une ville tranquille de la Costa Dorada essentiellement faite de maisons mais avec une petite épicerie et un restaurant tout de même, loin de l'agitation de la Costa Brava et ses grands immeubles, ce qui convenait totalement à ce que nous voulions. Nous avons tout de même passé une journée à visiter Barcelone (à 1h30) et bien sûr une journée à Port Aventura (30min). Les enfants étaient ravis. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire, y compris des ventilateurs dans les chambres au plafond, ce qui était bien appréciable la nuit.Juan était réactif et amical lors de nos communications et Ana, qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, très sympathique. Merci.

Two friends, a dog, and I spent the weekend at Yvette’s place and we hope to come back soon. Big, comfortable, modern house in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The property has one neighbor (with a friendly dog) but we felt totally isolated and only saw others when walking to town (nice 10 minute stroll to here or 20 minutes to the river). Easy communication throughout the weekend with local recommendations and clear and helpful instructions from Yvette. Great for a countryside getaway to disconnect and relax. Highly recommend!

Hallo zusammen ich kann die Wohnung von Alfred nur empfehlen, Alfred und seine Frau sind Herzensgute leute und haben uns am ersten Tag liebevoll in Empfang genommen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber in Empfang genommen und alles entsprach wie Alfred es angegeben hat im Inserat. Die Wohnung liegt in der Zentralen Lage Ampostas und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Den Strand erreicht man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15-20 min. Wir haben das Angebot von Alfred einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz zu haben für unser Auto angenommen da die Parkmöglichkeiten in Amposta schwinden gering sind. Diesen haben wir mit einen fairen Festpreis für drei Wochen bezahlt. In großen und ganzen gibt es nichts auszusetzen. es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. normalerweise liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage , es sei denn es sind Fiestas in Ampostas man sollte sich vorab informieren wann fiestas sind da die Stadt zur einer großen Party wird und Schlaf Mangelware wird.

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Limpieza buena, la piscina limpia, espacios ajardinados muy bien cuidados. Sin ruidos, y nuestras mascotas, q íbamos con tres, disfrutaron del espacio.

notre hôte a sur toute la ligne été très à l'écoute nous à même communiqué le programme des festivités locales. la maison est vraiment très agréable belle terrasse abritée avec barbecue et sa piscine bien apprécié au coeur du magnifique Delta de l'Èbre. je recommande

Gloría un 10 en el servicio y atención. El domicilio funcional y bastante bien equipado en menaje. Un aspecto a mejorar para la propiedad sería la delimitación del jardín que estaba incompleta y el método utilizado no proporciona excesiva intimidad, creo que otras opciones como las viviendas colindantes eran más adecuadas y por otro lado algunos aparatos electrónicos eran algo ruidosos o viejos. Pese a ello la estancia fue genial y nos sentimos cómodos y atendidos en todo momento. Teniendo en cuenta que todo siempre es mejorable nota global un 8/10, repetiríamos.

Todo genial, simplemente comentar que faltaba la bolsa de papelera en el baño y al no poder tirar el papel en el inodoro teniamos que tirar los papeles en la basura de comida, creando a veces olores fuertes. Todo lo demas nos ha encantado el lugar, la tranquilidad, todo.

Pro’s: Great value for money. Swimming pool. Very spacious both inside and outside. Airco in all rooms. Three bathrooms, somewhat outdated. Nice veranda to have breakfast in. BBQ. Near mountains, view on mountains and sea. Minor Con’s: mosquito’s at sunset. Don’t leave doors open and use mosquito screens. A few things in the kitchen were not clean. Kitchen lacked salt, pepper, basic spices. Oven could be replaced.

100% recommended. We loved our stay in this house. Everything that you may need is there… definitely we will come back. Thanks guys

Ein tolles Haus!! Alles super sauber, hoher Komfort, tolle Lage und sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Als einzig "negativer Punkt" der Preis. Alles in allem würde ich aber sagen Preis- Leistung total o.k. und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a great stay here at the end of May/start of June. Apartment is great, exactly as described, absolutely gorgeous balcony which is one of the highlights. We came with a 8 and 2 year old who were very comfortable there. There is a decent spar less then 5 min walk away and the beach less then 10. The pool is quite deep if you have younger kids, my 8 year old is tall and could only use about a third of the pool. It was also very cold but to be expected at this time of year - it was already improving by the time we left. Pedro was an excellent host - we left our key inside the door by accident locking ourselves out which was stressful with young kids but Pedro was there within the hour and solved it for us!! Only negative I can give is that there’s mention of it being 15 mins walk up to Cambrils, but for us with kids and a buggy it was easily 30/40 to the port. (Restaurants are closer) Overall an excellent holiday and highly recommend.

It is rare to find places that are much better than the photos, but this place really is! The front room is huge, the pool is bigger than expected. Bedrooms are great (every room with air conditioning). Pool table in basement - tho we didn’t use it as so much else to do. Supermarkets a very short drive, or can walk. Beach is lovely - and between busier beaches - that are also easily accessible. We walked to the beaches and some days decided to drive to the free car parks. Great restaurants in nearby Cambrils. Loads to do in the area. The house is fantastic and Dmit was a great host, being super communicative before, and towards the end. He could not have been more helpful. Everything you need here for a family holiday. Can sleep 8, and so much space of eating, chilling out, and lots of space for groceries. Would love to come back again. A rare find to get a holiday home that is better than the advertisement and cost.

What an amazing find! The peace there was incredible! The house is really taken care of, with a lot of attention to details, lovely rustic style, a swimming pool with amazing views, such a cosy setting! And the star-gazing at night was incredible! If you need a quiet getaway in nature and peace, this is definitely your spot! The hosts were extremely lovely and accomodating, welcomes us despite a very late check-in due to flight times and delays, and a were very quick to respond to my last-minute booking! Can't wait to be back! x
