Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Le logement de Paola était parfait, vraiment parfait. Nous nous sommes sentis comme des VIP dans un grand hôtel ! l'environnement est merveilleux et calme. Paola nous a fait de très bonnes suggestions pour découvrir le territoire et a été disponible très rapidement à chaque fois que nous l'avons sollicité. Le meilleur séjour que nous ayons fait dans un air BNB, je suis bien déçue de ne pas pouvoir mettre plus de 5 étoiles! Merci Paola

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

Silvia’s place was one of the best Airbnb we’ve been to, and we’ve been to a lot 🧡 it’s a great location, super comfortable beds, clean as a whistle, kitchen fully stocked with anything and everything you need to prepare your food. Perfect place. Would definitely come back.

L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole in una zona tranquilla a 20 minuti da Bologna. Ottimo per stare in una zona tranquilla vicino molti luoghi d'interesse. Anche Senza un auto è possibile raggiungere l'appartamento con i mezzi.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It was a lovely villa tucked away in the hills. Each night we were so happy to return back to it after a day of site-seeing. Emanuela is one of the loveliest people we met while visiting Italy. So incredibly gracious and welcoming to us. She truly takes pride in making her guests feel at home in her amazing estate. We all felt right at home there and we would highly recommend it to others traveling to that area. We hope to one day return and stay with her again.

Martina’s place is truly wonderful! It’s about 30 minute drive from the old city of Firenze but completely worth it, especially if you plan on seeing the Tuscan countryside and not just the city. The house itself is really peaceful, tastefully restored and very comfortable. The backyard is serene. Martina is a responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel, stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch für ein erstes Frühstück stand alles bereit. (Kaffee, Mich, Müsli…) Die Lage ist perfekt - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars findet man an jeder Ecke, dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Rosa Bianca ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich prompt um jedes Anliegen. Wir durften bereits zu Mittag einchecken und die Wohnung am Abreisetag bis am Abend nutzen. Bologna ist bezaubernd und diese Unterkunft macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Herzlichen Dank 😎

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. We had a great time at Oscar’s place: the location offers great views and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire in the evenings and hikes in the area during the day. Oscar was a great host - very communicative and generous with his time, recommendations and wine! Highly recommended!

Unsere Zeit in dieser Villa war einfach perfekt! Der wunderschöne Poolbereich und die gepflegten Außenanlagen haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das moderne Design und die luxuriöse Ausstattung der Villa haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die kleinen Details: Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit Süßigkeiten und Getränken überrascht – eine sehr nette Geste, die den Empfang besonders herzlich gemacht hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sie haben uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir definitiv wiederholen möchten!

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever had the pleasure of staying in! It was totally unique, gorgeously atmospheric, and simultaneously rustic and luxe - exactly what we would hope for a special Tuscan getaway. The beds were very comfortable and large, everything was very clean, the outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying a meal or a glass of wine, and Roberto even has a wine fridge stocked with different bottles available for purchase! Our children (6 and 10) loved ringing the bell in the working bell tower, and we loved being right next to a beautiful olive grove and hedges of rosemary. It was absolutely perfect. One note: the home is directly adjacent to a busy road on one side, so while private, you can still definitely hear traffic fairly constantly when you are outdoors (though since it's a rural setting, nothing too disturbing or intrusive). We would happily stay again!

Host molto cordiale e disponibile, spazio ottimo per 13 persone ambiente antiquato ma tenuto molto bene. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa perfetta se ci si vuole rilassare.

Ho soggiornato in questa villa con degli amici per capodanno. La casa è molto grande, le stanze e gli spazi comuni molto ampi ed accoglienti con un meraviglioso giardino. Ho trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, molto bella e pulita e soprattutto ben rifornita. L’host è stato super disponibile, check in e check out sono stati svolti in autonomia con estrema facilità ma l’host è stato sempre reperibile. Unica pecca era la temperatura, essendo una casa molto grande alcuni spazi più ampi (come corridoio o salone) risultavano più freddi; le stanze e la cucina erano invece più calde. La zona era ideale per i nostri scopi, ovvero festeggiare in casa. Molto vicino alla stazione. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno specialmente per gruppi di amici o grandi famiglie. ☺️

Stunning location in rural Tuscany. Amazing views and lovely property with private Sauna & wood fired hot tub. Host was always very helpful and responsive & gave good loca recommendations.
