Great spot to go with friends and family. They have a water park, arcade, mini golf, and an ice cream place. We had a fun time at this resort and would definitely do it again!

We selected PJ's property based on convenience to the various locations involved in my daughter's wedding and her desire to be based in a home rather than a hotel for wedding day preparation, but PJ's home was more than that. The mid-century home was beautiful and inviting, calming the nerves of a stressful bride and parents. The accommodations were comfortable and the family members who visited while we were staying for the weeding felt at home and were impressed by the property. This airbnb listing is highly recommended!

Julie is awesome! Was quick to respond with a solution to a problem and all in all just very helpful. I travel a lot for work and it’s the little things that make a huge difference, after being on the road all day it’s nice to have a quick response. If I come back down this way for work again I’ll be staying again!

We had such a good time. It was the perfect spot for a fall getaway. It was beautiful and so comfortable. Great way to camp! We’re already talking about when we’ll be back.

The McCully Heritage stay was absolutely perfect for us. The site was so private and serene. Us and our two shepherd mutts had such a fun time exploring. We saw a big old buck deer, a skink, and wildflowers. The cabin was very comfortable and clean, everything we needed. Tons of hot water, a really comfy bed, and great movie DVD selection.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was full of rustic charm, with all the modern conveniences!

Our short stay at Bill & Jen’s place was like coming home after a long day of traveling. The 2 bedrooms living room and large kitchen was larger than expected. The bed was very comfortable. Too bad we only stayed one night. The neighborhood was quiet, which is a plus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore Springfield, IL. Most of the sights were so very close!

Beautiful views, great layout, and extremely dog friendly with nice touches make this place stand out! Very close to all the state parks in the area, but there’s plenty to do on site as well. Check in was seamless, we had clear instructions throughout, and the place was perfect!

The Harbor Inn is a wonderful community with fresh accommodations and responsive services. We all enjoyed it greatly and we would gladly return.

We come from Chicago a couple times a year to hike at Starved Rock, Matthiesen, etc, so we thought we would try staying for a full weekend. This place was the perfect fit. It was pet friendly, so our dog could come along, and it had great amenities at the resort. The staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
