We loved this place! Great furnishings befitting of Elyu. Strategic location near the beaches yet away from all the noise at night. Just a tricycle ride away from El Union and all others. Walking distance to the tricycle terminal. And we loved how accommodating ate Rizza was. 10/10 host. Loved Elyu!

We enjoyed our stay at Krizia's place. It matched the description and pictures and had all the listed amenities. As I was working at the place, the internet was important to me. The WiFi was very reliable and could easily handle video calls. The place is quietly located and very peaceful. Krizia was a good host and very responsive in her communication.

We had an amazing stay at EJ’s Homestay! The place was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. It’s just a short walk to the stunning Saud Beach, where we enjoyed its crystal-clear waters and soft, powdery sand. Rhea was an incredibly welcoming host, making sure we had everything we needed. Paying extra for an early check-in was no issue, which made our arrival more convenient. We also appreciated having nearby sari-sari stores for quick essentials. However, there is no nearby market to buy meat, vegetables, and other ingredients for cooking, so it’s best to bring supplies in advance. WiFi isn’t strong and not ideal for remote work. There were occasional power interruptions in the morning, but it wasn’t a big deal since we spent that time at the beach. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend EJ’s Homestay to anyone visiting Pagudpud. We’d love to come back! Thank you for hosting us! 😊

Me and my family had a wonderful stay here in their villa house. From inquiry to check in to the actual stay and until check out, everything went so smooth. Abegail and Davide were such responsive hosts. They have a local Ilocano caretaker that actually took care of us during our stay. Will definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Eleanor is a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly. Kuya Jeff was also really nice and helpful during our stay. The location is good, just a short distance from San Juan Beach by car, and there’s plenty of room for parking. The full kitchen was a big plus—we were able to cook our own meals without any issues. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely book again!

It was very hot when we arrived at Elyu but the hose already turned on all the aircon at the property just like in hotels. 👏🏼 Place is clean and no weird smell. Has towels. Water pressure in all bathrooms are good as well. They also have hot water unit. Netflix on TV is available too. Location is so close to everything. We just walked during the night to get around San Juan. Will surely go back! :)

Dexter was so accommodating , place is accessible and peaceful. We will surely comeback and recommend the place to our relatives and friends.

Going to a tourist hub will always have a mixed basket of places that are either unreasonably expensive or not quite what it looks like in the pics. Jan’s place is far from that. Reasonably priced that looked like the pics. Going into it with the mindset of what to expect from a tourist city and you’ll be content with what we walked into. The parking is a big plus as it is within the property. The BIGGEST plus though, and thats why I pilled the trigger on this place is the expectation of decent water pressure. And it did have it! Water reliability was good! However at the time of visit, the bidet was out of order which was a bummer but we had to manage. AC was good, sheets towels and even the soap provided was enough for the overnight stay. Ref worked well, and Auntie Juvy was there to welcome and greet us farewell. Pretty straightforward check-in/out process. Nice location, and not too far from the nearest TODA terminal. Overall, a really nice place if you’re a group of 4-5.
