Franca E Mario's place was perfect base for exploring Bologna and also doing day trips via train to other cities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I was met by Mario who was very friendly and showed me where everything was and was close by if there had been any problems. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.

La casa di Rita si trova nel cuore di Modena. L'appartamento è stato facilissimo da trovare e il check in è stato semplice grazie alle istruzioni fornite dall'host. Rita è stata sempre molto rapida nelle risposte, cordiale e accogliente. La casa è molto grande e ben strutturata, nonostante i rumori sulla strada, la camera da letto era estremamente silenziosa grazie alle finestre ben isolate. Se dovessi tornare a Modena prenoterei nuovamente la casa di Rita!! Grazie mille

I stayed at Giulia’s flat for a week and had a wonderful experience. Her mom greeted me at check-in even though we didn’t speak the same language, she was so warm and welcoming that communication was no problem at all. The flat itself felt like home. Very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, including the train station, which made it super easy to visit nearby cities. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Ottima esperienza: l’appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto. Posizione perfetta per poi spostarsi a piedi e per parcheggiare agevolmente e senza costi. Ambiente luminoso, pulito, ampio e arredato con semplicità e gusto. Zona tranquilla e vicinissima a mare e servizi. Efficace e puntuale la comunicazione con l’host.

Ottimo appartamento, vicino al mare, non vicinissimo alla stazione, 15-20 minuti a piedi. Posto auto privato ottimo per la zona

A very functional and lovely apartment in the historic centre. There’s an elevator and you only have five easy steps to the door. It’s the best address in a bustling area with shops and bars. It’s close to the two towers and Piazza Maggiore. Actually close to everywhere and even reachable by taxi. We loved the apartment! You enter into the living room, the bedrooms with own bathrooms are on both sides, which makes it very practical and convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable, bed linen and towels were good quality. The bathrooms were spacious and there are good lights everywhere in the apartment but also natural light from windows. The walk in closet linked to the other bedroom was a plus, as well as the many hooks to hang your clothes and other items. We stayed for one week and would have enjoyed an even longer stay there. We can recommend the Green House, it’s worth the price. Gabriele was a great host, thank you!

Nice apartment in a very good position. Close to the beach, on the street full of trees and shops, but in a calm area. Great benefit is a big terrace with you private space. Francesco is a great and welcome host. He provided us with a tips for walks, restautants, shops... He introduced us the rules, everything great prepared a sent details by phone. We had about 3 extra requests to solve and he was always kind and ready to fulfill our wish.

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Appartamento nuovissimo, con tutto il necessario. Stanze fresche anche senza usare l'aria condizionata. Pulitissimo. Smart TV e connessione eccezionali. A pochi passi dalle spiagge. Stefania ed il suo staff disponibilissimi sia per il check-in che per consigli. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Elena’s place is nicely located in a very green residential neighborhood just on the outside of Bologna’s historic center. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Her apartment is warm and inviting, furnished with antiques and art and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, linens were fresh. Elena’s communication was excellent and her English outstanding. We felt really welcome.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Appartamento con un piccolo giardino situato in un quartiete elegante e tranquillo, con un bellissimo parco di fronte. Non lontano dal centro e dal mare. Diviso molto bene tra zona giorno camere e bagni. Dotato di ogni confort. Abbiamo fatto una vacanza piacevole e contiamo si ritornarci

It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een klein appartement, waar perfect gebruik gemaakt is van de ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Voor ons zeker een adres om terug te komen!

Andrea nous a super bien accueilli et a été de très bon conseils pour nos visites dans les alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) Le logement était spacieux, parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. Le parking gratuit et privé, ainsi que le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver ce logement. Ps : pour ceux qui voudraient se rendre au grand prix de Moto GP (comme ça a été notre cas), sachez que le circuit est accessible très facilement, environ 10 min de voiture.

Posizione comodissima per la Fiera, raggiungibile a piedi in 9 minuti, con parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze e un comodo bar sotto casa. Unico neo il divano-letto che è risultato molto scomodo (si sentivano le barre della struttura sotto il materasso). Letto e divano-letto sono nella stessa stanza.

Квартира красивая, интересно оформлена, большая, светлая, чистая, на втором этаже, вход отдельный. Можно арендовать для большой семьи или нескольким семьям, есть дополнительные комнаты. Приятный запах помещения. Всё продумано. Удобная большая двуспальная кровать, постельное белье, тумбочки с ночниками, телевизор, шкаф. Кухня огромная. Вся необходимая посуда. Санузел большой, чистый. Полотенца, средства гигиены. Душ с ванной. Парковка удобная рядом с домом. Несколько минут до пекарни, где готовят прямо при вас невероятно вкусный хлеб и пиццу, продукты свежие. Люди отзывчивые. Очень приятная атмосфера! Очень свежий воздух!

We picked this place to spend our Christmas and new year weeks with my 3 teenagers. Aleasandra and Tom made us feel like home. The place is beautiful, super comfortable (5 of us and had enough space to be very comfortable) and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The photos don’t make justice to the place, you feel in the middle of a movie or fairy tale. Alessandra and Tom were always always responsive, anticipating our needs and making the stay unforgettable. I would definitely return, and recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate and book this place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms and the kitchen fully equipped with brand new appliances and more than enough to cook a grand feast! One of a kind and a jewel no doubt!
