I’m not exaggerating when I say that this is, without a doubt, the best place I’ve ever stayed in Egypt. Nestled in a prime location, it offers easy access to everything you might need. The space itself is remarkably spacious and thoughtfully designed, with hotel-style rooms that exude elegance and meticulous architectural attention to detail. Everything here is spotless, and the apartment is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, and impeccably clean, comfortable furnishings. The complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable, and the overall security of the place gave me complete peace of mind. As for Walid, he is an exceptionally gracious and hospitable host. Upon my arrival, he thoughtfully sent me valuable recommendations on where to stroll and shop in the neighborhood, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Peaceful and quiet place, comfortable studio i highly recommend !! , the host was very responsive and friendly , everything went well .

The quietest, most comfortable place we stayed in all of Egypt! Great beds and couches. No street noise or roosters crowing thru the night. Endless Hot Water and Wifi. Just a couple minutes walk to a grocery, pharmacy and ATM. Highly suggest this location for visiting GEM, Pyramids, and even the Mall of Egypt is nearby with fun things to do on a down day

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

Highly recommendable!! The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of the city, the surroundings are beautiful and its extremely safe. The location is very good, a few minutes away from the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also, you have a lot of amenities around including a mini-market in the compound. Our host Khalid was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, specially if you are a big group. The terrace is breath taking so, if you are looking for a place where to have some time off you have just found it!

We stayed at Ahmed’s place for almost three weeks and we definitely felt at home! The flat has everything you need and is very well located to explore Cairo. Zamalek is a nice area for a stay in the capitale city, do not hesitate to ask Ahmed for recommendations, he is very responsive and he gave us many tips (thanks again!). We do recommend this place!

Abdallah hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, tolle Tipps gegeben und uns bei der Anreise und Weiterreise geholfen. Das Apartment ist gross, hat einen tollen Balkon mit Blick auf den Nil. Diverse Restaurants in der Nähe (in Zamalek), Ausgehviertel. Würde das Apartment wieder buchen.

- Responsive host - Great location close to downtown so everything is short distance from the apartment - Uber taxis arrive super fast with very minimal wait time - Security is very helpful with bags - Bedrooms are fantastic - Kitchen has all the equipment and cutlery. No toaster or dishwasher (in line with listing). Kitchen is old. - 1 full bathroom and 1 with toilet and sink (so 1 shower between 3 bedrooms). Please note this is accurately described in the listing but I missed the detail.

The room is beautiful and cozy, with convenient nearby amenities. Unfortunately, my stay was short and I couldn't fully experience everything. I would love to come back again.

Great apartment in a centralized location in Egypt. Onsi is a wonderful host. Apartment is very clean and has everything you would need. Well heated and very spacious. It has incredible views and is very close to great food options that open late. It’s in the same building as a brand new coffee shop. It’s in a great/safe part of town and is very secure. Definitely will be back.

اولا حصل علينا ظرف وفاه في القاهره يوم مغادرتنا للشقه وصدام كان متعاون جدا في وقت الخروج وذوق جدا وقدم خدمات كأخ في بلد غربه ثانيا تركت مفاتيح الشقه علي الطاوله وقفلت الباب وقت المغادره وعند ابلاغ صدام كانت ردت الفعل ذوق جدا عادي حصل خير بس انا ما عندي مفتاح ثاني للشقه …ليتك بلغتني قبل تخلي المفتاح جوا ..بس لا تشغلي بالك موضوع بسيط راح نغير كيلون الباب انتو اهم شي انتبهو علي نفسكم واذا احتجتو اي شي كلموني طبعا هاذي ثاني مره اسكن في الشقه المره اللي فاتت سكنت في الشقه اللي قدامها 3 غرف نوم في الواقع شقه تستاهل كل ريال يندفع فيها

المره الاولى اللي انزل فيها مصر عن طريق air bnb بالعادة فنادق .. الشقه فاقت التوقعات من نظافه من راحه نفسيه فيها وكل شيء تحتاجه ونفس الوصف تحس انك في بيتك والخدمات من الاستاذ معتز كل شوي يرسل ويسأل يعني يخليك تنحرج من اخلاقه الله يسعده .. بيكون تعاملي دائم مع الاستاذ معتز ان شاءالله شكراً لك على حسن الضيافه ويعطيك العافيه وربي يوفقك .

Super accueil. Maged a été tres prévenant. Ils nous a offert plusieurs repas. Il a toujours été là pour nous. C’est une personne vraiment adorable. L appartement est tres bien équipé et propre. Il est situé dans le vieux caire. On recommande tres fortement ce logement. Merci beaucoup Maged

An unreal experience with a very responsive host. Wanted a 5star accommodation and that’s what I received. Would highly recommend and thank the host for the great 10 days spent.

Mo is a wonderful person. Through him, you can feel his passion for life and his genuine effort to make me happy. On the day I arrived at the airport, he overcame all difficulties to pick me up, arranged breakfast for me, and took me to visit the castle. After we returned to the house, I discovered that $269 I had left in my suitcase in the room was missing. Mo fully cooperated with me in reporting the incident to the police and continuously comforted me. I don’t know if the money will be recovered, but this doesn’t affect my trust in Mo. I still believe he is a great person. It’s just that Egypt has so many people living in poverty, which makes me sad. Such things wouldn’t happen in my country. This trip has left me with mixed emotions.

I spent 29 days at this great place, just renovated. Very clean, the furniture quality is good, everything there as described and better. The owner (Amenah) is so helpful, cooperative, and friendly. During our stay, she didn’t hesitate to help in anything and followed with us to the end. For sure will not be the last time for us to deal with her and wish her all the best.
