Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .

Oreste host molto ospitale e gentile, l'appartamento è molto comodo e pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo vivamente. Siamo stati ospiti di Oreste per passare il capodanno a Rimini e abbiamo girato comodamente le città vicine a Igea Marina. Grazie di tutto.

Wonderful Airbnb. Host & her parents were super welcoming & very helpful. We were there during a festival week & being s close to main square and shops allowed us to make numerous trips with just a short walk. Also 15-20 minute walk to train.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Nella casa di Sergio ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grande comoda e spaziosa tranquilla, soprattutto di notte. Sergio una persona gentilissima cordiale. Consigliamo la casa di Sergio per una bella vacanza.........Grazie anche🍅

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia e ci siamo sentiti come a casa , l’appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio inoltre e vicino ad attività commerciali e alla stazione ferroviaria e metro tranvia molto utile se non si vuole prendere la macchina. Alberto è Susi sono stati fantastici sempre disponibili e premurosi e stato un vero piacere averli conosciuti e aver alloggiato nel loro appartamento dove sicuramente alla prima occasione utile ci torneremo. Consiglio a chi volesse trascorrere dei giorni in relax al mare vicino a le attrazioni della riviera romagnola la scelta di questo appartamento è la soluzione migliore.

È già la seconda volta che veniamo qui. L'alloggio è sempre impeccabile e grande, perfetto per gruppi numerosi come il nostro. Cucina, tre camere e 2 bagni. Il papà di Karlo è simpatico, gentile e alla mano. Sempre disponibile per ogni cosa. Tutto perfetto come sempre. Torneremo di nuovo il prossimo anno! :)

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Ottimo alloggio. Molto spazioso e pulito. Un po’ difficile da individuare ma l’host ci ha aiutato anche a tarda sera. Ci ha anche offerto delle bottiglie di acqua fresca. Consigliato!!

A perfect hostess! Alway available to help. Elegant, spacious, pristine clean, comfortable, quiet and a comfortable bed and the luxury of 2 bathrooms and coffee and tea and welcome treats! Very convenient, 5 mins walking distance to the centre of Lugo and 15-20 mins walk to the station. We would highly recommend Antonella's Apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Claudio è un ottimo padrone di casa, molto ospitale, affabile, disponibile, pronto a intervenire per qualsiasi esigenza. La sua casa è accogliente, luminosa, dotata di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più. Ed è molto pulita. La posizione è ottima, perché pur essendo molto vicina al centro di Forlì è in una zona residenziale piena di verde e silenziosa. Insomma, ci tornerei davvero volentieri.

What a lovely apartment! We were met by the housekeeper who was very nice, the place was spotlessly clean, lots of thoughtful items left in the kitchen for our use, it was spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming, we didn't want to leave! Next to a very good restaurant, easy walk from the train station and the middle of town. The owner communicated very well, and we never had to ask anything, she provided all the information we needed well in advance. I cannot wait to return. Very highly recommended.

We have very much enjoyed our stay at Nicola’s apartment in Bologna. Nicola greeted us in person and gave a quick overview of the accommodation which was fabulous and more spacious than we expected. Some provisions were kindly made available. The furniture was comfortable and everywhere was clean and tidy. It was lovely to be staying within easy walking distance of the old town and we look forward to a return visit.

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.

Logement fidèle à la description, sans chichi. Anna est extrêmement réactive et prévenante. On se sent comme à la maison de suite. Seuls petits points pas à 100% : - Isolation phonique car immeuble ancien mais vu que quartier calme ca a été. - Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver une place de stationnement le samedi soir. - Une boîte à clefs serait un vrai plus pour une totale liberté d'arrivée sans devoir donner une heure d'arrivée même si Anna essaye de s'adapter à nos besoins. En tout cas, séjour positif proche de Bologne !

Vincenzos und Dilias Appartmentanlage ist abgelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist zwar beim ersten Mal aufregend, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Die Lage ist perfekt, um prato, Pistoia und Florenz zu erkunden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter

Antonella è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta. Il posto è stupendo, tranquillo e silenzioso. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
