All of John's properties are unique, and all are great! We always love our visits to Arcadia! We've been coming here for years, and plan to keep coming back.

This was an amazing Airbnb experience. We were only a 6 minute drive from Starved Rock State Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter hike and ate at the Starved Rock Lodge for NYE dinner. It was incredible!!! We also grabbed a beer in town in Utica, which was so cute. The Airbnb was clean, had everything we needed to cook, and the fireplaces were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Rin's place was perfect for our campus tour trip. It was close to the campus without being too crazy. The place offers a nice and quiet place to relax in the evening. The huge washer and dryer in the house was great for us as well. My only minor suggestion to make the place even better was to have the streaming services/channels available to the guests. Or maybe we misunderstood it. Overall it was a 5-star experience.

I really enjoyed my stay was pleasant . Cats are super friendly. Very cozy and was able to rest during the day since i work midnights. Easy instructions to find my way in .

The townhouse was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend providing some instruction on the smart TV - with 3 remotes it was a bit confusing. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and pots and pans etc. Be sure to bring oil, (cooking spray) butter, spices etc if you plan on actually preparing a meal. Very easy check in. Nice setting, extremely quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this location.

Good Host no Problems

This was a nice, quiet place, in a nice neighborhood. Very peaceful. Stayed for a month and a half and felt at home for the entire duration. Ellie was amazing as well, very responsive to all my questions and queries before and during the stay.

This place was awesome. Ashley was responsive to a few requests I had and my stay was fantastic. The location is amazing and the place is functional and very comfortable. I hope to stay here again when I’m in Peoria visiting my son.

Great location - very quiet, but close to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my stay and had a great night’s sleep. Friendly host!
