Ramona is very welcoming and warm. House is nice and homey. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Vigan Town. Lovely free breakfast daily within your stay. Crystal and Ed were also very helpful and approachable. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place.

We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.

Ms. Judith was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Always there to assist you. The place is absolutely amazing with a beachfront location which is very convenient. The AC is very cold feels like you're in Alaska. Very comforting to beat the heat! All linens was very clean and smells good as well. Will definitely book here again with friends.

We enjoyed our stay at the Balay by the Sea. I was quiet, private, adequate basic amenities. It was as advertised. The on-site property attendants, Ogie and Beny were very courteous and very attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home and well cared for. The bathrooms and kitchen could use a little bit more cleaning to make them spotless and odor-free. The beach is good but it was too windy during our stay so the water became a bit murky and the waves a bit frightening for an average swimmer. It would have been nice if there was a spa or jacuzzi stub in the property for such an occasion. Ceiling fans in the dining and patio areas would have been nice as well. The general location of the property is very convenient as a base camp for touring Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur tourist destinations. The final few hundred meters leading to the property is very narrow and lined with shabby houses. It could be rather disconcerting for first-time visitors the Philippines.

The place was easy to find with Google Maps, and Kit provided all the details we needed. Though I couldn’t reach Manang Veron on her old number, she was there to warmly welcome us when we arrived. The room initially had a musty smell, but it faded quickly. Some appliances were a bit rusty from the salty air, but everything worked well. The room was smaller than expected due to renovations, but Kit kindly offered another, which we didn’t need. The WiFi was down because of recent typhoons, but we got access to another cottage’s WiFi. The beachfront location was perfect—I loved hearing the waves as I slept, and my son and dog enjoyed swimming in the sea. The cottage was spacious, great for 6, and we enjoyed the swing, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area. The place is also very pet-friendly, making it feel like a true home away from home!

The place is beautiful and has easy access to the beach and sea. It is clean and has lots of spaces and rooms for guests. Has a grill and kitchen perfect for ihaw and home cooking for your friends and fam. Tita Eleanor is kind, super responsive, and generous. Celebrated my birthday and loved the place my friends did too! Has nearby sari sari store and is around 15-20 mins away from the nearest public market.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The view is absolutely stunning – a perfect backdrop to our relaxing getaway. The homey atmosphere made us feel right at ease, and we loved how comfortable and cozy everything was. Breakfast was also delicious – a perfect start to each day. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
