They were very responsive and helpful. The apartment is large and comfortable and just a few minutes walk to the blue line. They could use a fresh coat of paint but we highly recommend staying here and will again if we get a chance.

Dan and Kellie were great hosts. Quick to communicate and we’re happy to show us around the farm. The house was great, fit our group of five comfortably. The hot tub was a perk and the fire pit was cozy. We walked around the trails a few days on their property and took a trip to see the near by waterfall. Highly recommend!

although due to weather, I wasn't able to make it Any was still super sweet, thoughtful, very prompt on all communication. She had suggested nearby sightings and was cautious on weather we had had. Hopeful to reschedule in the future. ❤️

Very nice place to host our large family Christmas gathering. Plenty of room for everybody. The game room was very much appreciated and well used.

From the moment you arrive, you become aware of how fortunate you are to have found this eclectic oasis. When you leave, you find yourself wanting to immediately plan your next stay! Stephen was a welcoming host and the cabin was exactly as described. The location is secluded and quiet, but you’re also close to groceries, restaurants and fun antique stores. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals, and the fireplace is cozy and perfect for relaxing. Even with snow on the ground we enjoyed strolling around the property down to the lake. A wonderful stay, we’d love to visit again.

Our three-night stay here was perfect. The condo was very spacious and modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had every amenity and the master bath shower was amazing. The garage space was a huge bonus. Perfect location for us, with the garage facing the well-lit alley behind our daughter's apartment. Very close walk to the Blue Line and restaurants. Safe area. We plan to stay here every time we visit, if it's available! Thanks to Bryan and Barb for being such gracious hosts.

This listing was all that the hosts described it to be. Lots of natural light, comfortable Chicago living, and close to transport for quick access to downtown. The hosts were responsive and answered a few messages I had promptly throughout my stay. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the Chicago area and wanting to distance themselves from the middle of downtown, as well as those looking to be close to downtown but wanting to avoid the prices that come with rentals closer to the city (my situation).

Stayed here with my husband and 2 dogs while we visited family in Peoria. Looked exactly like description. Lofted bedroom made the living space feel large and was plenty roomy. Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and centrally located. Would stay again!

Ms. Jamie was a great host who took us in and kicked out the Red carpet for us. My wife and I celebrated 8 years of marriage and Ms. Jamie was very welcoming and everything was in ars reach she has a great location and all the information you need for the area. This was our 1st air bnb stay and we loved it

This home in Chicago was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a girl's weekend in Chicago. Plenty of space for sleeping, large bathrooms with plenty of mirrors to get ready. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The location was great too. was able to walk to bars and restaurants or take short Uber anywhere we needed to go. Having off street parking made it even better for out of towners who drove to the destination. I would definitely book again when traveling with a large group.

We had a great stay! Quiet street, very easy check in and out, clean, and lots of space. Great for a family or small group of friends.

We only ended up staying one night as the weather was not cooperating with our plans. The place was cote and clean and close to the parks we were hoping to visit. Elaine gave lots of local recommendations. Hopefully we will be back sometime.

My family and I stay at Toni's place when we return to Streator because it has everything we need and the location is perfect for us.

Great Weekend. Really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Went on a few nice walks in the countryside. Cozy evenings watching movies by the fire, visiting Galena and Apple Canyon was fun. The place is really nice for 2. The upstairs bedroom was quiet at night and the sun beaming in in the morning was a nice way to start the day. Downstairs, the living space is cozy and warm. In the front bedroom we could hear the people in the unit downstairs, and I'm sure they could probably hear us, so we kept that door closed which seemed to help.

Beautiful and eclectic home. It was perfect for our group of girls visiting from all over the U.S to attend our HS Reunion. Plenty of lovely spaces to gather or a private, quiet nook to read or rest. The pool was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was large enough and well stocked to prepare meals. Andy was very responsive with any issues or questions. Highly recommend!

This place is so cozy! Really great for Christmas & New Year time. We even did not need to bring Christmas tree - it was there, fully decorated, which gave us feeling like we were at home. Very peaceful location, but close to Galena downtown and ski resort.
